Stopped here for dinner. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. One side is a bar and the other is the dining area. The tables were clean and they had many tvs to watch the various sports events. The jets bread was delicious. What's not to love garlic, butter and cheese. The Detroit was very good. Crispy and cheesy with lots of flavor. We opted for hand tossed pizza with cup and char pepperoni. I am so glad we found a local place that offers a little of my hometown. The amount of cheese and toppings were plenty but it was like lava.. stayed so hot for the length of the meal. The prices for pizza were reasonable for the quality of ingredients. It was actually pretty affordable for the three of us to eat and have leftovers for tomorrow. We will definitely be returning. read more

I love my Jet's pizza, we discovered them back in 2009 and got hooked! Unfortunately this location screwed up pretty badly; burned the crap out of our pizza. I got sesame seed/garlic/Romano crust and the burn/char was on both the crust and part of the cheese. The cheat meal I was looking forward to was unfortunately lackluster and had to be eaten around. I love Jet's, there's only 1 around in the area in the shopping center next to Subway, also houses Tomo, and Moo-yah, across the street from The Gallery shopping center, where Chili's, Tomato Head and Stir Fry are located. I love their Detroit Style pan pizzas, either the 8 corner or the 4 corner, it just depends on how hungry I am. Make sure you order it with the Turbo Crust, that crust is like food crack to me. I always get pepperoni, but they have a large variety of toppings so get it how you want it, just trust me and order it w/ the turbo crust. You can order online, which is fast when they are busy, I've never had them take over 20 minutes for a carry out. Give them a shot if you are in the area, or you can get it delivered! I used to love Jets. It's hit or miss these days, and the quality has gone down hill sadly . I only live a couple of miles away, and my favorite Detroit style aloha BBQ arrived soggy . I started feeling like something was off with the chicken, as it smelled funny . I ate one slice , and put the rest in the fridge thinking I was imagining it . I was sick to my stomach an hour later, and in the morning I could smell the foul chicken in the fridge , so I threw the rest away. I called first thing in the morning before they opened and the manager asked if she could call me back as she was making dough. She called me an hour later and said she gave me a credit for next time I came in. I explained that I wanted my credit card refunded not a credit for a pizza that made me sick. She said that I should have called the same night. I explained that I was ill, and called first thing in the morning. She bumped me to the on hold message without saying anything, and some snotty girl repeated the same script. Horrible service, and I will never eat there again. read more

I ordered a cauliflower pizza from their website. I received a hand tossed. I called and spoke with manager Erica and I was told that it was between the computer and me and not their responsibility because their system says hand tossed. I sent her the confirmation that clearly shows I ordered cauliflower crust and she said their system was wrong and then said I should have called in instead so I didn't make this mistake again. Today Jet's has over 350 locations and is the twelfth largest pizza chain, based on sales, in the country. Jet's offers pizza, sandwiches and salads but is known for their square deep dish pizza. "Respect the Crunch." I dropped by the Bearden location on a Friday night and ordered my pie. I decided to eat at the restaurant. There are seats and tables inside. I have a strong suspicion that these seats are highly under utilized. I feel my eating inside the pizzeria was taboo to the employees and they didn't know what to make of it. I order one of the signature deep-dish eight square, pepperoni, pizzas. The pizza was good and I did my best to "respect the crunch." The outer most corners of the square pizza had a caramelized golden brown mozzarella cheese border. The pizza was hot. The cheese and pepperoni were not oily.The crust was buttery and crunchy on the outside and moist and airy on the inside. The quality the Jett brother's hope to provide at each of their franchise locations is definitely found here. The interior was clean and staff friendly. The pizza was prepared quickly and delivered to me with a smile. The pizza at Jet's is good and reasonably priced. The next time I'm considering eating in I'll keep Jet's in mind. read more

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the taste of the pizza but everything to do with the cost. We normally like Jet's pizza a lot even though we've had complaints about the amount of lettuce in the salads. The cheesey bread is SO delicious and the pizza itself is usually pretty good. HOWEVER, I was craving pizza the other night and called to put in my order. I asked for a medium meaty pie, but before I could get any further, I was told they didn't make medium-size pizzas anymore -- only small and large for ANY KIND of pizza. I asked about the cost. For one large meaty pizza, the cost was, are you ready and sitting down?, $24.00!! Now that did include tax, delivery charges, and some other delivery charge. But I still thought it was too much for a pizza! I also wanted two salads, and an order of cheesey bread. I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing the total cost would have been close to $75.00 or more, the cost of a nice meal in a fancy restaurant -- not a flipping pizza joint! I understand the price of food and gas has gone up. But this increase is too much for my wallet to handle. Although it's a higher priced, the quality and quantity of food is definitely superior than many of them. \ The crust is thick and flavorful with various crust flavors that are delicious. Their pizzas can be square or round. Their toppings are more generous than most pizza places. I often get full after one slice of their pizza due to the size / thickness. The delivery is not guaranteed in 30 minutes or less and often takes much longer than most places, but when I'm at work, I'm not in a hurry for pizza to be delivered. The delivery service has always been friendly and courteous. I really like ordering online and being able to change my order, take my time, or think about what I'm ordering. Their salads and other items are often popular for those who may not want pizza. I will continue to order from here for work and home. read more

I always order carryout so I can't speak for the delivery service. If you are looking for a new chain style pizza to try you can't do much better than this! They use "premium mozzarella cheese" and boy it's good! Get a salad while you're there. They're made fresh, have many different dressings and your dollar goes a long way (you get a lot!). I've ordered a large salad and among 4 ppl we couldn't eat it all with our pizza. Speaking of pizza, they have many crust options. Go with your gut on this one. The 8 corner pizza is really good and so is antipasto salad. I've had their Jet's cheese bread and calzones as well. Have eaten at Jetts' for several years now (moved to Maryville in 2008). Has always been good. But not this time. I ordered a "deep dish duo" and cheesy bread sticks, with a topping on "each pizza". This time I ordered a "deep dish duo and cheese bread sticks" and all I got was 6 pieces ... 3 with ham ... 3 with pepperoni... in ONE SMALL BOX. Before when I ordered I'd get 6 pieces with one topping and 6 pieces with another, plus the bread sticks. Seems Jett's has "changed" their menu. I ordered a "veggie" pizza on regular crust. It was okay. Needless to say I and my family won't be buying any more from Jett's. Jett's has lost its ranking as being "the best pizza I've ever eaten". I'll go back to Domino's. read more

Worst service I've received at a pizza place in a long time. I arrived to see 2 others who had apparently decided to sit down at the table inside because they had been waiting so long on their call in carry out order. None of us were acknowledged by any of the 4 or so employees scurrying around in the back. Approximately 10 minutes later after standing there, ANOTHER customer showed up triggering the door bell once again, and finally someone decided "maybe we should look around the corner". I could visibly see my order in the case behind the counter, so close and yet so far, and after waiting 15 min I left with lukewarm pizza. The pizza itself is ok, the "premium" mozzarella seemed like it may as well have been from a school cafeteria. Came for a pi day special because Jet's is always a little overpriced for my taste. Glad I didn't pay full price for what I got. (Yes I realize that because they were running a special on the day I went things might be different, however, not even greeting or saying anything to customers waiting on their already completed orders is just inconsiderate.) I'll stick with Dominos next time I want a good deal on pizza. read more
