I asked for the information with code to be sent to my insurance but was told you didn't have that code.  I feel my insurance would have paid for some of the cost as it was an accident and do not feel your office help Rosette, was willing to comply.  Seriously what Dentist doesn't know what codes to use?  As time went on I feel this office is strictly too businesslike and all about the money and not so much the patient.  I would like to add that Jessica is one of your most caring workers and would like to give her that credit.  You continue to send me ratings so now you have it.

(After I just paid 4K with previous ortho) then she took it upon herself to call the previous orthodontist stating and I quote from them " she should stay with you guys I don't think she will be able to afford me she's on mass health" excuse me you don't even know me and my situation As to why I am on MassHealth. she judges you based on health insuranc, she's extremely expensive (but I was willing to pay regardles because she had better plans then who we have). i would stay away.
