I've always liked Blaze because of their plant based/vegan options for pizza. Today they went above and beyond with customer service. Long story short, I forgot my wallet at home, and thought no problem I can pay with the app. So I order all my pizzas and get to the register to pay.........just my luck the app isn't working at this location. Person helping me, Johnny, says no problem since it's our app that's not working, you can have the pizzas on the house. We come here every now and then, and today I came here with my significant other, who LOVES Blaze. We had a miscommunication about the cheese garlic bread we had ordered, where my significant other can't have dairy and can only have vegan cheese. We felt bad but asked one of the workers if they could change it to vegan cheese after we realized they were starting to cook it. I went in on a Monday with a coupon for $5 for a pizza for Monday and Tuesday only with no expiration date and the manager told me that he would not accept my coupon because it was a promotion that they were doing for a limited time a while back. He would not offer me any discounts whatsoever off of my pizza. I complained and he said that there was nothing he could do for me. I was very disappointed with the poor customer service. read more

Went in today and usually have a great experience. Today my order took 44 min. I ordered three pizzas and the all were put in at different times which made no sense as I ordered them all together. I also ordered three s'mores and asked for them to be warmed. Once they places the final pizza to be cooked one was already waiting to be boxed... the other was on its way out. All three of my pizzas were cold and my s'mores were sitting there and were never warmed... so disappointing. read more

The food is good but the service is terrible. Was reluctant to post this as the manager tried his best to smooth things over, but went ahead with this because my horrible experience with them was indeed not an isolated incident. My friend informed me of his dining experience and agreed that the service was very poor. They staff relatively young, inexperienced adults who do not seem to care about showing paying guests any courtesy or respect. Not all of the staff are like this, but the ones that behave poorly definitely will leave you with a negative impression. read more

I just had the worst experience at this Blaze Pizza. If you are in a hurry or hungry, I would highly suggest going to another restaurant in this shopping center. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here. Also, while they were making pizzas, I noticed a fly was buzzing around and it landed in the salt and then the oregano. I ordered a salad and had to ask twice for it after paying. While I was waiting for my pizza, I had hoped to have a drink of Diet Coke. Nope, the diet coke was out and no one seemed to be in a hurry to fix that either. To top it all off, my pizza was burnt! I was offered free pizza coupons in return. However, you guys had the last laugh on me because when I got home I realized that the coupon was for buy one get one free. What a joke! read more

I came here a few times so far. The first time, the person cooking the pizzas in the oven did a terrible job; it was underdone and uneven. But I gave this place another chance because that was only a couple of days after them opening. I went the next day and the pizza was made PHENOMENALLY! So I asked the name of the cook, he told me it's Ricardo. PROPS to Ricardo! He was so nice when I asked him to do it extra well done, and he made it EXACTLY like that. He then deeply apologized about my bad experience beforehand after explaining to him about my pizza from the day before. He promised me it won't happen again, especially if HE is the one cooking them. So, I go back a few more times, and Ricardo does my pizzas. Every single time, it was beyond perfect. We usually go the Claremont location but decided to try this one because we were running errands close by. We got there last night around 7pm and the line was out the door. While almost to the front they told us they ran out of white sauce, basil, tomatoes, arugula and most of the salads. Really? Considering my kids and I usually get most of those items on my our pizzas. Since we were there we just made pizzas that weren't our favorites but whatever. We then noticed people that were behind us got their pizzas so we went to the pick up and pizzas were all piled up and they were trying to catch up serving them. I had to tell the guy which ones were ours or we would have waited forever. I don't recommend this location and don't think we'll, be back. read more

This is probably the best Blaze Pizza I've been too. The employees are extremely kind and helpful. My pizza came out absolutely perfect. It was my first time there, however, ended up extremely smooth. It wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for a young man by the name of Eddie. Pizza is good but the temperature inside the restaurant is soooooo cold, we were actually warmer sitting outside under the heat lamps at night. At a nice extended conversation with a delightful part time worker by the name of Holli. Holli "loves" working at this pizza place and is a great representative of this charming place.
