The atmosphere is very clean and noticed an air purifier in every single room which depicts the type of environment it is. From a technological standpoint, the facility is pretty tech savvy. The equipment used is unlike what I have seen in other dental offices that is for sure. During my operation, Dr. Picard was very knowledgeable as he was explaining to the assistant what they were doing and why as a learning opportunity which is great. Staff was very personable from the start which made me feel very welcomed. I've been to dentist many times but you can immediately tell that Dr. Picard cares for the best interest of his patients and takes his time to ensure everything is done properly which is greatly appreciated. When I returned, they took an X-ray to address their mistake and then charged me $200 for it. The tooth still bothers me to this day. More recently, I was told they accepted my new insurance, had work done, and was later charged $500 because they "never accepted" it--despite admitting they knew that beforehand. They told me I was out of luck and that they don't work with my insurance because situations like this happen. He arrived for his appointment on Dec 12, 2024 to be told it was cancelled on Nov 1, 2024 because Brite Smiles had decided to no longer be enrolled in the plan. We receive no call, no email, no card from them about this cancellation. To further comlicate their incompetence an appointment was made for me just a week and a half prior. Apparently, the reasoning behind this decision was cost-savings. Well, Brite Smiles just lost two customers, plus those enrolled in dentalplans.com. Beware!

She took beautiful dental radiographs in a very short period of time, I was impressed with her technique! Dr. Picard was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He started my exam by talking to me about myself and non-dental related topics which really made me feel at ease and definitely got rid of those pre-visit butterflies in my stomach! I went during pandemic due to not many dentist open and had an issue with some of my bottom teeth,…read moreI had decided to get them all extracted and wanted to discuss implants instead of dentures, Got we will come back to that. The main dentist reprimanded a tech right outside my door and it was very unprofessional. Day of extraction appt, after 3 hours late for my appt, i asked if was going to be soon if not I had no issue rescheduling. Told will be in a few minutes. Another hour goes by and i go back to desk this time to just reschedule when said oh no she is coming to get you right now. Once in room waiting on surgeon and he and his assistant come in laughing but in a more sexual way, thought that was odd. I said i was ok to reschedule seeing as he seemed to be running so far behind. at this comment he was not happy, i said if running that late maybe ask desk to let people know and they could come back later. He got more upset at that and said " things happen" Honestly i think the thing was an adventure with the tech. After he was done and i was waking up, he rudely said i even left you impacted wisdom tooth in. "how is that". I was too out of it to even catch on before he left the room. Next on to 1st set of teeth which not going to say much about as too swollen to have any idea on fit. went back a few more times to adjust never fit good for more than couple hours before hurt again. Everytime they made my next set of dentures they used WAY too much of the goo and it made me gag. once time i started to choke and had to spit out the set and they got mad they had to start again. I asked many times not to put so much in, but never listened. Most times I was there it was like the dentists were more interested in extra curricle activities than my needs. I never did get a pair of good bottom dentures to wear and now I am looking to have top out and definitely going elsewhere, and will see about getting a new bottom denture done also
