I placed a pickup order, got to the pickup parking zone, and waited for ten minutes before deciding to go inside. I really wasn't bugged at this point because I figured they were busy or something, I'm understanding I get it. I walk in and there's barely anyone in there. Three orders on the board. That's it. I'm like bruh. But whatever, the gentleman who got my food for me was nice and appreciated. I briefly checked the contents of my bag and it looked correct, so I left. I should have checked further as I realized when I got home 20 minutes later (this is literally the closest location to me), they had left out all of my Zax sauce and salad dressing and no straw. Absolutely ruined my mood. On top of that upsetting realization, I opened a "side of fries" and the box had, I kid you not, 8 and a half fries in it. I asked for them extra seasoned too. They had barely any seasoning and were somehow undercooked and soggy at the same time. And the SALAD. Half the container empty, and I had to hand pick out a bunch of slimy brown lettuce pieces. Call me crazy for ordering a salad in the middle of this whole parasite epidemic, but if you're selling lettuce at all right now, you and your employees better be taking extra precautions to wash and store vegetables properly. Tomatoes were soggy as well. Just overall disappointing. I know it's fast food, but at the end of the day the point is consistency and that's just not present at this location anymore. In this economy, choosing to spend your money somewhere is an important decision, and I can promise I will never make that mistake again.

I got to Blaze pizza at 2 pm on a Saturday and immediately was welcomed loudly. my presence was noticed. The line wasn't too long so that was a plus. Ive been coming here for quite some time so I have discovered their best times, I have picked out the fast days and when the good workers work. This particular Saturday was Impressive though. I got up to the counter and I was asked if i had been there before as always. I replied yes, and continued to call out my order. I Built my own double crust pie, With Kalamata olives, gorgonzola, ham and salami. I like to try and keep it simple, I moved through the line fairly quickly. Got to my cashier and watched with excitement as the cook tossed my masterpiece in the Blazing oven. I pay for my cheap yet quality meal, And wait anxiously for my pizza. Previously i have noticed that the double crust pizza takes a bit longer than the thin crust. So i knew a good quality product takes time. I watch the cook as he Spins and maneuvers My pie in the oven round and round. At last The pizza comes out the oven, I notice because the cook YELLS out HOTTTTTT! I see my golden pizza, waiting to be tasted by me. The impressive part was that when i reached the line it was 2:08 and my pie was in my hands at 2:15! WOW! I usually wait for a slightly longer time. I bring my grandson here often because its his favorite place to eat. I never get anything because I can't eat pizza anymore but the staff always makes sure to take care of me too. Taylor has autism and he looks forward to his visits. We just met a very sweet young lady a week or two ago. He calls her Ms Nikki. We have never met anyone who treats Taylor the way that she does. Please don't think that they aren't all good to us because they always have been. Every time she sees us she makes sure that she comes to take care of us. Taykor has a very hard time communicating with others. He has such a hard time even talking to his closest family. As soon as he sees her, he just starts yammering away and asking her so many questions but she answers all of them with a smile. She talks directly to him instead of me and no one ever gives him that kind of attention. They usually just act like he can't understand them because he gives such little feed back. The first time we met her I had to go sit and the car and cry because I've never seen him be able to interact with someone especially a stranger like that. We love you Ms nikki!!! read more

I came into Blaze tonight, for the second time, after a long days work. I was hungry and didn't feel like getting my family anything else, but Blaze since it was so good last time I came to this location. Tonight was outstanding, I mean the line was long but more than worth the short wait. The atmosphere was exciting and lively. The crew there was smiling and moving pizzas with exceptional speed while holding a high level of professionalism lead by the manager Jay saucing and cheesing pizzas. He moved noticeably faster than others while making small talk with customers and directing his crew task to complete. Then the pizza cooked so fast. I'm not going anywhere else to wait 30 min to an hour for pizza that doesn't taste as good as a garlic pesto crust with the ricotta and Parmesan white cream sauce and mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella ovalini with bacon, chicken, green peppers, red onion, Basil, chopped garlic, and oregano all for $8.46 I'll be eating Blaze for life and so will my friends and neighbors! read more

