I feel that it's necessary to update my review by mentioning my most recent experience. I ordered a pizza the other day and unfortunately it arrived "sloppily". No need to go into details, but suffice it to say that it was difficult to eat. I followed up with the manager about it and not only were they apologetic, but eager to make it right. And they did. Just a reminder that mistakes are made and not always done from laziness or ill intentions. I remain a continued happy customer. read more

Good amount of toppings good amount of cheese very tasty sauce, we got two large pizzas and one gluten free. Didn't care for the gluten free crust, the sauce was yummy but the gf crust was a no go for us. The regular crust was really yummy, super buttery and full of flavor . We will definitely be back. Not really the kind of place I would sit and eat because it's quite small. But to get it and take it home it's perfect. read more

OK, so maybe one star is too good a rating. BUT, I feel generous. We ordered a Pizza from this place and it was awful. Not spoiled or stale just a lousy attempt at Pizza. One further insult to good Pizza, it was not even cut through. This happened around 6:00PM on 4/12/2021. Either the employees need to get counseled and instructed or shown the door. Surely somebody has money invested. Why would they allow their business to be run so poorly. The phone person did not ask for a name, did not give us a time and seemed like she had better things to do. Seems like a great way to lose money. Open a business and then forget about it. read more

I placed an order for carryout and they told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. It definitely was. I ordered the Snapperoni Pizza. It was covered with double Sugardaleâ pepperoni and extra cheese. The menu on the internet says the Snapperoni is truly a pizza lover's dream. I will have to disagree with that statement. This pizza is mediocre and it tastes like a combination of papa john's and bellacino's pizza. I was not very impressed. I had heard from many people that I should try this place so I did. If I was having a party and this place delivered really late then that might be the only reason why I would order it. I would not waste $15 bucks on a medium pizza again. The staff are friendly, not all remember order said "No mushrooms" , but we pick them off and enjoy it! Definitely 5 stars for this store! We were in town for a cheer competition and arrived 10 minutes before they closed. I don't normally order right before a place is about to close because I'm aware they have everything cleaned up and they are ready to go home. But we didn't know, we were just looking for food and we were hungry. When we saw a pizza place we pulled in, as we are suckers for some pizza. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. In fact, at one point I was taken back with how friendly they were. It seemed unusual. They seemed happy we were there. They had already turned the oven off folks! Highly recommend this pizza. Hubby and I were craving pizza and we saw an ad in the Mint magazine and thought we'd give this place a shot. The online ordering showed a 45 min eta which was fine. We waited about an hour and 15 mins after ordering and it was 5 mins 'til close! So I called to see where our order was and the friendly female on the other line immediately knew which order I was inquiring about. She had a great attitude over the phone. Great customer service! What lead me to this review was the fact that our delivery driver forgot our soda...He looked at our order receipt and noticed he messed up and asked if we'd like for him to bring it...Of course we do, we paid for it. I almost didn't expect him to return but he kept his word! That's insane customer service! We really appreciate it! You made our late dinner memorable for sure haha. Canceled my order here at 2130 hours on this day and time, due to seeing Mr. Jason Miller (manager) make my food. The worst part of it, he wasn't wearing gloves, he was using a dirty rag to wipe off the food prep area, then he was using the same rag he used to wipe off the food prep area to wipe his hands off with then with the same hands continues to finish my to go order with I stopped him from finishing my order, I asked him and he avoided me questioning how he makes the food, the point I was making is this is cross contamination all the above. I got my refund then I left. Not sure if I was given a false name by this above stated person who calls himself the manager . Which brings me to the fact of the circumstances this I can tell you wasn't someone who was reasonable and definitely wouldn't trust him making your businesses food for your customers. read more

Ordered delivery and the driver couldn't find the apartment and instead of of calling he went back and said he threw the pizza and pasta out. We've been trying to find good pizza in Knoxville. This isn't good. It was dried out. All of the topping was dumped on 1 slice of pizza. Very little cheese and not very tasty. Mostly young teens working in the restaurant when we picked it up. This franchise needs to step it up. read more

Excellent customer service. I went in and ordered and only had to wait 15 mins for my entire order. They gave me a soda on the house while I waited and were so polite. I like the hot wings, not too oily but well cooked. Pizza was average but. It super oily - only hesitation was the chicken was super dry on the pizza. Breadsticks were dry as well. read more

"Bait and switch" I called to order a pizza and mentioned to the lady I had a "buy one, get one of equal or lesser value pizza" coupon. She told me the price of a large pizza would be $8.99. I go to pickup my pizza and the bill is $17.00. Scratching my head I told the lady that I was quoted $8.99 for a large, one topping pizza (The large for $8.99 is written on their whiteboard with other daily specials) She proceeded to tell me when you have a buy one, get one coupon the pizza goes back up to the regular price. I ordered three salads on January 12, 2017. The salads all had additions and deletions. Needless to say none where made correctly. I called the store and was offered a 25 percent discount off the next order. January 20, 2017 we tried to order the same three salads again. Of course one salad was not made correctly again and we where given the wrong receipt for the order. I am not sure if the staff that answers the phone need to listen better or if they really don't care if the order is correct. I will not be using this location again. read more

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza and a Diet Coke for delivery. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 50 minutes later we had to call again to remind them to deliver the order. When it arrived we received a pizza that was not thin crust as we had ordered and a regular coke not a Diet Coke. The delivery guy was nice enough to give us a refund for the drink but could not correct our order because by now it was an hour after We ordered and the store was closed. We called the store on Northshore to place an order for pick up. When we went to pick it up the store was completely shut down. My husband called the number back and they said it was the Hardin Valley store and they forgot to tell him that store closed and the number was forwarded to them. They ended up delivering it, but of course by the time it got to us it was cold. When I called to complain the guy said he would give me a store credit, which I declined because we dont live near that store.
