I've been to this Blaze in Glendora several times now. They are right down the street from my gym, so I can go there, order my pizza, and I have a healthy and delicious post workout meal less than ten minutes after I left the gym. They have several special options, like low carb crust, gluten free, and vegan cheese, which I always get. It can be challenging to find so much variety in one pizza place. Also, if you get the build your own, you can put as many toppings as you want and get extra of anything. I load up a ton of different veggies, and it really comes in clutch when I need to get enough micronutrients for the day. I get out of the gym pretty late sometimes too, and they still hook me up last minute even if they're getting ready to close. Really nice employees. read more

Horrible service. I placed an order online at 4:45. The site told me my order would be ready at 5 PM. I showed up at 5 PM and the guy told me the pizzas were in the oven. I sat down and waited. There were about five guys standing around oven. Only one was actually working. He seemed a bit confused trying to get people's orders filled. It seemed that he was making pizzas in a somewhat random order. There were a few people waiting for their orders. One of the three pizzas I ordered came out, then one of the four pizzas another guy ordered came out, then one of the three pizzas another lady ordered came out, then one of the pizzas came out for someone who was sitting and waiting. Then it appeared the one guy who was working decided to take a break and chat with his buddies. Eventually all orders are filled. Finally my order was ready at 5:25 PM. This was a waste of time. I tried this place out for the first time since it recently opened near my house. I walk in and the person at the first station asked if I've been to Blaze pizza before. I said, No, but I've been to Pieology many times. So I choose the thick crust pizza with pesto and red sauce. Then my usual meats and veggies. I noticed mines took slightly longer than the regular thin crust orders. If I we're to compare Pieology and Blaze. They are about the same, but Blaze has a slight edge over Pieology. Literally, there is a raised edge on the dough to keep the sauce from spilling over. Also they offer a thick crust and gluten free crust as well. Prices are about the same about $9 a pie. We were in the area so we decided to stop by the glendora location. The staff did not seem fully trained and a bit confused. They ran out of tomatoes and there drink machines were almost empty. Lots of pizza places to choose from, I don't get why this place is still in business. Go anywhere else but to Blaze for your pizza. TL;dr: crappy pizza, order was screwed up majorly, and a terrible payment system. -First: a lousy ordering system- First I couldn't order online and apply a gift card and pay the extra using my credit card. System shows "could not create order", no explanation or anything. After trying different things to get it to work, it still didn't. I called the store and tried placing my order over the phone. Worker says, the system can't split payments. I have to come to the store and order in person to split the payment. In other words, your order has to be less than your gift card balance. No sizable company on earth has this problem. "Fine, can I order now Andy pay you when I get there?" "Sorry, we can't do that" "I guess I'll have to use my gift card for some sides and pay for the pizza via Credit card. -Second: order was not ready at scheduled pickup time- Took an extra five minutes -Third: order was wrong. Not just a little wrong. Completely wrong. I ordered a large three topping pizza and two sides. I was handed a small two topping pizza, nothing else. "Sorry we'll have to make a new pizza. It'll be 15 minutes" -Fourth: the pizza was terrible 20 minutes later. I was handed a runny pizza with soggy crust. Why is this place pricy for crappy service and terrible pizza? This place is pretty good. I like that they're nice and clean. Got beer on tap if you like and a great selection of fountain drinks made with real sugar. They have a nice seating area outside which provide more seating obvi and is nice in cool summer nights. The pizza here is pretty standard make your own pizza type place. Personally, I think Pieology has the better crust and more variety of toppings but sometimes too many choices can just make an indecisive person's life harder. The hubs like getting the thick crust and having tried his, it's almost the same as my regular crust. Not sure why they bother, so 1 star taken off for that. I'm really digging Blaze pizza. I very much appreciate that they offer a keto crust especially when no one else does! Some other pizza places have cauliflower crust only, which still has a ton of carbs. I think the hardest food to avoid on a keto or low carb diet is pizza, but Blaze offers a substitution and makes it easier! I honestly don't feel like i'm missing out on regular crust. My family members love their regular crust by the way, so this is a place where everyone can be happy. Thank you Blaze for being creative, innovative, and unique! However, I did call to place my order, speaking with a very helpful young lady (in fact she was so perfect I wonder if she was an automated order taker) who had to input my order as a build your own due to system difficulties. I was then directed to the manager who simply needed to fix the .50 overcharge.
