I got napkins and cleaned our table and the booth seats. 5 people working and no one has the time to make sure the establishment is tidy. I always come to this location and I ordered two pizzas on 8/7/2023 @8:40 pm as I got my pizzas I told the guy I wanted five ranches. The guy told me that I could only get four so I told him can I buy another one and he kept telling me no that he had a limit he could give me ... my family eats a lot of ranch with our pizza. Then I told him if I could Just buy another one he said he couldn't sell it to me because supposedly they don't have a button to charge me for another ranch the crazy part is that I been here multiple times and I always get extra without any hesitation and maybe once they have charged me which honestly I don't mind paying. It's just crazy to me that f a customer wants to buy more ranch they should be able to . How are you going to tell me that I can't buy more ranch. The manager I'm assuming wouldn't remember me because he never acknowledged I was standing right in front of him while he kindly had his own conversation with the staff. I get it, your managing, but acknowledge the costumer who is standing right in front of the cash register who is waiting to pay. No, no, I will wait for you to discuss your private matters that needs to be discussed in form of the customer. No one even who rude it was for me to stand there, I didn't even get a hello. I asked if I got my salad at the cash register, she told someone to make it since they forgot. I forgot I was waiting for it so I sat down. Once I sat down, I remembered to get it. Went back up the register and kindly waited for the manager and the staff member to acknowledge me to get my salad that was behind the glass. Nope, they did not even turn, didn't ask what I needed, just kept on talking. I am literally standing right there, where I know they could see my in their peripherals. I got impatient and went by the glass and grabbed it. They didn't even see that I did that. I could have stolen something that was valuable and would they notice? I don't know. I love pizza places like this. You get to put whatever toppings you want in your pizza, including all the meats. Also they have delicious drinks like passion fruit juice and blood red lemonade freshly made. I usually make my own pizza but I can never decide which direction I want to take it so I end up making a weird combination of everything pizza. So this time I tried the vegetarian pizza thinking it would probably be alright. It was OK but what is up with the broccoli? Why would I want broccoli on a pizza? That's almost as bad as pineapple. I don't even think personal taste is a factor here that's just whack. Overall great pizza and fast service. The pizza is a little big for one person, for that reason I only come here if I'm really hungry, or if I have given up on caring about that kind of thing. I went in tonight for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted immediately and asked if I had been there previously. The gentleman behind the counter explained the concept. I ordered one of the signature pizzas, the Art Lover pizza. It has mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, artichokes, and dollops of sauce. After prepping the pizza, they throw it in a pizza oven. No more than ten minutes later my pie was ready. The dough was crunchy on the crust and perfectly baked throughout. The pizza was scrumptious - the artichokes were just right, the sauce delicious, and the garlic balanced it out and not overpowering at all. I thought it was great! I've recently seen Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza a lot on Yelp wherever I go. I knew it was a Pieology kind of situation. I was craving pizza and decided to give this place a shot for dinner. I ordered the Red Vine pizza and it was delicious. It comes with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and I added red onion. All of their pizzas seem to be thin crust, at least the ones I saw coming out of the oven. My pizza was delicious. I ordered my food to go. All of the workers I encountered were nice and my order was done in a reasonable amount of time. This experience has definitely inspired me to check them out again. read more

