I made an appointment "to get it fixed" I thought! The "earliest appointment " was two days later.Took it in and was told that appointment was to have it looked at on the same day and leave it over night. Knowing I could still use my phone, I decided to make another appointment: the only availability was two days later. Ok, made that appointment; so far 4 days without a properly working phone, but WITH Geek Squad appointments!! I show up and I'm told they are going to take my phone in some secluded place and leave it with a bunch of other phones for 4 more hours!! In this day and age? I cannot believe they cannot schedule an appointment within a few days to fix a battery on a phone-unacceptable! This business is run by incompetent, inconsiderate, rude employees who have no empathy. if you have an Apple, go to the Apple Store in Victoria Gardens. If you have an Android take your phone ANYWHERE except here...ask some high school kid to look at it or try YouTube; better than this place!
