Visited on 10/02/2021 - we've been here many times since they've opened, but just now remembering to review for the first time. This particular visit was not as good as it's been in the past. There had to be at least 8 employees working and all were teenagers. They were doing their best that a high schooler could do in my opinion, but probably should have some kind of adult manager on hand. They seemed very busy making pizzas, but only about 3-4 ahead of us in line and no one behind us. It took us quite a while to get to the point to order, but this is usually to be expected when we visit as none of the employees seem to be in a real hurry. The restaurant was dirtier than normal and orders just seemed to be a little more chaotic than they normally are. All in all, the pizza was okay on this visit (a bit soggier than I'm used to). If this was our first visit, we might be on the fence about returning, but regularly we are quite happy so we'll return. read more

Absolutely genius idea! You pick ur crust, it's all vegan, thin or thick and don't worry cauliflower is on the menu!! You also choose your sauces, traditional or garlic pesto. The cheeses are just as epic but the meats and vegetables are almost endless, turkey meatball and chorizo to name a few. The vegetable line goes on and on, fresh basil and peppers ohhhh and whole roasted garlic! Yummy!!! Not to mention the fresh made lemonades and desserts. You definitely have to try the blood orange drink and chocolate chip cookie! I would definitely return again and again, the line moves fast, the pizza is cooked in under five minutes to perfection!!! Pros- Gluten & Dairy free options... Cons- Don't try to use blaze app or order online on an early Friday nt. Their app won't process your order nor will the blaze site. It shows an 'error for basket validation' but only after you try to pay & after inputting selections at least ten times consecutively. Oh ya, don't try calling to place a take out order either. After you push through the many prompts and if someone answers, they tell you to use their app or site to place your order even though you explain it isn't working properly, then they hang up. read more

I have been to this Blaze Pizza several times. Every time it has not been too busy, so I am in and out in a snap. I love the array of toppings to choose from. I create my own pizza and get the fresh basil and pepperoni on top. The ingredients are fresh and the pizzas are always cooked perfectly. Not too doughy, not too crispy - just right! For being a newly opened location, I think this place is doing just fine. I moved quickly through the line and the cooking wait time was not too long. I thought staff was very friendly and even chatted a bit with me as I waited. My negatives were that the floors were very dirty: sauce on the floor, napkins, etc. and that they were out of a roping I wanted. I'll totally be back for a yummy lunch! read more

Nick's Tomato Pie may be gone but JUP locals, fear not. Blaze is here with a quickness. While many people were eagerly anticipating BOLAY, Blaze snuck in and stole Outback Juniors thunder. The crust is the key to building a fast pizza that is then baked in a gas fired oven. While the ordering process and speed has been off and on while they are working out the kinks, the proof is in the pie. Kudos to Wetzel and his pretzel dough wizardry. It is very clean with a very friendly staff. Everyone had a smile and seemed to work as a team getting my Pizza built and ready! After visiting for the first time today, I have mixed feelings about my experience. The BYO pizzas were great and reasonably priced, but I was surprised upon looking around how dirty this location was especially considering it just recently opened. I noticed during our meal tables were not being cleaned or floors swept. When ordering our pizzas some staff were clearly confused on identifying food choices and definitely lacked training. I went on the first day of business for this new location. They had a special deal that, if you downloaded their app onto your phone, you got a free pizza. Nice. This, of course, led to a long line that spread outside the restaurant. But it moved fairly quickly and was directed by Nick, who did a good job shepherding hungry customers in to the restaurant and making sure no one cut the line. The pizza is made while you watch as you tell the nice employees what you would like for toppings. At the end, your pizza goes into the oven for 3 minutes. The food was good. That's not where this gets a lower grade, where the place is going to lose people is in how it's run. I understand that it's just opened and free coupons to the whole town are overcrowded with people wanting to check it out. So I'm giving them some slack there. But when it came to ordering the actual food, the girls behind the counter were more interested in having fun rather than trying to get the line of people taken care of. They dropped a pizza crust and the young girl shrugged and said 'we'll have to wait I have. I more crust' I couldn't believe the no care attitude she had about this. This is a new place, word of mouth is going to make or break this place. I have high hopes and realize it's a new process for the employees, but be wary. read more

Stopped in tonight because I had some free pizza coupons that came in the mail so I figured I would check it out. Coupon clearly stated it was for a free pizza. The cashier who never smiled, said thank you and seemingly could not even force herself to be pleasant insisted that I had to buy two pizzas and a drink and the coupon would take one of the pizzas off the check. She was wrong but I did not want to argue with her in front of my children. So I just paid and went on our way. Got home and looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged for a two topping pizza. They were out of pepperoni (how does a pizza place run out of pepperoni???) so it was really only a one topping pizza. I would think the person who took our order would have known this. The food itself was fine. Nothing special. Just another pizza place but for the price I could go to any local pizzeria and get a large pizza and feed my family vs. what they charge for a personal size pizza. UPDATED BELOW Last straw, we are done with Blaze. We ordered 3 pizzas for ourselves and our kids as we have many times before at the PBG location (this location also has many problems so we were hoping this new Jupiter location would be better, NOPE.) When my husband went to pick up the order, he waited for a bit to see if the pies came out and after 20 minutes when he started to get a bit worried, he asked about our order. He was told they "shut down online orders" because they were, "having trouble." Well they weren't having trouble charging me for my online order because they took my money and never informed me via email that my order was cancelled (I only received an order confirmation email.) They offered to make the pizzas which would take 20 minutes (at least). As it hadalready been 15 minutes at that point and my husband just wanted to get home, he opted for a refund. It took 2 business days to get my refund for $30 worth of imaginary pizza. Excited for ModPizza to open near our house soon. UPDATE: We gave them one more try tonight 8.20.19 but only after a call to the restaurant to confirm first that 1) online ordering was working properly and 2) that they finally had the new Keto crust for the low-carb member of our family. We ordered 3 pizzas online and they were ready when promised, just two finishing toppings were forgotten but easily fixed before leaving the restaurant. My family has been going to blaze pizza in Boca Raton on Federal Highway for 2 years and today the guy on oven was rude for no reason and told me I put to much ingredients on a "high rise crust build your own pizza." I responded "please don't change the rules for me." He proceeded to burn up my pizza crust and as he was cutting it with pizza cutter pushed many of my wife's toppings on to the unsanitary pizza table and was watching for a reaction from us. I am a avid pizza guy and I love Blaze yet I see now this was a deliberate act of one individual. Why do I have to get treated like this? I did nothing wrong to deserve this and will never consider Blaze for me or my family. So petty as I broke no rules yet I was treated like my business was unwanted. Sad sad day! read more
