Walking in, I thought this was just a CAVA copycat but I couldn't have been more wrong. To start, the employees and Manager/GM were so incredibly kind and warm. Beyond what I expected by a mile. Next, to the food. It blew Cava out of the water and was so incredibly fresh. Last, the restaurant was clean, upscale and comfortable. I was so impressed with my entire experience at Cava! So much so that we came back 3 times while we were on vacation in Jupiter. The GM noticed this and gave us a gift card for a few dollars off our next visit as a thank you. I've never seen someone do that before and was so grateful. We do not live close to a Bolay but when we are in Jupiter again, this will be one of our first stops. Awesome job Bolay team!!! read more

Absolutely Disgusting - Found a Worm in My Bowl If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Bolay for lunch today and was horrified to find a worm at the bottom of my bowl. I have clear pictures, and it is pretty blatantly a worm--not even up for debate. When I calmly and kindly brought it to the staff's attention, their response was shockingly dismissive. They insisted it was a grain of rice (meanwhile, the managers were all quietly snapping photos of it--because yeah, that's totally what you do when you see rice, right?). I wasn't looking for a big scene, but the lack of accountability or even basic concern was beyond disappointing. No offer to refund the meal, or even apologize sincerely. Just complete disregard. I left disgusted and will absolutely never return. If you value cleanliness, quality, or even basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. read more

The service was quick and friendly. I liked how easy it was to order with large signs explaining the steps of creating your bowl. I also saw the ease of pickup orders from online. We have ordered from this location since they opened. Recently, probably the last 4 to 5 times we've ordered, the chicken has been so grisly you can't eat it. We ordered a $50 family meal yesterday, and we had to throw out over half of it bc the chicken quality was so poor. I don't know what they changed bc the quality has gone down hill. It's really sad bc this is our weekly go to place, and now going to have to figure something else out. Anyone else experiencing this? Not sure what happened. read more

Bolay is always a great healthy food alternative to some of the more popular fast food chains. They serve freshly prepared food all with unique seasonings and flavors. Their cilantro noodles are out of this world! I also love their smoked cauliflower and was disappointed that this location didn't offer it. They were also at the end of most of the food, so I ended up getting very small portions compared to the usual size. Hopefully this was a one time error. On another note, this location is extremely close to the beach. They really channeled this beach vibe with the colorful pictures on the wall. I also liked that they had two outdoor areas with tables and seating. This is a great place to come with groups! read more

As a person with celiac, finding quality and delicious gluten free food while out and about is a daunting task. Bolay delivered though. And almost completely dairy free too- Amazing! Having options from start to finish, Carbs, Proteins, and dessert is such a rarity I could have shed a tear. And the genuinely friendly staff gave his stop an added "+". Only suggestion would be to have signage that says it is a dedicated gf restaurant would be helpful. Though I found it online as being such, for a celiac who always tripple checks, it would be great to see it in print to take down that extra anxiety that shows up when viewing the menu in line. read more

This place has gone done hill big time! It used to be great with decent prices, decent portions and fresh food but now it's all undercooked and flavorless, with prices constantly increasing and portions dropping. I hadn't been there in a while because I noticed things going downhill over a year ago. Today was the 1st day trying them out again in about 10 months and wow has it gotten even worse! Had to wait 20 minutes for my salmon to be cooked, and when I got it, it was raw. I spoke to manager about it, and instead of giving me a new piece of salmon, he took into the back, held onto it for about 10 minutes and returned it to me just as raw. He obviously did nothing as far as cooking it longer. By the time I got my food it was cold, flavorless and disgusting. I'll never be back! On a side note, I emailed them over a year ago asking about allergen content and received absolutely no response. Amazing! read more
