I unfortunately was not impressed by this place! We had reservations for a large party made 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived we had a short wait and were seated. The waitress we had clearly was not thrilled to have to wait on a table with big. She was impatient and rolled her eyes multiple times because we didn't know what we wanted to do after sitting down for barely 5 minutes. The rest of the visit felt rushed and the staff was not very pleasant, we went for a special occasion and it was overshadowed by the staffs bad attitude. The food was fine... the chicken personally I did not enjoy, the other meats were decent. I enjoyed the shared plates.

    Surf and turf

My husband and I attended the Surf and Turf event last night. We've been to many great events in the past but this one was outstanding!! From the service to the food and cocktails~everything was 10/10!! Our evening was enhanced by the excellent service we received. Thank you~ Diego, Elsy, Daniela, Samantha and Adrian!!! You guys are the best!

We had come as a party of five and loved our dining experience. We had reservations for 6:30 and upon arriving we were seated immediately at a table right next to the kitchen which meant we never missed a beautiful cut of meat. Perfectly cooked, we had just about every option presented to us and left feeling beyond stuffed. We ate all manner of beef and pork and chicken and turkey. A salad bar completed the meal with some sides for a well-rounded array of food options. Service was well beyond expectations and we could not have been more pleased. Fresh plates, filled glasses and cocktails replaced- all excellent. What a great venue for a group of friends or even a romantic evening for a couple. Truly a great meal.

I've been to this location many times and have even hosted both an event and a party here in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit for a girls' night out was very disappointing. My friend had won a dinner for two at an event with Fogo, so we were excited to enjoy the experience. When we arrived, we asked what the dinner included and were told it was the full experience, minus alcoholic drinks. That was fine since neither of us planned to drink alcohol. We confirmed with our server that the non-alcoholic drinks we ordered were included, and she assured us they were. She put in the order--but that was the last time we saw her all evening. After waiting 10 minutes, we asked about our drinks and were told they were on the way. Fifteen more minutes passed before we saw another server walking by with drinks. We thought they were ours, but she said, "Oh no, these aren't yours," and delivered them to a table seated after us. At that point, we asked another employee named Letty for help. She returned five minutes later with only my friend's drink. When we asked about mine, she said, "She didn't order anything." We explained that I had, and that we had been waiting over half an hour. It took asking two more times and another 15 minutes before I finally received my juice. Service with the food was just as frustrating. Even though we had flipped our card to green, the gauchos repeatedly skipped over our table. Only two came by consistently, offering the same items over and over. When I asked specifically for chicken breast, it took another 25 minutes before chicken finally arrived at our table--and it wasn't breast, but drumsticks and thighs. I took a thigh, only to find it was completely undercooked. By this point, we were over it and decided to just order dessert. That took another 30 minutes and three separate requests to finally arrive. For a 6:00 pm reservation, we didn't leave until 9:00 pm, after watching multiple tables around us get seated, served, and turned over while we continued to be overlooked. To top it off, we were told at the end that we had to pay for one of the drinks, despite the server originally confirming they were included. Sadly, this was not a great experience, and to make matters worse, I ended up sick afterward.

I've been to several Fogo de Chão locations, but the one in Huntington Station stands out as the best so far in terms of quality, service, and ambiance. The meats were cooked to perfection and were so tender, flavorful, and brought around at a perfect pace. The service was attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel seamless and enjoyable. The environment is very elegant, with a polished atmosphere that's perfect for a special occasion or a nice night out. Whether you're a Fogo regular or trying it for the first time, this location really delivers on all fronts.

This place was amazing. We have been talking about going for years . The food was on another level. Everything piece of meat was better than the last and the bone marrow was phenomenal. The service was a 10 out of 10. It was non stop . The ambiance was very classy .

