I used the app and made a simple 2 - burrito, 1 - order of fries online order this morning. Drove to the restaurant, got in line at drive thru and patiently waited about 5 mins for the 2 vehicles ahead of me to be served. I was greeted at the drive thru speaker. I told the lady I was there to pick up my mobile order. Gave her my name. She said to pull forward. Got up to the window and was handed a very lightweight bag. I looked at the receipt and saw it was for the wrong person. I waved at the workers till someone came up. Told them I was given the wrong order. She took it back. Went to their holding area and found my order. Brought the bag to the window and showed me the name. I said yes that's the correct name. Took the sealed bag and left. I get to work so that my coworker and I can have breakfast and discover there are only burritos and no fries. The receipt clearly shows my full order. It's a simple process to complete. They were not crowded and bogged down with orders. In fact, a few of them were visiting at their prep counters and enjoying the downtime. read more

Great food - poor service. Went to the drive thru and was acknowledged right away but my order wasn't taken right away. Once it was taken I had to give it a couple of times and when I got to the window it was still incorrect. Immediately I was given my drinks and a cup of bacon - yes a cup of bacon! This was so I could assemble my burgers when they came out... WTF?!?! 45 mins into the experience someone comes out to my car to ask what order number I am... again, what?!?! If I hadn't already given them $30 I would've just left. I realize everyone has bad days but this was unreal. When I finally got my order (almost an hour in) there were no condiments, no napkins, no apology... Once I got home I discovered one of the "NM Style" burgers only had one patty - advertised as double meat. The other one had two patties but no cheese. But hey - cup o' bacon! read more

Perhaps the most mis-managed Blake's in the state, which is unfortunate being that this is a new, state-of- the art facility. To say this place is unbelievably slow, would be an understatement. You would be better off to drive to any other location across town, or to a neighboring city; you would likely get your food faster! I waited in the drive-thru for 42 minutes for a hamburger, breakfast burrito, and french fries. The manager's excuse was that they received a large call in order, and it was the only reason he was there. Being there or not, he obviously was inept and unable to manage the situation. With the 8-9 employees that I observed, this location is overstaffed and still unable to handle a large output of food that resembles anything of quality. Having waited so long, my food was cold by the time I received it, and my burrito was inedible due to the uncooked bacon and the raw potatoes it contained (picture attached). Additionally, the staff were unable to work two drive-thru lanes, resulting in cars having to back out of one lane and use the only lane where staff were taking orders. Between that frustration and the wait times, I watched 4 cars drive off. That said, I enjoy Blake's, but I won't be back to this location. I hope this can be resolved because as of right now, this location give the entire corporation a bad name. They don't even deserve a one star rating in my book. read more

I grew up in Blake's and have a fondness for it because I live out of town now. So when the craving sets in for a green chili Lotaburger its a bummer because they are so far away. So we get to town today, drive straight to Blake's and place the standard order. Meal served up, and they changed the bread. Some fancy pants artisan bread that overpowers the burger. There needs to be a poster warning people about this new awful bread. I'll try another location, but if they have changed due bread too I'm done. Fries and shake are the same. Ugh, I never leave negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed. I ordered an itsaburger, small fries and drink. The dining room was horribly unkept and the drink machines were overflowing with ice and very sticky. Anyway, I got terribly sick from the burger that evening and remained sick for several days. I called the manager that evening and he didn't seem too concerned, but said he'd be on the look out for similar complaints. He didn't offer to give a refund or anything. Great location, newer restaurant with seating! I would have given more stars but their service is sooooo slow , friendly service at the counter and same great food one can expect but not today! The workers need some serious training and are completely lacking common sense or customer service. When taking food orders, don't make me feel like my order is an inconvenience for you. Step it up. Sounds like a few have had a run in with a certain person at this establishment. I did send a complaint of my visit there through the App. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos online at 9:47 am and it told me it would be ready by 10:20 am. I arrived at 10:15. I went through the drive thru online pickup lane. Lady came out and asked my name. It was a very long line through regular drive thru lane. Regular Line NEVER moved once when I finally received my order at 10:47 and I was the ONLY one in the online pickup order lane. I told the lady that "what was the point of ordering online when I still get my order an hour later " She quickly snapped at me saying "Well go eat somewhere else then!!!". Burritos were amazing! First time here for our first time in New Mexico! Brought my parents with me, and we decided to try something we don't have back home. The staff is great! They are very helpful and more then willing to tell you about the food. The make the food fresh right in front of you. They had burgers and hotdogs which they lived. I had chicken and fries all cooked to perfection. The fries were not salty which I love. I also had a malt which was perfect and they had shakes. However, it's obvious that this location needs a serious improvement in customer service, curb appeal, and above all time efficiency. First of all the phone number for this location is worthless as it is a cheap automated system and I can't even get the correct order I want. Because the drive thru is absolutely frustrating due to broken microphones and the while I waited to order at the window I witnessed several cars leave. For this reason the fastest way to order food at this location is by going inside and it's ridiculous! What's the point of having a drive thru at this location if it is destroyed? In addition, this location has a lack of trash cans which are necessary to customers and the landscape/maintenance is repulsive. Unfortunately every time I come to Farmington East main location and Aztec location it is always a huge huge disappointment. They never get the order right and the quality for what you pay to have "extras" is ridiculous! Today I order a bean burrito with cheese, onions and red chili on the inside. I asked for it to be smothered with more red chili with lettuce, tomato and cheese. I got a huge tortilla with literally maybe 2 table spoons of beans, a bunch of sliced onion on the inside. It was "smothered" with maybe 2 table spoons of red chili with a little bit of cheese and lettuce and tomato all for $6.00!! Next time I want a bean burrito I'm going to go to Taco Bell! I used to work for Lotaburger back in my high school days so I have a pretty good idea on how their burgers should be done. The food itself is excellent, they've modernized Burger making and still retained the taste and quality of the classic Lotaburger. With that said, the new facility is gorgeous and the technology in the sofa machines is awesome, it can blend all sorts of flavors. Now for the bad news and I really hate posting bad reviews because I try to look for the positive. We came here for a total of three time and every single time the lobby/dining room was filthy. We had to ask for our tables to be cleaned every time we came here. It's a brand new building and very modern design, but they don't keep up with the cleanliness of the lobby. The floors need to be swept and the soda station also needs attention. I don't think we'll come here again and we'll go to the broadway location. read more
