The outer screen was not cracked, and when the phone was opened up, it showed that the inner film was never taken off and that's why my phone was overly hot. And when I dropped it, I guess the two pieces of the screen separated because of the overheating. Screen was replaced with the proper one. Since this was a refurbished phone that I bought on Amazon, they used the wrong one. I felt that it was a reasonable price and was advised to contact Amazon and let them know what happened and they actually refunded me $128. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable.