Great place to get pizza. We live in Wendell and it's about 30 minutes away, but worth the trip. The service is very fast, friendly, and efficient. I like that you can pick your crust and well as several different sauces. They have several different meats and cheeses you pick which ones you want and you can also tell them how much of each one. Then you have many different vegetables to choose from all at the same price. You go through a line and pick each, then your pizza is cooked on an open flame grill. It's nice to be able to see your pizza as it is made. Great restaurant and we will be coming back. read more

After eating at Blaze, i have never experienced such great pizza and customer service. Everyone was as friendly as can be and very quick. I had never been to Blaze before and Montae took his time to walk me through the menu and explained all the different types of salads and signature pizzas that were being offered. His lone effort of superior customer service made me think he might have been a manger giving the normal superior customer service, but i was wrong. he was just a regular employee which really caught me by surprise. I've had similar freshly-made pies in other states, so I was excited when we got a Blaze pizza in Garner. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and baked right in front of you! Only issues are it can get crowded during lunch and dinner hours, and the online website isn't the best for special orders and special instructions aren't always followed. Otherwise, the staff is always courteous (honorable mention: Diamanté' and "Gibby" are always welcoming and accommodating), and I would definitely recommend it as one of the best pizza spots in the area. read more

Taste isn't bad but even when they are not busy the prep area is not kept clean and they cross contaminate your pizza with what ever pizza was just cut before yours... I sat and watched and not once did they clean the cutter. When my pizza came up to be cut I stopped them and told them I did not wish to have reminiscent of the spicy sauce from the pizza in front of mine or the other ingredients that I do not prefer. Blaze pizza, is one of the best pizza places. They have a lot of toppings, sauces, and even sauces to go ontop, they try to make your experience at blaze the best. Lena as the order taker when everyone was helped and the line was backed up, was able to jump into the line and help make pizzas and get them to the oven. On Monday, July 17th I came to blaze to order the best pizza around town with my kids. We were greeted with great and friendly service by a young man named Montae. He quickly finished building all of our pizzas and sent them to oven so that they could cook. He then cut our pizzas and boxed them quickly and even offered me assistance to take them to my car just to help me out. I went to Blaze Pizza for the first time a couple of days, at first I was overwhelmed by all the choices that they had to pick from. I found that all the employees were great, Jackson, who was one of the managers was very friendly. He made me feel very welcomed in the restaurant. This place is absolutely great!!! I spent 13.5 hours evacuating Florida yesterday and really wanted to find a great place to eat today. The food was excellent and fresh!! I thought this was absolutely absurd - the slice was nothing more than an old piece of another pie that was sitting under a warmer for probably hours and since it was close to closing threw it my way - it was disgusting. It appeared (see photo) they either dropped the pizza or took a bite out of it. When I ordered the Sicilian pizza, I thought it was going to be the traditional thick, deep crust, two inch plus pizza. I was perplexed and very disappointed to see it was nothing more than a traditional round pie with a taste that was overpowering with salt, the cheese was stale, there was no sauce, and very little meat. I feel it was deceptive to advertise and serve a Sicilian pizza masked as a round traditional pie that I can have ordered from Dominoes much cheaper. I was disappointed when walking in and having to wait as long as I did while observing the staff spend more time on their cell phones and gossiping with one another. I would think the least they should do is pull the Sicilian pizza from the menu until such time you can actually make one like Vera Pizza & Grill, Café Vesuvio in Sanford, SoPies in Southern Pines, Brooklynn Pizza, etc. I sent an email and tried calling Rudino's to discuss but they refuse to reply back.

I didn't notice anything special about the sauce, which I think is fine, and let me add, I dislike Domino's. I ordered the elote bites, and they were good, although I'm sure they come from a huge food distribution company. Would I give them another chance? Maybe, but like a couple of other places, I'd get something other than pizza. It does look VERY clean, and the girl at the counter was nice.
