Filet was cooked perfectly and had the addition of truffle butter. We also enjoyed appetizers of west coast oysters, crab cake, Korean hot dog, sliders. Large group so took way longer than anticipated but server was nice & knowledgeable. Wish I knew which Cabernet I had, it was excellent! Ambiance in the main dining room is gorgeous, however with our large party we were seated in the side room which was dark & felt crowded with a surprising amount of foot traffic.

I love coming here! The service is always excellent. I usually order the filet mignon, however today I ordered the Blackstone supreme sushi roll and it was giving an 8/10 because the wagu tasted a bit overcooked. Aside from that, their steaks tastes incredible!!

Nice spacious place with great friendly service. We enjoyed the porterhouse steak for two with creamed spinach, Mac and cheese and French fries. Valet parking. Will be back.

I had an incredible dining experience here. While the food was excellent, the service was even better. Shoutout to Jory and his team! Jory is attentive, kind, and thorough. He and the chefs care about the quality and integrity of the food. Blackstone is the kind of place that you come to celebrate big, whether it's for a couple or a group. Dining here was a great way to start the new year!

We had our Thanksgiving dinner at Blackstone. It was pretty crowded, they pretty much stuffed us together. It was not intimate at all. I could hear conversations on both sides. They do have valet parking, but no coat check. The Thanksgiving dinner special was ok, nothing special. The homemade pumpkin pie was ok. My husband got the T-bone steak and the crème brûlée. I finished it off with an espresso martini.

Thank you for making my surprise party absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The manager, Dodo, always goes above and beyond to accommodate and ensure everything runs smoothly. The food was delicious, and the private room was the perfect setting for my birthday celebration. We always request Zorn and Gab when we visit, and they never disappoint--they're both fantastic! Stephanie also helped out the night of the party and was incredible. The attentiveness and positive energy really added to the experience. A big thank you from me to all of you! I highly recommend this place to everyone. You truly made our dinner experience unforgettable.

Blackstone Steakhouse was the venue of choice for my friend's wedding reception and it was really nice. The service was good and the food was delicious, very filling. I had cesear salad for starter, the filet mignon w/ mashed potatoes as the main course (a sauce chimichurri or something could have accompanied it though), and NY cheesecake for dessert. I forgot the name if the Martini I ordered but it was blue and good, haha. It was a nice time!

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with excellent service. Each staff member was friendly, attentive and accommodating. The steaks were cook perfectly with a nice crust, the shrimp and string bean salad was a nice starter and the sides, asparagus and mashed potatoes were delicious, enough for 3 people. The ambiance in the side room was very comfortable.

Blackstone has always been a consistently great restaurant. Since you always have two servers serving your table you never need to try to find anyone to assist you, plenty of happy servers are everywhere. The food is always fresh from sushi to steak, the menu can be overwhelming since there are tons and tons of items from appetizers to salads to fish selections to raw bar items to steaks to imported steaks to desserts, get the picture. You'll need time to review it all before a server comes over to mention specials and mess up your dining plan. There are also special cocktails and an extensive wine list. With so many items you must be thinking they can't get it right but amazingly they do. You clearly pay for what you get because like any great steak house it's not cheap to eat here but give it a try you won't be disappointed!

Enjoyed a family meal recently, with my family for my youngest daughter's . Great time, great meals, greatconversation, as usual. Enjoyed our individual meals and the mussels and scallops appetizer. Nice wine for myself and various martinis for my wife and daughter's. 5th time there and will return SOON

Nice ambiance, great decor and service - our server John Z was amazing! But the food - I was not so thrilled with. Lobster bisque was delicious, wish we had some bread. A $140 steak was pretty small and tasted good but not amazing. The entire sea bass dish lacked color and was completely overpowered by coconut, purple yam could have been softer and the cucumber salad did not belong on that plate at all. The sides were not bad . The cheesecake was very smooth, but that chocolate cake was the star of the entire meal - utter perfection. This was quite an expensive dinner and overall just an okay experience.

Came here for my husband's birthday with friends and i am in love with their service and good food. It was an early dinner so it was nice and quiet. Christopher was very accommodating. Our first steak was unfortunately overcooked but the manager and the staff were attentive and made it right to order. The steak show was great and we had a great time overall.

Ask the Community - Blackstone Steakhouse

    Is there a dress code?

