By Monday they hadn't called. So I went to the ER. They sent me, by ambulance, to Tufts Boston. At noon Monday, Ass-tetic called back. I was in Tufts 4 days getting antibiotics.

I had to give up my 6 year dentist because he was going through a recertification process with Dominion insurance. That is why I switched, With this dental office, I was clear that my insurance was to be used and they are an in network dentist. They affirmed this. However, they set me up with a dentist that is not in network and waiting for certification. Thus, my claim was denied. They set me up with a Dr. that wasn't certified by Dominion. I had no idea until I got the denial in the mail. This will hopefully be reversed, but in the meantime they have been no help nor do they care. Most importantly is that I was there because they told me they took my insurance. The office said the Dr. was certified and the insurance company told me she was not. I do not recommend this office. They were not helpful in all this. Opposite. Their office evidently doesn't know who is certified and who isn't. This is an 'in network' office. They hung up on me when I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager. That's all I wanted. They would not do it. This office led me astray. One of the worst medical experience of my 75 years. Dentist was great but the organization leaves a lot to be desired. Evidently this dentist was also waiting for certification from Dominion Insurance. I feel I was taken advantage of. I'm 75 and disabled. This should not happen to anyone.

I have never had such a thorough oral examination and I was so pleased with their high level of attention to detail. Samantha, the dental assistant, was friendly, highly skilled, and efficient. She has excellent bedside manner and explained every procedure in detail before and during so I knew what was going on. She took beautiful dental radiographs in a very short period of time, I was impressed with her technique! Dr. Picard was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He started my exam by talking to me about myself and non-dental related topics which really made me feel at ease and definitely got rid of those pre-visit butterflies in my stomach! His exam was detailed and he took the time to ask me several times if I had any questions or needed further explanations on anything. Both Samantha and Dr. Picard went above and beyond! The texting feature makes check-in seamless! I really can't recommend them enough.

Unfortunately I will need a tooth extraction, and they recommended that I arrange for that closer to home because of the anesthesia. BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!…read more I have always had THE best experiences at this office (lol which I am sure you never hear about a Dentist office simply because of the reasons for going). Rita, my dental hygienist is amazing, it has NEVER been uncomfortable or feel like it's taking forever when she cleans my teeth. Everyone is always so incredibly nice and you can see they really work as a team. I had an emergency this past weekend and was able to reach out, got a quick call back from Dr. Samantha Ward, got an appointment the next day, met with her and some other team members and figured out the problem and took steps to get a casting done asap for a mouth guard. I would highly recommend the office to everyone! They also seem to take all different types of insurance which was good because I didn't have the best when I first went.

When I returned, they took an X-ray to address their mistake and then charged me $200 for it. The tooth still bothers me to this day. More recently, I was told they accepted my new insurance, had work done, and was later charged $500 because they "never accepted" it--despite admitting they knew that beforehand. They told me I was out of luck and that they don't work with my insurance because situations like this happen. On top of that, my dentist was switched to her sister without my knowledge, and after a routine filling I was in pain for weeks. Overall, this office is dishonest and I would not trust them