    Empty restaurant at 5pm

The manager will post note to say contact them but that just to make it look like they care to resolve issues...you reach out never to hear from anyone. The restaurant was not packed but fairly empty, music was not overwhelming and the gauchos were not serving as the meat as usually was not ready, Our arrival was a bit before 5pm. Upon arriving I told the hostess my reward phone number to get my birthday reward but she could not verify, the reward program is not very good when comes to cashing in on earned rewards. We were seated promptly and I spoke to manager Daniela, who confirmed my reward. Our server Amy was great but something went wrong because when she asked if we wanted dessert, we declined. A few minutes later she brought us our check even though I intended to relax and partake some more of the market table. When Amy left the check, it was almost ten minutes before we got her attention by shouting her name as no amount of hand waving got her attention. So much time elapsed that I was close to finishing my final market table plate. When Amy finally came back, I explained to her that my reward was not applied, she said the manager never informed her. I then explained that we never asked for the check and that's when we had back and forth as though we asked for the check. Amy brought a corrected checked and was none too happy and last we saw of her. Nallely took care of the payment, I left a bit over 22% tip not for Amy but for the support staff. Nallely was apologetic and great. Not sure why both the Westbury and Huntington location make it difficult to redeem a reward or why the gaucho are always waiting to get the meat ready to be served. It was almost 15-20 minutes before they came around, it was about 5pm when we arrived more or less. The check was presented to use in under an hour, well under as when we got the corrected checked it was still under an hour. Again not sure why Amy was hustling us out the door and so combative at the end. We paid for a full churrasco and I ordered the salmon entree with market table...and a drink. No manager ever returned, Daniela was walking around saw the commotion but never came over. Another male manager also took part in seemingly wanting to rush us out with how frequent he came by our table as though checking at what stage we were in our meals. My salmon was over grilled, the exterior crust was extremely thick making the salmon between the crust extremely salty and dried out. I tried to eat it with some white rice but the rice had more moisture than the salmon. Never issue with queens location using rewards and they always ready to serve. Photos show tasteless asparagus soggy and the dry salmon and empty restaurant. Also my companion was finished with two full market table plates before any meats were served, by then she was full and forced her self to try and enjoy some lamb and chicken. Just a waste of a birthday reward and money.

I used to be a frequent fan of Fogo de Chão, but it's really fallen off over time. The food has become incredibly salty, to the point where it's hard to enjoy. They tend to bring around the same few cuts of meat repeatedly, and if you want to try the full variety or specific items, it feels like you have to tip the servers just to get them to come by with what you actually asked for. Instead of a well-balanced experience, they seem focused on filling you up quickly with the same selections. What used to be a great, high-quality dining experience has turned into something that feels rushed and one-note. Disappointing to see how far it's declined.

We sat at the bar table during happy hour. It wasn't crowded, so conversation was easy with a relaxed ambiance. I saw a few people stop in for a bite after shopping at the mall, which is a good idea. I ordered a Cosmo mocktail, which I enjoyed, and a picanha burger, which was huge and delicious. I couldn't finish it because I needed room for those yummy lamb chops! My bill was $41.00--you can't beat that! The server was friendly and attentive.

Definitely a great spot to try for happy hour! Their happy hour menu has a bunch of affordable and delicious options. The lamb lollipops were amazing, although cooked a little more than requested! Service was good and quick, and the place is big, clean and open inside.

    My whole drink not good.

Food was not good at all. My drink was awful as well. For the type of food u can just go get a burger anywhere else. Place is nice and clean.

In light of restaurant week, I decided to take the plunge and treat myself to a sit down dinner here. It takes a few minutes to get started but their salad/appetizer bar has plenty for you to snack on before the meat comes out. I started with some cheeses, cured meats, salads, and pickled peppers. These did well to prep me for what's to come. I couldn't keep track of every meat I tried but as for what stood out? The picanha of course, the "Queen of steaks". Brazil's bread and butter. All the meats were seasoned generously with a crisp outer crust and perfectly medium rare inside. I made sure to have a few slices of this before the server left my table. I felt all the other meats just didn't taste close to it with my least favorite meat being their bacon wrapped steak. It was awfully cooked. The bacon outside was flimsy and the steak itself was way overcooked. I also find their rice and beans to be incredibly lacking, I only tasted bay leaf. The cheese bread still rocks though, wish I could have more! While I did leave stuffed, this meal was still just okay top to bottom. I wouldn't return for a full priced dinner but for a restaurant week dinner? Perhaps with company.

    Roasted Bone Marrow

This location is very well kept when it comes to appearance and overall cleanliness. Seating is nice and ample and they cushioned chairs are comfy. Getting seated with a a reservation is quick and easy. Now for the down sides. Upon being seated it is expected that the sides which come with the meals are delivered promptly. This was not the case. The mashed potatoes came about 15-20min after being seated. The sauces which we had to ask for took about 30min from time of seating and the crispy polenta and other thing somewhere in between. Thus we have multiple rounds of meats coming by without any sauces to use with them. Ordered the bone marrow in addition and that was very good, also took a while to get. Our waitress was ok. Seemed to be directing other waiters and giving them instructions while refilling our water cups and not overly attentive. Hear her direct a waiter to give one table one item and another the other item (sides that everyone waits on). So that was very poorly executed. If the kitchen can't keep up with making sides and wait staff can't promptly deliver, maybe hold off seating. The meats going around were fairly decent. Did get a lamb chop that was basically raw inside which was disappointing. The grilled cheese was the highlight of the meal. For the $72 a person price tag, really expect better service. The salad bar options were fair but all lacked flavor. At least put some salt and pepper shakers on the table so people can season their food. Between this and other places that do similar things, I think I'll stick to the other spot. But remember, this is just my take away. Other people may have had better experiences thus I encourage you to try it for yourself and then post your experience.