The whole build-your-own-pizza trend isn't something that excites me. As embarrassing as it sounds, I don't mind Pizza Hut. Or in this local area, there's family joint called Pizza Nora that's pretty good. Well, my kid wanted pizza, as she and her cousins always do. Kids freaking love some pizza. One recent day, I convinced my kid: Hey let's try Blaze. It's new and opened near our house. My kid was very skeptical. She asked me: Is it like Pizza Hut? I told her no, it's different and much more fresh. We headed over. I can report the whole concept works. I ordered pepperoni pizza for the kid, and a vegetarian for myself. A few minutes later, we had individual pizzas made to order, with thin crispy crusts and fresh ingredients. The restaurant setting is new, modern and nice. So the kid and I sat inside and ate our pizzas. The kid still prefers Pizza Hut. But as for me, I wouldn't mind coming back at all. Just remember though, parking lots in this area can be huge pains in the rear. The layout is awkward and the people can drive like complete assholes. In Eastvale, there is a pizza place in every corner. This was my to go favorite pizza place. I was so disappointed in the costumer service. I requested my pizza well Done. The employee cooking the pizza took my pizza out and sliced it very sloppy where some of the toppings flew off and then he noticed the well done written on the paper. So he placed it back on the pan, in the oven and the slices were pulled apart where the cheese started sliding off. He took it out in one minute again trying to put the slices back in the box. By then, lots of rhe toppings were gone. The pizza looked jacked up. He didn't even ask me if I wanted any other toppings on top like they usually do. I was upset and wanted my pizza to be remade from scratch but had to be home soon. When I got home, noticed the pizza still was not well done, less toppings, and cheese slid of the crust. The worst part was that I had to cook the pizza in the oven so it was crispy. Guess I will have to try the new pizza place Mod Pizza. read more

I'm only giving 5 stars to the amazing crew member named Z. I wish I could give him a raise if I had the power. Honestly me and my boyfriends experience was less than average and made us never want to come back to this location, but the amount of work Z was doing made it so much better for us both. While we were waiting we saw him making dough, being cashier and doing the pizzas. Blaze stands head and shoulders from the rest , likely due to their natural, anything organic, super fresh ingredients. Another thing that is over-the-top amazing is there drink bar. Think I'm kidding? Unfortunately, they have gotten rid of their prickly Pear Agua Fresca, but they have replaced it with a new, light, crisp, strawberry Agua Fresca that is out of this world. Today I ventured into a new lighter realm. No, I still haven't tried their salads because when I come here , I am here for the pizza. Pizza aficionado, like I said . Today I tried there diet/vegan cheese which is, essentially nutritional yeast from what I understand. I was not expecting anything very good at all, and was consoling myself with the fact that I could always peel the cheese off and eat the sausage and crust. But , surprise surprise! Their vegan cheese is actually very very good! I'm not afraid to order it again when I feel like I need to cut calories and cholesterol. I've tried vegan cheeses at other restaurants and was very very disappointed. Is there vegan cheese just as good as the mozzarella? no, not for me. Not for anyone who likes mozzarella cheese , I presume. But it's a good in its own right yet . Does it make a great pizza? Yes. I generally go to the Eastvale Blaze pizza. They have a good variety of toppings and cheeses which I really enjoyed. The only thing I'd change if I could is cook time. My pizza had a soft crust and I expect some crispness when I have pizza from these oven fired places. I will try again and request crisp crust next time. If I could give 0 start I would . Not because of the food but the absolutely worst customer service. It was my first time at a blaze pizza and I was excited to see what it was all about. The male taking the order was nice but did not give much info on what to do next. As we waited for our pizzas I went back to pay. The girl charged me $51 I asked for the receipt because it did not seem right at all. I was charged for an extra pizza . As I explained it to her she just continued to give me attitude about it like I made the mistake. Then tells male to ring up every one else ahead of me . No big deal but still no apology . As she is giving me refund she is continues to roll her eyes and treating me with complete disrespect. I finally asked her if something was wrong because I have never been treated this way before. I have worked at a pizza restaurant as a manager and employee for years before and have never seen someone treat customers so rude. She replied with I am giving you what you want. Which is my money back for them charging me for an extra pizza! We continue to eat our food as my husband goes to ask her for ranch she doesn't even look at him and tosses it in his hand. Completely rude with no remorse for how she is treating people. At no point was there an apology given. It is totally understandable mistakes happen. Yet another Eastvale staple restaurant. When this location first opened the whole city was excited and opening day omg there was a 2 hour+ wait. This place tends to get busy during the meal/break time hours, which is to be expected, but even when they're busy you get your food within 15 minutes or so. I always go back and forth between Blaze and Pieology, but I definitely adore them about equally. Blaze was a great addition to Eastvale and I hope it continues to do well! read more

Noah helped me out and was super friendly and professional when they ran out of toppings for my pizza.
