It came out very quick and they brought it out to me while I sat outside. The only issue was that I said no carrots but it still had carrots. Everyone was also kind. This reminded me a lot of chipotle but asian fusion style. You are able to order either at the counter or at a kiosk if you don't want to talk to anyone lol. The decor reminded me a bit of a Moe's. My friend got the seoul box while I built my own poke bowl. We also got the fries, green tea, and a bubble tea. It was a little pricey but they do give you big portions, I was able to use my leftovers as a second meal. The only reason I knocked off a star is because they forgot our drinks & sauces! I'm no longer going to eat at this place because they dropped the ball the last two times I've been. I'm longing for the day good customer service makes a come back but it wasn't today. Some disgruntled customer walls up to the counter while I'm ordering and trying to complete my transaction with the employee and he asks if the manager is still there. First of all buddy, hello. I'm here, being served so do not disrespect me or the employee but no...she allowed it. She began entertaining him instead of saying she would help him when she's free. Train your staff. You can't fix rude customers like that unless you train your staff to properly handle them. His parents obviously failed. Not only was she doing her job with me, there was a line which he stormed past and she entertained him and allowed it. No words to anyone he walked past, nothing. I should've left without completing my order but I didn't. I simply asked that she finish with me before dealing with him. She snipped at me and said "it's ready for you." (The POS system) Okay....Im still here though...I was going to add to my order but decided not to. The mad guy was so entitled and these entitled people stay that way because people allow it. I don't. Now, we ordered our food to go and I ordered a salmon bowl. A cold raw fish and cold toppings and sauce on the side. I received a stapled brown bag and off I went. I got home and began eating this terribly bland food atop WARM rice. *pause for effect* WARM rice, bland food and I'm thinking gosh this is awful but WAIT! I ordered sauce. I remember ordering sauce. I got up to check the bag and it's on the receipt with many asterisks. Not in the bag, not on the food, I drove 20 minutes home after paying over $16 for bland crap on warm rice I couldn't even eat. Tried Bul Box at White Oak for the 1st time today and loved it!!! I got the Bulgogi Fries and it was love at 1st bite! I ate the whole thing!! The beef was tender and delicious and I loved the fried egg! I'm a little intimidated by the menu bc there are A LOT of bowls to choose from, but you can customize and make it your own. I've tried the Garner Bul Box twice and have had a similar experience both times. For a fast casual restaurant serving Asian-inspired bowls, it is pretty good. Of the two bowls I've tried, I enjoyed the Seoul Box more than the Bangkok Curry. The issue isn't so much the taste of the food as the value of the product. There are upcharges galore on the menu. My Bangkok Curry bowl, with noodles and a fountain drink, was over $18 and of course they wanted a generous tip so the Customers can subsidize the employees' compensation. This was close to the same price as heading over to the full-service Mia Bistro in the same shopping center for the Panang Curry, but at Bul Box, I ordered at the counter, ate out of a paper bowl with plasticware, filled my own drink, and cleared my own tray when I was done. Maybe there was a lunch special on the menu that I just missed, but what I had was not a good value. If the prices had been a bit more in-line with the food and service, this would have been a 4-star review. read more

Actually, I'd give them 4.5 stars if I could. Like the fact that they provide option of getting brown rice (healthier) as a base instead of only offering white rice. My family and I came here while visiting from out of town. As we sat down and began eating our food one of the team members began profusely spraying air freshener all around the entire building to the point where when I breathed in I could taste it. My main issue with this is I have a newborn and highly fragranced things are not good to be inhaled by young babies. They disregarded this and still continued to spray not to mention the fact that it was completely over bearing and it ruined the whole experience. We left immediately. read more