Their food, service and hospitality has been always been five star. So when something is so good why change, just expand. We visit the Huntington location quite often. We start with Pina Coladas and Cuba Libre (rum and coke), for appetizers the chorizo and tamales. While there is an assortment of meats, fish and chicken, our favorite is the ropa veija, tender shredded beef in a wonderful sauce with the best steamed white rice and of course madoros. Another hit of ours is the breaded steak and my new favorite, the broiled flounder. Our next dish will be the paella. Just need to call ahead. The Flan, Tres Leches cake and Cuban coffee is always a good ending. The service is always top notch. Red and white table cloths. A bar area with a separate dining area. You may even be lucky to catch a unique celebration song and dance by one of the staff. Make sure you have your camera ready. And a special thank you to Raul. The last time we were there, I tried a new dish that was good, but not something that enjoyed. Don't you know it, Raul surprised me and sent me home with a serving of Ropa Vieja. Thank you Raul.

I stopped in for happy hour, and the prices were great. $10 for a frozen Voodoo Juice pouch and $8 for a Penicillin cocktail. You really can't beat that. I also had the bread pudding, but I asked for no pretzels. I'm still trying to understand how pretzels and bread pudding go together, but nonetheless, without them, the bread pudding was really good. The bartender was very attentive and kept checking to make sure we were good. Great service, and the bar was kept clean, which is important to me because I hate sticky bars. Overall, I'll definitely be back again. Good music, great crowd, great service, and great prices.

The RVC is louder with more music blasting to really curate a vibe but I actually like this location a bit more. I do like the selection of happy hour drinks and I'm always happy to eat raw oysters, these are good. However, the rest of the food isn't worth it to me. It tastes very commercial and I feel you're better off splurging at a premium seafood restaurant. For example, I had the gumbo and it was decent but definitely needed more seasoning and more spiciness. It wasn't anything special and I wouldn't get it again. I've also tried calamari and their baked clams and I could do without these as well. I also tried their crab dip (but at the RVC location, menu can vary) and that was not good. I gave voodoo crab a few tries and I don't think it's bad but it's not great either. I would only suggest the happy hour menu + drinks. I haven't tried the seafood boils here (not super interesting to me) but maybe that's worth the money in the end. The service here was great, our waitress was nice and didn't rush us out and checked on us multiple times to make sure we needed anything. For that I can say that despite the misses with some of food the restaurant isn't too bad and is worth about 3 stars.

They even provide a hot stone for people who want their meat cooked more done can get a little extra cook on it. We also ordered the sea bass - looked good but I was too busy eating the steaks! They started with a complimentary shrimp appetizer, but unfortunately we told the server we did not eat shrimp. He was surprised but then asked if we might like edamame, which we did. The shrimp dish did look good and was surprised they would give a more expensive complimentary dish. Anyway, nice menu and all tasty . My only negative comment is to recommend NOT to sit at the table in front of the door . It opens frequently and at least during the winter is very cold, not to mention that the headlights on the other side can go right in your eyes. Other than that , it's really a great new addition . In the warmer weather I can see they will have outdoor seating on the patio, which could be nice.

