Horrible customer service. The workers are too distracted talking to each other and do not pay attention at all. I couldn't hear the staff asking me question through the plastic plexi safety shields. Their face masks were below their nose as they were preparing our food. We sat outside and none of the table were wiped down. The trash can was over flowing. There was garbage under the tables. Clearing no manager present. Our pizza was done and they did not bring it out for us. They just let it sit there until we came to get it. The food was tasty though. Which I we were happy about! Better than Pieology!!! I know your going to disagree with me if your a fan of Pieology and I'll just say they are both different but both very good. I really enjoyed Blaze Pizza because they had MANY MORE options to choose from for my handcrafted pizza and by options I mean toppings. Pizza had amazing flavor and really good portions. Love this place!!! Craving some pizza right now as I'm writing this review. I'm so glad this place just opened by my house, it's fast and budget friendly, not to mention delicious. My daughter also loves building her own pizza. My favorite thing though, is the smores dessert! You have to try it, it's addicting!!! I've tried from the signature pizzas menu, the white top and that's my absolute favorite. There's also the option to use drizzle sauce on top of any build your own pizza, which is always fun. Ordered online at 10pm. Apps say pickup in 15-25. I go to location at 1025 and ask first worker for status on order. She says pizza is being made. At 1040, asked a second worker for status on order. She says pizza in the oven. At 1055, I noticed no pizza in the oven and no customers in line so I asked for the status again. I was told pizza was never made and order receipt was next to the register. Frustrated that I wasted my time sitting at the business waiting for my order. I requested for the manager for a refund. Nick the manager said refund is not possible because order was made through UberEats. So I had choice to waste my money or wait another 30 minutes for them to make my pizza. I kept my patience thinking that these workers are poor teenage overworked workers who hates their job and could care less with Customer Service, I regretfully waited. I lost my appetite after this incident and trashed the pizza! I'm never going to this Blaze Pizza location again!! Bad service. Bad pizza. I placed an order online through their app: 1x 11" pizza and 2 drinks. Pretty simple order, no crazy toppings, just plain old pepperoni/ham/cheese. It said the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I arrive at the store to pick up my order. When I ask for my order, they tell me it's not ready yet and that they would let me know when it was ready, so I sat down and waited. 15 minutes go by and I haven't heard anything so I go back up to the counter and ask. This time it is ready, but when I open the box, the pizza is cold, as if it had been sitting there for a long time. The place wasn't even half full. To top it all off, they didn't have either one of the 2 drinks that I ordered in stock so I had to settle for something else. When I get home, I reheat the cold pizza, hoping that this would at least be their one redeeming quality. It was mediocre at best. Tastes like it came straight out of a Lunchables box and they still charge about as much for an 11" pie as a regular pizza place would charge for a 14-16" pie. It's an easy order process with all the options viewable behind the glass. There's a short cooking period. After pizza comes out, you can add additional toppings. Crust is thin, just how I like it. I had 2 slices left over, but the rest of my group each ate all their own pizzas. All the tables were occupied inside, at about 730p, but there was no line. Tables cleared up pretty quick; place has a lot of room. It's also a popular place with law enforcement. There were 6 deputies while we dined there. Parking is plentiful and service is pleasant. wow Eastvale sure does love opening pizza places. I'm really excited that there's a Blaze now in Eastvale, but there's like 15 other pizza places in the small city as well. I've been here about 4 times so far. Personally, I like Pieology a lot better. But Blaze is good too so I wouldn't mind coming here either. There are more choices at Pieology and the topping/sauces taste better there. Blaze often gives out a lot of deals. They had free pizza all day on the grand opening day. I also received a BOGO free pizza coupon from them. They also had $3.14 pizza on pi day. Just recently, I received a free pizza from Blaze in the mail. The people there are all very friendly, except they don't seem very present most of the time. It's interesting how like three times they forgot to add BBQ sauce to my pizza even when it was written down on the paper. Last time my pizza wasn't even cooked enough. The pizza was chewy instead of crispy. The pizza was also overly salty for me. I can usually finish a Blaze or Pieology pizza in one sitting, but that time the pizza was just so salty that I could only eat half of it. Once I got to Blaze only one pizza was ready when the app said they were ready 10 minutes prior to me arriving. Nick, who said he was the manager nonchalantly & rudely said we will make you the other one. I looked at the one that had been prepared and it was missing two ingredients that was on the order receipt. Nick, again made excuses saying it wasn't on the order. When I showed him His own reciept he strugged it off. I then asked for a total refund and Nick went to the back, came back and said ok it's done. I asked for a copy he said there wasn't one. You cant go wrong with building your own pizza so the food was fine, my review is based more so on the management. I came in and was enjoying my pizza when I overhear the manager going off an employee be caused he forgot to charge a man for his drink. 3 dollars? With a plaque that says that store make over 1.1 million? Thats ridiculous. She was very demeaning towards him and even threatening to deduct wages from his paycheck which is AGAINST THE LAW. She was speaking very loudly for the whole restaurant to hear. As i'm about to leave, someone picked up a pick up order who wasn't theirs and she comes back and chews him out again saying that it was his 2nd mess up in under an hour and that he needs to get it together. It was giving mean girl who peaked in high school. She needs to learn how to communicate effectively with employees rather than degrade them for the whole store to hear. The cleanliness of the restaurant is not so good.The temperature in the dining room is like eating inside a freezer it was nice in the summer and hot temps but it's not even plesant to dine in now. Unfortunately have to only do take out orders since we have asked if they can do something about the cold temperature and they only response we always get is " we'll look into it".We are a family of 4 we come here 1-2 times a week. I am extremely disappointed with Blaze. I am a frequent customer and today I ordered delivery via door dash of 2 pizzas and a Cesar salad. When my food arrived, my salad looked as though it was days old salad. The lettuce was wiggly, squishy, and brown. I called the store to complain and the worker told me to drive over there to get a new one. Why would I do that when I had my food delivered in the first place. I shouldn't be inconvenienced for the mistakes of the store. The worker was rude and had a sense of attitude with me when I was just trying to express my concern that if my salad is in poor quality, what else is in poor quality?
