Bobbi B updated my account, I've been trying to correct the name for about 3 years, checked and replaced my battery. Victoria chimed in to help the process so Bobbi could complete the job at hand. Then here comes Simone with more great energy! Noticed that additional product bought (windshield wipers) had been replaced by a less than reparable customer (smh - ugh!) anyway, the customer service at this location is amazing! All service was provided with a smile, lots work work place laughter and jokes and the attitude that they want to keep a customer coming back. Thanks again for a great experience!

A brand new battery can go bad with a bad alternator and a brand new alternator can go bad with a bad battery. It is a lesson I learned the hard way. its a shame you didn't listen to them and purchase a new battery at the time you bought the alternator. it would have saved you from buying the alternator twice and a battery again. if you had taken it back to upex they would have warranted the alternator and you would just had to pay the labor and they could have told you why it happened but you want to leave them a bad review and not give them a chance to make it right? They are the only shop that can warranty a part you bought from them

While she can still see a little, it's hard to distinguish objects that are all the same color. This posed a problem because their new car was all the same color. He asked my brother and I what we suggested, and we both suggested getting it wrapped. My father began reaching out to local car wrap companies to get quotes to get mom's handle on their blue car wrapped so she could see it.