The only negative about the ambiance was that it was quite loud. The high ceilings didn't do much to absorb sound, so it was hard to hear my companion unless we leaned forward and spoke pretty loudly. The booth was very comfortable, the table spotless, and even the menu was clean (a small pet peeve of mine). The tap water came in a beautiful glass with a straw, although the water itself tasted a bit chemical-like. They have a lunch menu with very reasonable prices. We ordered a sushi-sashimi combo and stir-fried soba with vegetables. The lunch menu is limited, so they also gave us the regular menu. Oddly, only 1 regular menu was provided for 2 people, so we had to keep passing it back and forth. It's an easy fix that would make browsing much easier. We ended up ordering an appetizer and a signature roll from the regular menu too. The lunch specials came with salad or soup. We chose the salad, which was mostly romaine with a typical Japanese dressing. The portion was larger than expected for a side salad, and the lettuce was fresh and crunchy. Our appetizer was the Lobster Tapas: "Spicy lobster & shrimp wrapped with seared pepper tuna." This was delicious. There were 5 little towers with very fresh ingredients and 2 excellent sauces--a chunky green sauce and a sweeter orange sauce. The tuna was flavorful and very tender. At this point we were already planning to come back with the rest of the family. Next came the sushi-sashimi combo. There were 9 pieces of sashimi beautifully presented on ice, plus 3 pieces of sushi and a spicy tuna roll. The sashimi was very fresh, tender, and flavorful, especially the tuna. Unfortunately, the spicy tuna roll was the weak point. It tasted dry, lacked flavor, and seemed to contain far more crunchy fillers than tuna. It reminded me of a meatball with too much breadcrumb and not enough meat. I'd rather have a smaller roll with better-quality fish than a larger one padded with fillers. The spicy tropical roll was also disappointing. It too seemed to contain more fillers than fish, and the sauce was a little too sweet. It didn't taste fish-forward enough for a "signature" roll. The flavors leaned more fusion than authentic Japanese. If ingredient cost is the issue, I'd gladly pay a few dollars more for a better fish-to-filler ratio. The stir-fried soba with "vegetables" was also disappointing. The noodles didn't taste like Japanese buckwheat soba, and the both the taste + presentation reminded me of instant ramen. The flavor was decent but nothing memorable, and there were only a few pieces of zucchini--nowhere near enough vegetables to justify the name of the dish. The service was good overall. Our server was very sweet and friendly but definitely could use more training. While we were both trying to read the single menu, she interrupted to take our order instead of asking if we needed another minute--or even better, bringing us a second menu. Not a huge issue, but not especially pro or polished. As we were finishing, we ordered a couple of takeout items for a family member. The server kindly offered to package our leftovers with the takeout, which was appreciated. However, when the bill arrived, 1 of the takeout dishes was missing. It took a while to get her attention, and when we did, she reprinted the check without explaining how much longer the forgotten item would take. She did swing back to say she'd ask the chef to expedite, but we still waited quite a while, making us late for a meeting. As for the takeout, the Valentine Roll was just ok, similar to the signature roll we had at lunch. We also ordered a tuna roll, yellowtail roll, and sweet potato roll. None were bad, but they lacked the flavor we expected. Whether it was the rice or the ingredients, they just didn't stand out. Overall, it was a nice lunch. The beautiful restaurant, fresh sashimi, generous salad, and excellent appetizer showed a lot of promise. Unfortunately, too many of the rolls relied on fillers instead of fish, the soba missed the mark, and there were a few service missteps. They're very close--just a handful of small, doable improvements could elevate the experience from okay to outstanding. I hope they do.

I made a reservation for two on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was pretty busy, but they had our table ready even though we arrived 30 minutes early. Our server was Evelyn, and she was so sweet and she helped us when we were trying to decide between two desserts and three appetizers. We ordered: - Spring Salad (5/5) this tasted so good with the fresh mango, the snap peas, and the carrot ginger dressing. - Faroe Islands Salmon (5/5) I only tasted the rice, and not the salmon itself, but the rice was so good, and I just kept on stealing more from the plate. - Roasted-Half Chicken (4/5) This was my own entrée, and I loved how the chicken was crispy, and I also really liked the garlic mashed potatoes, but the only thing that I did not think worked well with the dish was the swiss chard. I think it would've tasted better with spinach. - Strawberry Cheesecake (4/5) this was surprisingly very light for a cheesecake, we ended up finishing all of it, and the whipped cream was really good. The strawberries were not my favorite, I kind of wish that they were just fresh slices of strawberries, but to each their own. All in all, this was a super solid meal, there's plenty of parking, and the restaurant is quite spacious, and the single bathrooms are also pretty large.

I usually don't see garlic knots in bread baskets so I definitely had to try one and it was a little dry. The drink menu listed a spicy lychee martini but I prefer a regular one which they were able to do. The menu has so many great options that it took us a while to decide what we wanted to eat. We ordered 3 appetizers: Roasted Cauliflower, Eggplant Stack Alla Cirella's, and Meatballs. The roasted cauliflower was a huge head of cauliflower and flavored with lemon, garlic, breadcrumbs and had tomatoes on the side. The meatballs were big and tasted very good. I don't usually like eggplant so I didn't partake in the Eggplant Stack Alla Cirella's, but my coworkers enjoyed the crispy eggplant layered with fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, tomato, roasted red pepper drizzled with warm balsamic glaze. I got the Capellini Pescatore as my entree. Fresh parmesan was grated and served on top. The dish had pasta with shrimp, scallops, sundried tomato, pancetta, and vodka sauce. First off, the portion was huge! I was imagining sea scallops, but it was bay scallops so smaller scallops. It was delicious and I enjoyed every single bite. I even had leftovers to take home. Diane was our server and she was so friendly. She offered her recommendations and when my coworkers wanted to modify their dish, it was no problem. The restaurant was full around 6:00pm. We had such a wonderful time together and the food was amazing. Looking forward to the next time I go to Cirella's.
