    BYO pizzas

i have never been more impressed with a pizza place! the staff were super nice and were joking with us, food was fresh and hot. they aren't like other pizza places that charge an arm and leg for toppings and they also don't charge for ranch which is sweet. the restaurant was clean and plenty of seating. i honestly can't wait to come back!! theres endless combinations you can try! amazing!!

Very quick and tasty. We love the half pizza & half salad options. Blaze has my favorite pizza crust it's just so good . The other awesome thing is the beverage selection. You have a lot of options . The patio is fabulous too. There's nothing else quite like blaze in the area so it's very delicious & unique. We are born & raised in Blount Co & love it .

It was my first time there 4/2/21 and it was awesome, I'm from PA. and the sauce was on point. I'm on the Keto diet and they have Keto crust and Cauliflower crust as well. The GM made my pizza and he was super nice 5 stars for service and 5 stars for the food and options.

I especially like the restaurant atmosphere. It's very comfortable, upper scale and no matter how packed you can have a conversation with your table mates and everyone can be heard. The bar has most of the standards...even higher end options. It never ceases to irk me that they either don't carry Hendricks gin or are always out. Must try dish at Bella is Pasta in the Wheel. Fettuccine pasta flambé in a grana padano cheese wheel can be ordered as an appetizer or main course. Truly decadent!

For the appetizers, I really liked the presentation of the focaccia bread with a table-side drizzle of olive oil and with a pesto, goat cheese, and a bulb of cooked garlic. We also enjoyed the arancini, which is basically fried risotto. I didn't like my main as much. I had the mushroom rigatoni. As I'm not a vegetarian I had to try a side of meatballs which I did enjoy. While I really enjoyed the nuttiness from the toasted hazelnuts, the mushrooms were very chewy, almost as if they'd been rehydrated, and a lot of the pasta was pretty dried out. Needed more sauce for the rigatoni. I can see how the dish can satisfy a vegetarian option but it would also be perfect with grilled chicken. I took a bite of the creamy Tuscan shrimp and thought the shrimp was perfectly cooked and very creamy. And the pork chop with polenta had an interesting sweetness to it. While I wouldn't order my entree again, the service plus the other dishes makes them a 5 for me. You Bella believe I'll be back!

Still pretty formal, but more desirable for us versus formal dining. 4. We had 6 different cocktails and all were great. 5. Food wise, we started with deviled eggs, then a wedge salad, finishing with the Surf/Turf. All were great. I personally didn't love the relish on the deviled eggs (sweet), but it worked. 6. If I have any constructive feedback, I'd ask the manager, Brad, to stop pacing through the lounge. During our 1.5 hours there, he walked through the lounge in front of our table, at least 20 times and it became a detractor for us. Occasionally we'd see him seat a customer instead of the hostess, but otherwise, not sure he was actually adding any value with pacing. I'd suggest sitting back and observing, and helping when needed rather than hovering and pacing. The lounge is just too small to not notice.

We started very early this evening 6/22, at Raven with res in the lounge for two. Two couples at the bar and no tables taken when we arrived. We were seated at the absolute worst table in the lounge, looking at the curtains and only 1/4 view of bar/room. We asked to move 4 ft over to the corner booth to see into the room. Cocktails, wine, split the wedge salad, 2 entrees were good. When our waitress asked if we wanted dessert we said no...our waitress, who had been lovely, said she wasn't surprised and it was 'impressive' how much we ate...one app/2 entrees? At $260. We will not be back.

I looked high and low for a place that serves 'Nduja (spreadable salami) in Knoxville/ surrounding areas, and Amici is where I found it. It isn't something that you can find easily here, so I was excited to take him here, knowing he would be excited. We had a corner table, I sat on the booth side, which i'm 5'5, but the booth is a bit tall, so I couldn't place my feet on the floor. It honestly didn't bother me, there were pillows to prop for the bench seating and I was fine. We started with an appetizer (which I really wanted to try) the Arancini. Just WOW, they were big in size, and absolutely mouthwatering, flavorful and delectable. They were perfectly fried, were crisp, just the right hotness, and the pomodoro could be eaten by the spoonful. Honestly everything was great, but that appetizer still has me thinking about it. I ordered the Fig and Prosciutto pizza on sourdough and my boyfriend ordered a Four Cheese with 'Nduja. My pizza was good, sweet, salty and savory. He enjoyed his 'Nduja, but it was a bit different consistency that he was used to. They did say they made it in house which was nice for authenticity. For his birthday we ordered the Zeppole (its like a fried donut with a lemon glaze) - not my forte personally, because if it's not chocolate it isn't worth the calories- but it's not my birthday, hah. He absolutely loved the Zeppole and had dreams about. Over all we had a pleasant experience. Trust me, don't sleep on those Arancini.

We pulled into the parking lot, and I could hear my compadre, RIP, say to me, ' Si está ocupado, va a ser bueno." If its busy, its going to be good. The parking lot was full and the inside of the restaurant was busy. We walked in and our Mom who was a teenager during the 50's loved the decor and signage and my brother immediately gravitated towards the pinball machines. We sat down at a booth. The booths are a little tight if you're tall and have had a couple of cheeseburgers over the years. The good news is that the table is moveable Our server Finch was delightful. By the way, it was her Birthday on the day we were there and even though she was working on her Birthday, she was still having a lot of fun. The regular menu is HUGE. I'm not talking Cheesecake Factory HUGE, I'm talking about triple that...... There's about 50 different burgers and I'm probably missing some. There's burger with a fried bologna slice and american cheese There's a burger with Military Chow The menu is clear to understand but there's an overwhelming amount of choices. I didn't see the vegan menu in the regular menu so I politely asked Finch for the vegan menu, and she skipped back to me with it. Wow - A lot of choices as well. Hot Rod's uses Beyond Meat for some of their burgers but they also custom craft their veggie burgers. The vegan cheese on my burger was most likely Follow Your Heart or Violife, but it was properly melted. The Beyond Burger was a frozen slab without any seasoning but cooked through. I would have preferred some seasoning but hey - I'm not going to knock it. The portion of fries is massive. The vegan ranch is Follow Your Heart and was a nice dipping sauce for the fries. My brother had a buffalo chicken sandwich and my mom had the reuben. We all shared the vegan banana split. Hot Rod 50's Diner as stated by another Yelp reviewer may be the best diner in the United States.

Hard-working, always attentive without ever being over-bearing, kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable about every menu item we asked about. We know we can sometimes ask a lot of our servers, and Sergio never hesitated or faltered in providing some of the best service we have EVER experienced. Kudos to Sergio! Not to leave out the rest of the staff - the manager and everyone else we were in contact with were exceedingly warm and welcoming. And the food! Wow! Everything we ordered (soups, lobster, steaks, and desserts) was perfectly prepared and also among the best meals any of us have ever had. My wife and I have spent a lot of time in Southern Carolina and have become huge fans of She Crab soup and we didn't think we would ever have soup as good as we get there, but we were wrong. The She Crab soup at Foothills Milling Company was better than any we've ever had, anywhere. The steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature and were seasoned just right, and the lobster was amazing. This was seriously among the best dining experiences any of us have ever had, and we will happily recommend Foothills Milling Company to everyone we know. We cannot wait for our next visit.
