This was one of the better pizzas I've had at Blaze. I've been to many different stores from LA to the IE. The staff worked in sink today and all were very friendly. Kasey made my pizza from start to finish and she listened and checked in to make sure I was satisfied with the amount of toppings on my pizza. She was attentive to my gluten sensitivity too. I asked for my pizza to be cooked well done and Kasey made sure to tell the manager for me. As he pulled it out he checked in to see if it was cooked enough to my liking. This is the second time I have been here this week, first visit was to pick up an online order. My order was correct and complete. However, I ordered a salad and instead of putting the dressing on the side it was on top, which made the salad soggy by the time I got back to my office. Today I went in to place my order and Megan the girl who helped me was especially friendly and efficient, plus I appreciated that she asked me if I wanted the dressing on top or on the side! I have been to a few of these Blaze restaurants in the past and I have been pleased with the the food and the service. I have to say that this blaze pizza was made with LOVE. Milan a professional pizza making machine made my pizza perfectly, she hands crafted my pizza and made some great suggestions that enhanced my pizza experience here at Blaze. I am giving Milan and this Blaze Pizza 5 stars because not only was my pizza excellent my wife and childrens experience was also very satisfying. My son said Mia was also a pizza craftsman that hand crafted his pizza. The whole environment was pleasant and the whole crew seem to gel well together and feed off of each other's energy, because the whole place had a positive vibe. I'm appalled by the unprofessionalism here at this blaze. Never have I had such a horrible encounter. I came in after a long day on set and all I wanted was pizza. Naturally I came to Blaze for a quick and easy grab and go lunch. The first thing I see when I walk in is a long line. I'm usually fine with this as long as it seems like the workers are putting in 100% efforts. However, there was this one girl who sat there on her phone IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS doing nothing. So lazy. Deserves to be fired. Presentation was sloppy as well and it's funny they let her work there, seeing that everyone else seemed to be on top of things. Her presence sticks out like a sore thumb and her attitude stunk the entire shop. So sad, Blaze. Rethink your hiring. I was planning to invite my colleagues out to Blaze the following day (probably bringing in at least 12 people who love to tip workers) but looks like I'll bring them to a different pizza shop. The blaze's in SoCal have been pretty good but congrats to BLAZE IN GLENDORA CALIFORNIA ON LONE HILL AVE WITH THE LAZY WORKER ON HER PHONE REFUSING TO WORK. My wait was exceptionally longer than necessary and not only that but i heard the nasty woman CUSS AT ANOTHER WORKER. How sad. I've already emailed corporate and I hope she gets fired. The name tag said Maya or Myra something like that but I wouldn't be surprised if that was a fake name tag because she wouldn't want to be written up for being lazy and not doing her job! In the past I have been very happy with Blaze Pizza. But I was just there yesterday Monday 7/12/21. At about 11am . As I walked in to the patio the floor was discussing dirty & sticky . I was the only customer & they weren't busy at all . I politely went in to make my order Which if you look at my post from a year ago . I was very pleased with there Service & such. I ordered my usual pizza Cauliflower crust with Cheese , White sauce , Chicken, Mushrooms & Artichokes I have always ordered Build your own pizza. We like extra Chicken, Mushrooms & Artichokes. I politely asked the gentlemen for extra of those 3 toppings , As he was making the pizza I had asked for extra Chicken, Mushrooms & Artichokes . I'm very disappointed & unsatisfied with the pizza I got. It's not like I was expecting some outrageous amount of toppings . When I had asked for a little more I got 1or 2 more of the item that's it. We love Blaze Pizza and couldn't wait to have one close by . Unfortunately, we went in tonight and it looks like they're still ironing out the kinks of a new store. We ordered 3 pizzas and ate there . The toppings were so sparse it was ridiculous. I don't even order meat on mine and they still spread out 2 artichokes hearts (maybe) over the entire pizza . And it was burnt . I also ordered two pizzas to go . One being a Bbq chicken pizza . We got home and opened it . Oh my goodness , barely any cheese and about 6 tiny little chicken pieces . I've had blaze multiple times before. Good food. This time though I got the regular red sauce (mixed with the spicy), mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, pineapple, green pepper, and red onion, it was my usual order. The food was good when I was eating it, what wasn't good was waking up at 2:30 in the morning vomiting violently. I don't know why I got so sick from it or what was in it ?? I'm not sure if it was because I ate there later at night (around 9). The service and food there IS good, but I won't be going back because I got so violently sick. read more

It goes without saying that this Blaze Pizza location is the best I have had among the rest that I have tried. Locations tried: Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena (original store), West Covina, and Glendora. I work out in Covina in a clinic and even though I show up late to work and get an earful from my boss, the pizza and the customer service are worth it. I had the pleasure of having Nathan, Matt, and Eric help me with my pizza today as well as my fiancé's pizza. Her pizza didn't come out the way she wanted so I asked if it was possible that it be re-made. Without question, these three gentlemen went above and beyond what I expected and got it done quickly so that we could still make it back to the clinic on time. Also, this is one of the few locations that serves Garage beer (pale ale that's infused with mango -- it's epic-ly delicious). Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered for delivery and one pizza was plain w bbq sauce mozzarella and a bbq drizzle. When we received the pizza the ticket read right but the pizza was WRONG! It had jalapeños and chicken on it too. When we called they said we told them too add that stuff even though it on the ticket it was not. The lady decided to argue So we drove down and the lady had left. Went to blaze today and didn't regret it. The staff was so friendly and the pizza was fantastic!!!!! Matt in particular really went out of his way for me-one of the kindest kitchen servers I've ever had! I left my retainer in a napkin in the trash can, and I called blaze pizza and Matt fished it right out, and now I practically owe him the 300 dollars it would have taken me to buy a new one! Thank you Blaze Pizza (and a very special thank you to my savior Matt) for the wonderful experience! Would give 0 stars if possible!The only good thing about this place was the boxes our pizzas came in . We ordered 2 pizzas, one an Artists, the other custom. We were told they would be delivered by 7:03 pm; they did not arrive until around 7:14 pm (no alert to later time), and were barely lukewarm on arrival. Enter building 5:29 one guest ahead of me. One employee standing right in front of me putting papers on trays. No acknowledgment for 3 minutes. Then the fun begins. Order 2 pizzas, 1 side salad. She builds the salad inside the lid, then she proceeds instead of just putting the bottom ad the lid. Scoops the salad out to the other side, drenching the outside of the container with dressing. Don't bother to clean it as she decides she should walk in the back to take the tongs that are now covered in dressing. Now it's time to make the pizzas, 3 items order, 2 items available. No bacon on the line at 5:35 on Friday? Did I mention that they were out of 2 items for the guest in front of me. For here or to go they ask, I say Togo. They bake my pizza, call my name. I step up and not in a box? I say, my order was Togo, he says "oh". He says have a Good Night, I say thank you. Wait I only have one pizza. I ask I thought my order was ready? I have another one?He says ya it's sitting here. So what does he do, start working on another order as my pizza sits right in front of him, right next to the one that was sitting that is now in the box? Okay if your name has Fast Fired in it, 30 minutes when I customer is in front of you is just plan crazy. By the way if your coming tonight, they are out of Vinegrette dressing too. So I don't really understand the point of why I made a mobile order. I ordered at 6;45 for pick up at 7. I get there at 7, pizza not even yet in the oven. The girl tells me dismissively "I think they're finishing it" and waves over at the line where they make them. Should have asked her to be sure. Now it's 7:17 and i still haven't been called to get my order ... 7:20 I go up, not ready, not done, not even started. Not acceptable. Let me start by saying how much I normally love Blaze Pizza and I am sorry to give this place a one star but the staff is absolutely awful. We waited in line for 20 min before they took our order and yes it was actually 20 min not felt like 20 min. They had three people working the line and one working the register and all three employees were completely ignoring the line and did not acknowledge or greet anyone who walked in the door. All three employees were working on online orders and never looked up at the line of people that was at least 10 customers deep. Finally after several people start to complain they decided to have one of the three people help the customers. I would not complain about the line because I understand food service get busy sometime but none of the employees had any sense of urgency to move the line nor did they apologize for the long wait. After the 20 plus wait to order it took over 30 mins just to get my pizza and yes it was over 30 mins I am not exaggerating. If you are in the mood for pizza drive to the Azusa location the you will probably get out faster even if the drive is further. read more

Every single time I've come here...and I've come here a lot, probably at least once a week they are ALWAYS out of something! How do you run out of stuff allllll the time. Sometimes it's basil, sometimes it's sausage, sometimes garlic, sometimes it's ranch which is a huge no no for me because I gotta have ranch to dip my pizza in! But it's always something. This location has been open long enough now that they should be able to figure out how much of things they need. This is my 3rd visit with this new location and I have to say I love the vibe and staff have been great. Extra special employee though was the young lady who does the sauce. Her name was Carmen, ever time she was excellent at her job and makes great small talk. Making it feel like a nice family place. I used to go to Claremont and I always felt rushed. I visited this location on April 2nd at about 10:15pm. The customer in front of me had ordered three pizzas and although there were five employees in the store, only two were helping at the counter. Me and my boyfriend waited for over 5 minutes before our orders were started even though there were three other employees just chatting in the back. The woman who started our orders apologized for the wait and was very nice. However the second women who applied my toppings only applied the meat to the outer portion of my pizza, completely disregarding the center. The entire time our pizzas were being made, there was a young man talking to another man over the glass where pizzas are sliced and boxed. The man he was talking to was not in uniform, yet walked into the back kitchen area. When our pizzas were taken out of the oven my boyfriend asked the guy who wouldn't stop talking to his friend to have buffalo drizzle on his. While the guy applied the buffalo, I requested to have pesto put on mine. When I asked him this he was still talking to his friend and looked at me like I was interrupting him and said "yeah, okay"... ridiculous. In the time it took to put my boyfriends pizza in a box he had forgotten about my request for pesto. My boyfriend had to remind him about the pesto as he was closing the box and he replied "oh yeah." I'm very disappointed in my visit to this new location. I'm used to going to Pieology and decided to try this since it is closer to my house. I was left with terrible customer service and a pizza with a mediocre amount of toppings. Looks like I will keep my business with Pieology. read more