I'm not aware of a dress code. It is an up scale restaurant. Jackets are not necessary, shorts would be frowned upon. But I don't think anyone who can afford the bill would be turned away.

Is there a corking fee? If so how much?

There is a $35 corkage fee

We ordered drinks, they took a million years to come out so we were just sitting there drinking water not really sure what was happening. They even came to fill up our waters and completely missed my daughter's empty water glass but left us sitting not knowing what we should be doing. Finally someone came with the bread so we asked if we can go to the salad bar thing in the middle of the restaurant. The salad bar was great! So many different things to pick from! The potato salad, corn, tropical fruit, jicama apple salad were some of my favorites. My daughter only ate from that and I could have as well. My friend and I did the meat thing. It was ok, there was some that were good, a few that were very fatty and forget the pork chop, when the guy started slicing it looked like fat and raw pork. They came around with grilled pineapple that had cinnamon on it. I loved that and also the cheese with the honey, delicious! The side dishes- cheesy bread that dripped oil was a no and the rectangular fried things that looked like potato but weren't potato were chokingly dry but the plantains were sweet and delicious! The drinks were ok, I was expecting to be wowed but wasn't. This place is a clear mix of good and bad but I feel like it should have been on its A game for the price we paid.

While there is an assortment of meats, fish and chicken, our favorite is the ropa veija, tender shredded beef in a wonderful sauce with the best steamed white rice and of course madoros. Another hit of ours is the breaded steak and my new favorite, the broiled flounder. Our next dish will be the paella. Just need to call ahead. The Caesar salad, however, was a different story. For $34, I expected a dressing with some depth and flavor. Instead, it tasted overwhelmingly like olive oil. I understand they make their Caesar in an old-fashioned style, but a creamy Caesar would have had far more flavor and balance. When I mentioned my disappointment, I was simply told, "We make it old fashioned." The soup was great. The Caesar was a 2/10 and nowhere near worth the price with the up charge. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the whole place just feels like a solid go-to spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. We started with the fried calamari, and honestly... it was amazing. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the portion was generous. The only small note is that the seasoning was a bit strong/bold for our taste--almost like it needed a little more time to marinate or mellow so the flavors could balance better. Still, we cleaned the plate. It's the kind of appetizer that makes you keep reaching for just one more piece. For the mains, I ordered the Shed Burger and my wife went with the Steak House Burger (the one with bleu cheese, crispy onions, and house steak sauce). Both were excellent. The Shed Burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and stacked just right with the American and Swiss, lettuce, tomato, onion jam, and that signature Shed sauce. The Steak House Burger was equally impressive--the steak sauce and bleu cheese gave it a richer, more savory punch that my wife loved. Taste on both was awesome. The meat was cooked properly, the buns held up, and the overall flavor was spot-on comfort food done right. We also got the Shed Fries on the side and they were crispy and addictive with the dipping sauce. Everything felt fresh and made with care. Portions were solid, the atmosphere made it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal, and we left happy and already talking about what we'll order next time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, tasty meal in Plainview. We'll definitely be back.

