Of my service dog I told him that I've been there a bunch of times and never had a problem and I guess they don't train employees on how to handle people with emotional support dogs I don't have to answer their questions tell them what my problem is it was pretty crazy I he was very rude and ran to me right when I came in the door because they were closing in about 45 minutes and I didn't want to do any extra work Federal Law Prohibits Discrimination Of Breed, Size, Training Level Or Age Of Any Emotional Support Or Service Dog. The pizzas here were made pretty well in comparison to other places (especially the Riverside Plaza location). The toppings were actually spread across the whole pizza instead of being dumped right in the middle! My pizza was cooked perfectly to crispness but I wish they only gave me more toppings when I asked for extra! I am so utterly sad and disappointed that there is no more turkey meatballs but it's ok, I got the Italian meatballs instead. Always have a good experience when we come here. The pizza concept with the different doughs and build your own pizza is very kewl. The topping selection are vast - all kinds of meats and veggies. And the different sauces - freakin try the hot spicy sauce - yummmmm. They are very generous in the amount of topping they put. The ladies in the front are friendly and hospitable. We love the fact it closes late at night on weekends - 11PM. Came here closer to the closed time. The place was a little dirty with food on the floor and tables. And the drink area needed to be re-stocked. For these two, I gave this establishment a 4 star. I have visited this place a few times before and really enjoyed the pizza and customer service. Unfortunately, my visit today was so terrible and I noticed that the customer service has really gotten bad since the old manager left. This has to be my worst visit my family and I have ever experienced at the Blaze Pizza in the city of Eastvale. We visited on 3/14, "Pi day" to partake in the pizza for $3.14. The only thing that I will say that I was pleased to see was that the line was shorter and moved faster than it did last year on this same day. Unfortunately, I soon realized that the shorter line came with a price. When I was selecting the ingredients to go on the "Build your own" pizza for myself and 1 of my small children that was to small to see ove the counter, I felt very rushed. I explained to one of the ladies working that I needed them to have a little patience because I was trying to help my daughter as well. There were 2 girls that whispered to each other something right in front of me. I didn't like the lack of concern they had and poor customer service. When I was at the register and wanted to share how I was feeling with the shift leader, Lupe, she responded "You have to understand that we are really busy and trying to get the line moving as fast as possible!" I was very upset to hear that her biggest concern was to keep the busy restaurant "moving" more than ensuring good customer service. I am truly disappointed in the terrible service that I received all for the sack of getting a discount pizza. Lupe have us our pizzas and did not even ask us if we wanted any sauces on them. When I asked why she didnt offer any sauces she became loud and confrontational with me. By that time, when my sauces were placed on my pizza they were drenched on rather than a light drizzle. She ruined my pizza right in front of me on purpose. I am disgusted to know that is the type of leadership this business allows. Other customers commented on her attitude towards me after I walked away while solidified my feelings even more. I was embarrassed that I had to be treated that way. And all that experience to get pizzas that has a large amounts of bubbles formed on them and burnt crust but I guess that was due to them rushing and taking more pride in getting the pizzas out faster. I had the arugula, strawberry, blueberry salad with feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette with a pizza that had a lot of fresh veggies (of my choice of course)! I must say, the combo was something I'm down with! I've been to other type of pizza places like Blaze, but this one does take the cake because they offer the half and half. Now let's get a little personal with the establishment and what "THEY" offered...good customer service! From the first person that helped us to the middle man that took down my libra changing decisions(yes I'm a Libra)...to the girl who met us at the register and also told us how long it was going to take and followed up with us and told us how minutes were remaining 5 minutes after...we were satisfied. A place that serves amazing pizza. They have a great atmosphere and staff. They have Vegan Pizza and the crust is served without any chemicals and additives in the pizza dough. They always have a lot of staff available to quickly get through the orders and staff that they have available. They also have a cutter that is just specifically for pizza only. I tried the Vegan Pesto Pizza and also I like the Vegan Veggie Pizza. The cheese also is amazing that they put on top and I loved how they added just a bit more for my food. She wasn't helpful at all and she was the one that was packing the pizzas. Even after asking how much longer, she took her sweet time getting my order done. People that were in line started to get theirs first. Then she waited for just a salad to get done... her slow pace and customer service was horrible. I would say 5 out of 10 times there the service was good, but the standard and portion of the food vary depends on the different people who work there. Just bought a salad and the portion is half of what normally I got there, topped with heavy heavy salad dressing, ended up toss the whole thing. Pizza is good 80% of the time but if today whoever served you are stingy then again the portion will be a lot less. Just unprofessional bunch every time. Constantly closing early and only taking online orders ... not putting anything on their website or making large signs (since they do it so often) nope, they make a tiny, hand written sign in pencil and scotch tape it to their window. If you choose to online order, you cannot stop them from putting too little of every ingredient for cost savings, you end up with pizzas that have 3 pepperoni and 2 sausage pieces, not plentiful "build your own" with unlimited toppings. I really enjoy having a variety of mixed cheeses and they had absolutely no problem adding more & more as i requested. Awesome deal for $8.00. Then it's placed in a fire burning oven for a few minutes and then you've got a perfectly tasting pizza & can't forget to mention their yummy blood orange lemonade to wash it all down with. It's very refreshing and it seriously had me at (blood orange lemonade ) highly recommended trying it. The s'mores, was ok. After we brought them home & heated them in the toaster oven...... it tasted okay , not worth $3.50. Yeah for another new Blaze location close to home! They are expanding all over FAST, good for them, well deserved and we love their pizza. The location is brand new, super clean and well maintained. Staff if very nice and already worked out all the kinks, line moves quickly and pizza turned out perfect. Great salads as well, everything is super fresh and great quality. Huge selection of both veggie and meat toppings, I had pretty much all of the veggies on a pesto base and it was fantastic. You can't beat $8 for as many toppings as you want, it makes a filling meal and with a salad I usually have a ton of pizza left for later. I've been going to Pieology for years and it's been my favorite pizza place. I was hesitant to try this new place since I felt like nothing would top pieology. But...I was pleasantly surprised. Blaze offers several other gourmet toppings that Pieology didn't have. There were other toppings like salami, fresh arugula, and whole ROASTED GARLIC! YUM! The crust was nice and thin and cooked up crisp and light. They were generous in the toppings and the line moved quick and smooth. Pizza was ready in under 10 min. The only complaint i have is that their pesto sauce was too liquidy and not as thick as pieology's. Other than that, it was an awesome custom pizza! read more

I have been to blaze pizza over 20 times between California and Utah. The Corona/Eastvale store is the closest to my house and I have been here several times. They have always been awesome and having been in the pizza business for several years I'm not an easy customer. The pizza has always been great, fresh and you can tell in the flavor of the toppings. They can either build your pizza however you would like or choose from one of their signature pieces if that's the way you choose to order. Today the new general manager Tim came over and introduced himself. Apparently he had just transferred from the Ontario store which I've been to a few times as well as & I have visited the Rancho Cucamonga store on occasion too. The toppings are unique and the business is always clean and tidy. I don't give five stars easy having been the food business for the first 20 years of my life but these guys are awesome. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend it & I like the high-rise pizza because it's a little thicker crust. Bring your significant other or the family and enjoy. read more

I usually love this place. I always get the veg out and add pepperonis. Unfortunately, my mind has been changed. This is the worst pizza I've had in a really long time.
