The customer service individual was very rude and told me that they don't accept my insurance. I informed them that I could pay the expenses upfront and I would work with my insurance to be reimbursed. I was told to go somewhere else that they would not look at my car. I would thing twice before taking your car to a place where they allow someone rude people to work.
