I had a small issue with the rear bumper on my Ford Explorer. It had also caused some paint wear on the inside edge of the tailgate. The Ford dealer wasn't much help and told me it probably would cost a couple thousand to fix. Decided to check these guys out. The Manager, Steve, was very helpful and personable. He very quickly pointed out what the issue was and said it was an easy fix. Much better than the dealership. They were booked for a couple weeks (a good sign that they do good work). Steve got me set up with an appointment. They work with Enterprise rental, so the day of my appointment I was able to drop off my vehicle and Enterprise picked me up there and brought me to their location to get the rental paperwork taken care of. Two days later my vehicle was done and I was able to drop off the rental there for Enterprise to pick up. The bumper issue was taken care of and the tailgate was touched up beautifully. They even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint if I needed it in the future for anything. My insurance covered it minus my deductible, but the total was only a fraction of what the dealership said it would cost. If you need ANY body work done on your vehicle, you would be a fool not to check the guys out. Very highly recommended!

The estimate was higher than other shops in the area but I knew that going in from the other reviews and word of mouth. I decide to go with his shop and schedule the repair. Monday, the day I'm supposed to drop off the van rolls around, and I give a call into the shop just to confirm. Tom says he can't do it this week, and reschedules me for next Monday. I drop off the van the following Monday, and get the van back Thursday. Two phone calls to communicate status and progress in the mean time. The repair looks flawless to me and Tom stated he would stand behind the work if I had any trouble again. He took the time to even show me pictures and explained what the process was. There is a considerable amount of time and effort put into preparation with any paint work, and it is evident they do not cut corners here. We had a problem involving the installation of a kayak carrier to the roof rails of my best friend's Subaru. Supposedly qualified personal had managed to push the vehicle's roof rails way out of alignment, and we were looking at replacing the rails and their supports. This could have ended up costing us around $2,000+/- in roof and rail repairs. Dan looked at the problem, and said he could definitely fix it. We were greatly relieved, but upset about the looming bill. Later that day, the roof-top kayak-holder was soundly in place and the rails and their footings were perfect. The seals around the roof gaskets were tight and strong, despite some having been lifted by 1/2 inch or more after defective installations. Dan told us no massive repairs had been in order, and he ended up charging us NOTHING! Perhaps he felt bad for all we had gone through with other repair facilities, but we can still hardly believe it! Dan runs a high-quality repair shop that only does the work that is needed, when many companies would have added unnecessary services that cost the earth, moon, and any kids we had along the way. I mean, how often do any of us get this kind of care, service, and honesty when we need automobile repairs? As far as we're concerned, Collision Works is the only place to go for vehicle repairs.
