Yeah, Jersey Mike's subs are so tasty! This spot is located in San Dimas, in the same plaza as Yogurtlans and Costco. I ordered through the app and just went into the store to pick it up! I love the California Club which is a turkey, avocado sandwich. I got the smallest sid but it is still quite filling! But overall this taste great when it is summer time. I like something clean and refreshing and sandwiches are one of the top things to get! Ordering through the app and picking it up was also super fast! A really great place to eat with amazing employees. From the moment we walked in this location, we saw nothing but smiles. I've been a loyal customer since this location opened. Today I placed an order for pickup and arrived to pickup my order which according to my email confirmation should have been ready. I sit and wait and which the time tick by as my lunch break slowly disappears. I ask twice what's going on with my order and both times I'm told that they're "working on it" (they're clearly not). I watch several customers come in, order, and leave with their food. When I ask a third time and they now tell me that they had lost the ticket. They did give me two free sub cards for next time but the problem here is that my lunch is now over in four minutes and I definitely won't be able to get to work and finish my food in time to work. The mobile ordering should effectively be a method of getting your food prepared for you to be ready in time to be picked up in an expedient manner. Have they told me when I walked in that they did not have the ticket and therefore didn't know where my order was I could've told him with my order was and they could've got to work on it immediately, instead they reassured me twice that they were working on it when they really weren't. I just spent $40 on sandwiches for myself and two coworkers and now all three of those sandwiches will be eaten several hours later when we get off of work. read more

The staff at this location just plain sucks. On a number of occasions they have made me and my wife feel completely unwelcome. It doesn't matter if it's just the middle of the day or 8pm at night. They don't want to bother with us. We are big fans of this restaurant chain and have gone to several locations. This one particular is the one we have visited most often because it's near a lot of other stores we shop at. We've been here close to a dozen times in the last several months and each time it's just felt they didn't want us there. I've worked in the service industry for a very long time as a server, bartender, busser, host, etc etc... so I understand how terrible this line of work can be and how ungrateful and crappy most people you wait on are. I am always giving people the benefit of the doubt and trying to put myself in their shoes and give them all the patience and grace. Quite often people just are having a bad day and aren't at their best, and that's fine, it happens to us all. However this location it seems to be the norm. I'm mad that I'm even taking the time to write a review on Yelp. I have never even written a review on Yelp before. I didn't even want to write this, but after the consistency in unpleasantness at this location on multiple occasions I just had to share my experiences. Anyway... Jersey Mike's is awesome, but just take the time to drive to Glendora or LaVerne, instead. You'll be treated like a human at those locations, rather than a pest. read more

After a few minutes, the same female employee yelled out to another employeeand said 'open up the other register', as she walked to the back.
