Finding Blackstone feels like I found a hidden gem in Nashville. Everyone working was very nice and attentive, the drinks were very well priced for Nash, and the vibe in the brewery was very relaxed. I could see this being a brewery I visit often.

This place was super fun. Their cranberry cider was yum, I've never had something like that before, and I'm glad we stopped in. We had time to kill in between excursions so this was where we went.

very good beer, great staff! A very good brewery and a god find! This is our first stop in Nashville after a nap, great start on our visit in Nashville

Love this place, found it by accident, they have the best dark stout I ever have. It's a small glass - Black Belle, yet 13.1% alcohol. Love love love it. By the way, all beers are $3 on Sunday, taste even better

Great spot! Excellent chill vibe. Met a bumble date here and told the bar staff before he got there encase I needed an exit plan! The Coffee Stout was dreamy delicious! Games at the bar, tons of space. Food options and a great selection of beer! Go check it out!

I've enjoyed Blackstone's beers for a few years, particularly their chocolate stout and the Black Belle stout and my wife and I finally visited the brewery a month ago. It's a very relaxed environment and that's one of the things we look for in breweries. Their brews were pretty good and we got to try a variety of them from sours to ipas to the Black Belle (great on draught). The brewery is amazingly affordable too and their tasters were only $2 or $3 each, which is fantastic. It's a fun place and one we will visit again!

Pumpkin Ale is back and is awesome!

Blackstone Brewing Company is in Midtown but hidden as it's not visible from any of the main streets although it is near Charlotte Ave. Their taproom is pretty small but it has a modern, industrial feel. There is a large bar area and a few tables and they have a glass wall where you can see the brewing process at work. I came here for the sole purpose of picking up some cases of their seasonal pumpkin ale. This is a really nice, slightly spicy beer that goes down smooth. We look forward to Fall to drink this beer! They have a refrigerated case where they sell their beer to-go so I selected what I wanted from there. They do sell their beer at Kroger but I didn't want to chance it so I went here right to the source. The bartender rang me up on her tablet and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I would definitely come back and have a beer or two on tap. I thought that this seemed nice a nice brewery and I had a good experience with service.

This is a small, cozy taproom. The beer is consistently some of the best brewed in Nashville (and elsewhere, for that matter). There is outdoor seating for nice weather and an onsite food truck (the Blackstone Bus) with a limited menu. The beer isn't crazy overpriced like many of the newer breweries and dogs are always welcome!

The salted caramel hard cider was amazing. They didn't have it on draft but it was available in a can. Sooooo good!

    Enjoying a pint!

This place is cool as hell! Off the beaten path for tourists, but if you're like me and live in Nashville this place is a must visit. Great beer and awesome, neighborhood bar style service. Anna was great. I'll definitely be back.

Blackstone brewing company is a beautiful brewing company in Nashville where are you if you want a nice quick place to sit down and have a quick beer and relax this is the place for you. The South is very kind and useful they have a great knowledge of all the beers they have on tap and every beer has a very unique and easy taste to it.

My personal favorite of all our Tennessee brewery stops. Blackstones beers range from mild to hoppy; satisfying any pallet in between! The range they have on beers is simply amazing. Usually a brewer is great at one kind, and is okay at other styles. ALL blackstones beers are great in my opinion. There is also one of the best food trucks I have ever ordered from located on sight!!!! The food coming out of that truck would topple some of the most high rated restaurants! Seriously I can't speak highly enough of this place; I think it's just called "B's" everything we had was the best thing I ever ate, and I'm not remotely lying!!!

I found their beer in downtown Nashville while I was here on business and fell in love with it so my father and I made it a point to stop by there local brewery. I really enjoy the big brown ale and the bock! The gentlemen behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. If I ever make my way back to Nashville I will definitely be stopping back here to get some delicious beer.

Ashley rocked taking care of a large group celebrating a party. She made our evening.

However, a voice came from the bar area with directions. We chose to to the flight. The choices were selected with a little help from the bar. They came out pretty quickly. The tasting started and it out of 5, only one did not have a nasty and strong hoppy/bitter after taste. The select were Passion fruit, Hippies and Cowboy, Southern Wit, Urban Hiker, and Wildwood. As we spent our time no one seem to as if we needed anything or if our selection were ok. We got some "why are you in here type" looks. I was not impressed by this brewery. The customer service and my sensing of being not welcome was high. Note we were the only patrons. I would not return.

Meanwhile, the other members of my group, all around the same age and carrying valid IDs, were able to order drinks without issue. As an Asian customer, I left this establishment believing I was racially profiled. I was singled out, denied service despite presenting valid identification, and never given a legitimate explanation for why my ID was supposedly unacceptable. Since the incident, I have found multiple reviews from other customers of color describing experiences that raised similar concerns about profiling and disparate treatment. Now that Southern Grist has been acquired by XUL Beer Company in Knoxville another Amazing brewery I've visited several times and watched grow. This feels like two epic forces coming together. Think of it like two legendary bands collaborating on a "Greatest Hits Mixtape." I can't wait to see what comes next from this powerhouse combo! Today I went with a couple of flights and here's how it shook out: Engywook - Wild stuff. The cinnamon and nutmeg absolutely jump out at you. A small taster was perfect for me it's definitely a conversation starter. PG&J Mixtape: Grape - This is my jam (literally). So good. Sweet, nostalgic, perfectly balanced. In my opinion, one of the best in the country. Freezes & Hoverboards - Solid beer, well made, just not my personal favorite of the lineup. Peach Black Currant Strawberry Hill - Very good. Big, layered fruit flavor with great depth. Strawberry Delight Hill - Sooooo good! This is a must-have. Bright, flavorful, and dangerously easy to drink. Peanut Butter Copra - A stout with peanuts and a hint of toasted coconut. Let this one warm up a bit and the flavors really open up. Rich and smooth. Batch One Theory: 10th Anniversary Stout - Very good anniversary brew. I caught a subtle barleywine note blending into the stout character -- complex and interesting. Overall, this is a great place to sample some seriously creative beers. Plenty of space to sit inside or out, relax, and work your way through a flight.
