But, they must be under new management because our last three delivery orders have been wrong, and the last one this weekend the manager blamed my wife for ordering wrong, then blamed the system, then said he wasn't going to fix it. Sunday night I was not feeling well & called to order a salad, chicken & a pizza. On the phone the guy who took the order was thorough - asked if I wanted cole slaw w/the chicken (ordered 2 4 pc dinners w/slaw) when I went in to pick it up, the staff was 3 kids working who were clearly more interested in talking. I know it must've been a slower night & close to closing, but still...when I got home, there was no cole slaw, no rolls & the chicken was severely undercooked - blood in all of the leg, thigh & breast pieces. The pizza was good, so was the salad. Doubt I'll go back because of the undercooked chicken. It was hard not to think back to the workers sitting around b.s.'ing when I saw how the chicken was so undercooked. I heated the 2nd dinner up today & it was STILL undercooked w/blood. read more

I stopped in Streetsboro for the night and happened to find Blasiole's. I'm glad I gave them a try. Family restaurant, no frills, self serve soft drinks, no alcohol there. They delivered fresh, warm bread to the table even with our pizza order. When the kitchen made the wrong pizza on a busy night, the server let us know what happened, apologized, and discounted our bill. Very honest! The pizza was great, with fresh veggies, a wonderful crust, and a good sauce. read more

i wanted to update the review i wrote above. it is now february 2015. i have bumped my rating up from no stars/one star to two stars even though i have yet been able to try the food. why? they have finally gotten their act together to get a website up and running, and, they now have a menu as well. these two requirements for having a business in today's world will facilitate me dropping in maybe when i am in the neighborhood and actually sample some food. what a concept! i did drive by on 2/1/2015 superbowl afternoon and the parking lot was jammed. things may be looking up here....stay tuned read more

Ordered online to save time. Arrived at designated time. Ordered a pizza and some wings. Pizza was done but no wings. Waited 20 minutes for wings. I get home and pizza is cold and wings are drowned in buffalo sauce. Huh I ordered spicy garlic. WTF. What a waste of time. They are quick to take your but can't follow through.. Poor customer service. A lady waited almost an hour she said for chicken she had ordered ahead. They wouldn't give her money back because they said it was already dropped. But as we where waiting another person came in for an order of 50 pieces of chicken. My advice don't pay till your food's in front of you and you've check your order. What a crock of SHIT. read more

I am puzzled and amazed by the good reviews for this place. I ordered a pizza for pick up. The employee looked dazed and lifeless as I approached the counter. I told her my name and I was here to pick up. She got the pizza and slid/flopped it on the counter without a word. I had a twenty in my had and she simply took it without having so far said hello, what could i do to help, or even the price of the pizza. Zero, nothing, not a word. she handed me the change in bills and coins and receipt all in a clenched pile that she stuck into my open hand and then walked away. Once I got home I realized the service was their best asset. Tasteless greasy mushy pizza. Never ever again. You would expect a family run business to be one of pride and have employees who are eager to please to keep customers coming in. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Not here. IF I COULD RATE this JOINT 0 STARS, I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR. This place bites. Their web site has been "under construction" for over a year. Finally, I stopped in when i drove by yesterday. My Mission was simple. I wanted a CARRYOUT MENU so that I could order something to take home. I was told: "We are out of menus". LOL - these maroons are unclear about running a food business today. Web Sites & menus are required?? DUHHHHHHH? This lackluster joint has a great location with lots of car traffic and their large parking lot out front was empty at dinner time on a Saturday of Labor Day Weekend except for my car. All the other places around were hopping. You could not even tell this joint was open. They will be shuttered soon. The pizza here is a must have. I love the meat lovers. Very generous with toppings. Never took opportunity to dine in mostly because of the small dining area. First time offering wings was a disappointment, but then I found the secret...... Ask for the wings well done. Phenomenal. This message is for the owner. I ordered a large pizza today at 1:36 pm. Delivery did not happen at 2;22 pm. I call at 2:40 and the girl says "we dont know where our driver is" I said is my pizza there? she says yes. I asked how long it has been there and she said 20 minutes. So lost driver will pick my pizza up 30 min later and I get cold food? She was rude DIDNT CARE and neither did your teenage mgr. I expect to be fully refunded and you have lost a customer. Moved to the area recently and was looking for good, local pizza. Tried this place out. Family owned, which I like, but the service seemed to lack enthusiasm. The single large pizza I ordered was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and I took it home. It was plenty hot when I returned home, and that's great. The problem is.. it wasn't very good. The sauce was dull, the crust struck me as generic, and the quality of toppings didn't blow my mind. I'd put it on par with Papa John's, and that's not necessarily a compliment. read more