Today my wife & I running errands. Being hungry had time for a late lunch. Went to Burger Village. Ist, we set ourselves because we were standing there for a couple minutes because there was only one server that we saw attending a table of 2 people that were in the restaurant. On the table we noticed they offer a Lunch Special thats a table tent on the table that lists 3 different typs of sandwiches with pictures of the sandwich next to the item. 2nd, It took 30mins for food to arrive to our table. 3rd, prior the Server asked how i would like the burger R, M, or Well, I asked for medium. Burger arrived Well done. Since our table was close to the kitchen window, i heard the server speak the kitchen staff that the fries were wrong on 1 and the entree plate because my wife asked for sweet potato fries. I also heard the server ask the cooks that onions was missing on 1 of the sandwiches. Because I can only guess that they forgot, Or didn't read the ticket properly. I saw the food sitting in the window. While the cooks made the corrections that explains my burger being overcooked and the fries were undercooked and/or soggy, because I guess they had a rush. The fries since the burgers were already prepared. Unexaggerated. My wife and both ordered the Village Burger expecting the sandwiches shown in the pictures. Picture shows ( Burger, with cheese, pickles sautéed onions) since i have been here before looks like the Superior Choice toppings. My wife didn't want cheese and onion on the side. But same my wife thought the burger would come with the toppings that was shown on the picture. But got raw onions on the side. Only pickles. 4th. Got the bill. Uncharted for the a sweet potato fries which server explain to us that there was an upcharge. Acknowledged. But the $2 uncharge for toppings. That wasn't explained to us that the picture of the sandwich that we were ordering wasn't part of the the special but shown on the $17 Lunch Special sandwiches. Not to add to the problem. But my wife wanted to add salt to the fries.Because it was flavorless., but the salt wouldn't come out of the salt shaker. I pulled the plug out of the bottom of the salt shaker. And it was course kosher salt, that explains why salt didn't come out of the top. Because it's meant for granulated salt not course salt. Total bill for 2x Lunch Specials with unchanged $41 included 18% tip. Not worth it. Sorry. (Sitting my self, waiting 30 mins for lunch with 2 other people besides me & my with in the restaurant. Meals not prepared properly) unacceptable. I even saw the manager pop his head out. He could have been sittng people and helping the server. What could be improved. If you have one server on the floor, management should be present to assist. And if someone's ordering the lunch specials, it should be explained that the pictures don't match what you're actually getting. And if there's a back up for your food execution because of staffing issues or something else. The server should be transparent, and at least apologize for the wait time or offer a nice gesture. But i don't think we'll be returning. This is strictly my opinion and not exaggerated and i'm in the business, 38 years to know what corrective actions should take place in these situations. If you're establishment is a franchise or chain of restaurants. there should be certain standards. And if these issues are the business model for this establishment. You don't deserve my or anyone elses business. Farmandale burger village manager takes no accountability for any mistakes. And doesn't offer a good gesture to make good for the next visit. I had already had a good Mother's Day, so I offered to pick up our food. It wasn't far. The place was maybe half full. There was one long table of a big group. The space seemed nice enough. Not crazy loud. Kinda dimly lit, not garish. I think there was a tv on and a bar. First, I ordered on the app. It doesn't tell you when to pick up or when it could be ready. I couldn't update the order to include a sauce on the "sweet frings." I had to delete the order and start over. I could choose one cheese of two on a burger or extra cheese, but I couldn't choose which or one of each, which is what I wanted. Maybe I could in the comments section, but I didn't want to deal with that not working right. And honestly, I didn't love that regular ketchup and regular mustard weren't options. I just wanted plain ketchup on my onion rings, not chipotle ketchup, and maybe something that would taste good on a sweet potato. I think the others liked their food, but my burger was missing when I got home. I called, they apologized, and said if I come back within the next 15 minutes, they would make me another one. I said I would like to eat some of my fries first, so at least they would be hot. I guess my family can enjoy their food hot while I return to get mine. (Yes, I was a little salty.) They were making me a fresh burger when I got there. I made sure it wasn't the other one they forgot to put in my bag. Two cooks and three staff were making sure. (The large party was leaving when I pulled up. The restaurant was mostly empty by then) When I got home, the "dipping sauce" was on the burger. I didn't specify "on the side" since it is called a dipping sauce. Oh, well. I put my own extra piece of cheese on it and my own plain ketchup and mustard, and put my sweet potato fries and onion rings in my air fryer, since they were cold by then. The employees felt terrible and apologized profusely. They made sure I got a new burger. I was about to get really salty and complain about bringing my cold burger home to eat with my cold fries, but I didn't need to. Three stars may be fair or unfair. I read reviews because I like to know what to expect when I try a new place, like this was for me. Maybe you, dear reader, can avoid my pitfalls and have a higher-rated experience. I appreciate their regrets, but if I am going to DIY my dinner, I will make a different choice and spend less. Offering to replace my sweet frings (combo onion rings and sweet potato fries) would have been nice so all of my food could have been fresh. Or throwing in a dessert or something for my troubles, (or even delivery? Maybe that's too much) I didn't like the app. I didn't love my food (I made most of it myself, so maybe that's on me). I think my husband and son liked theirs. I wasn't there. My son got the smash burger with fried pickles as a side, and my husband the pastrami sandwich. (I heated the pickles in the air fryer the next day for him and served with Aldi's dill mustard and Costco cilantro sauce. He said yum.) Oh, and there were regular ketchup packets in the bottom of the to-go bag, so maybe they do have regular ketchup. I used mine.