Live in the area and Blasiole's has always been our choice for pizza. It's been a few months since we ordered. Yesterday, I stopped in and ordered 3 sub sandwiches (a meatball, a sausage and a cold submarine). While waiting for our sandwiches to be cooked, I notices a black bug crawling to the side of the cash register area. I asked the young girl what it was and she stepped on it. It cracked. I don't know if it was a beetle or worse. The cold sandwich was good. Both hot sandwiches were overcooked (burnt). They were edible, but not what I would have expected. They were not very busy, so no excuse there. I am very disappointed and will probably not return. The bug thing really disgusted me. read more

Had a coupon and had never heard of this restaurant before so we gave it a try. Sure glad we discovered it. Casual restaurant, wide selection on the menu from sandwiches to pizza to Italian entrees. Reasonable prices and very, very good food. Loved the lasagna. My husband had ravioli and said it was very good as well. We added side salads - nice - came with black olives, cheese, wide range of dressings. We'll be back for sure. read more

Just ordered from here.. Not sure what happened to it but they used to have the best pizza. I waited over an hour for my order to arrive. When I opened the box I couldn't see any cheese on the pizza and it was cold. So when I tried to get it out of the box to put it in the oven it was stuck to the bottom of the box.. Should have ordered Pizza Hut so much for supporting small businesses. Not sure if I will ever order from here again. read more

Blasiole's is not only one of the best pizza place around, they have an excellent catering service. They catered my son's wedding at the beginning of October and the food was excellent! Pot roast, chicken parmesan, red skin potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls. We received rave reviews about the food from our guests. Anna and her staff did an outstanding job and we highly recommend Blaisiole's. Whether your event is small or large, they provide excellent service and food! I'm from the Streetsboro area originally so I'm very familiar with Blasiole's. They're food is excellent! So, when I had to host a bridal shower for a friend in Aurora I decided to order chicken from Blasiole's. The chicken was amazing as usual! No complaints there! However the service was absolutely terrible! I called that day at 11am to order a 24 pc bucket of chicken to be ready at 2pm. You think that would be enough notice for such a small order. Well I got there 5 min before 2 and they didn't have it ready. Ok, I'll cut them some slack there b/c I was 5 min early. However, they told me it would still be 10 min. So, reluctantly, I waited. Then they ignored me for another 5 min. Finally I caught someone's attention and they told me that it would be another 2 min. So, I sighed and waited. They, again, ignored me for a few more min until I caught their attention and they told me 3 more min. Now, I was getting very frustrated b/c I had a whole group of women waiting on me for chicken and a bride on her way. I'm the matron of honor... I should be there to greet her! And I had a friend waiting for me in the car! They continued to ignore me until someone finally told me another 3 min! What!?!? Are you kidding me?!?! Finally, after, no joke, 25 min of waiting I got my chicken! They never even apologized for my wait! They just handed to me and said have a good day then quickly hurried back to the kitchen. I'm sorry, but 3 hrs was plenty of time to get a 24 pc bucket of chicken ready. And then to not apologize on top of that! I waited 25 min! Rude! Rude! Rude! There is no excuse for that! I have worked MANY years in customer service and you do not treat your customers that way if you want repeat business! If I were to base this review solely on the quality of the food then I'd give it 5 stars. However, I'm basing it on the whole experience and therefore must give it only 2. I ordered a ravioli with no meat . Being a vegetarian for 24 years I am very specific when I order out knowing that being an Italian restaurant there is a possibility of meat in the food . I was assured there was no meat in the sauce before I ordered , that it can be meatless sauce. It took 50 minutes for the order , which is fine because , I was told it might be an hour and fifteen minutes for the delivery. The order came with meat balls on the ravioli. I called and was offered a refund or to have the correct order sent out. Being hungry , I said to bring out the correct order, they brought another ravioli out, with no charge. The second order also had meat in the sauce . No meatballs ... But meat in the sauce. I of course called and notified the manager. He said he took the second order and put no meat in the sauce. There was clearly meat in both orders. Having an order sent incorrectly both times and then the manager tell me that he personally made the order is disturbing. I normally would recommend eating here but I can not honestly recommend this restaurant to anyone unless they don't care about food quality. If you are okay with not knowing what is in your food then I would recommend blasiole's. I would give no stars but I have to give at least one for a post. read more

I would consider myself a regular (ordering multiple times in a month for take out). The pizza is very good and the food is very decent. No complaints there, based on the class of the operation and prices. But, the service is only OK at best to horrible. I've stood at the counter for long periods of time, without being acknowledged. I have had workers walk by the door through the kitchen and not even acknowledge I am there. Other times I have had one woman there forget parts of my order 3 times now. I just check the entire order and open all of the containers before I leave now. Another major issue is their inconsistent kitchen hours. For instance, tonight (1/15/13) at 8:35 I called to order a pizza and wings and was told by the guy answering the phone that it was too late. Despite their website claiming the kitchen closes 1 hour before closing (10PM weekdays. 11PM weekend), I have found it to be really hit or miss after 8PM if they will make anything for you.
