Valerie greeted us with a huge smile as we walked in. I ordered a pizza and she asked me if I wanted any bread stix or salads with the pizza. She quickly pressed out a fresh dough ball and started to make the pizza. She was very pleasant. I told her it was a veggie pizza. She went over all the veggie toppings and told me about the soyrizo option. She didn't make me feel rushed. Once I was done choosing my toppings, she put it into the oven. We made small talk as she rang me up. She asked if I wanted to add anything to drink. She said the tea was good so I bought two of them. The pizza came out within a few minutes. Hot link pizza was an excellent choice. It came with banana pepper, purple onions, black olives, jalapeños and Italian sausage. I added a little goat cheese to and oregano to top my pizza off and it was popped in the hot fire oven. It was cooked perfectly. I thin crust perfect. It was thin but not a cracker. BYOP concept is here to stay. The various drinks they have such as original lemonade, blood orange lemonade, coconut agua fresca, and passion fruit agua fresca quenched my thirst in this wretched summer heat! It was absolutely refreshing and didn't taste artificial at all. I mixed all the flavors for my drink and it tasted bomb dot com. Oh and you must get the s'mores pie! They will heat it up for you when you're ready to eat it and it's phenomenal. It tastes just like if you were to do it yourself. Stop putting the outer skin of the Artichokes on the pizza!! The outer skin on artichokes are hard and U can't eat the outer skin. It's just like trying to eat the outer skin of onions. U have to peel & throw away the first 3 layers. How dumb can U be to put the artichoke skin on the pizza. U try to eat it n see!! And that's not Ur first or second time doing that. read more

The meatballs on the meat eater were not very good, we picked them off and the white top had little flavor. We also ordered the garlic knots but they had very little flavor as well. One of my favorite lunch spots when I working in Lafayette! Pretty much the "Subway" of Pizza. Choose your crust, sauce, cheese, meats and other toppings. Last time I got the traditional crust with the original sauce. Then I added fresh ovalini mozzarella, meatballs, sausage, basil, garlic, sautéed onions and finished it off with a balsamic glaze. YUM! The pizza is cooked in 3 minutes which is possible because of the thin crust and lightly placed toppings. (Hardly any cheese) (Maybe a tweak on the oven too but no so sure). The ordering experience was different in a good way but it was hard to hear them with the noise of the kitchen behind them and I heard many people repeating their items many times, including myself. They do have beer selections which was a nice surprise. The checkout was ok except that the girl couldn't figure out how to give me the free smore that you get on Yelp when you check in. After 3 minutes and asking someone else she figured it out. The taste. I got a meat eater and my wife went with bbq chicken. My crust was burned and the pizza has a distinct aftertaste of burned toast. My wife's pizza didn't look burned but she said the same thing about hers. Good thing I got. Beer to help wash it down or I wouldn't have eaten much of it. The girl said she would "yell for me" when the smore was ready (she was heating it?) but I was finished eating and no call. So I asked for it and she forgot. She said she would heat it and bring it out. 11 minutes later, nothing. I went up again and she gave it to me. If they cook a pizza in 3 minutes guess what a smore looks like after 11 minutes. A gooey mess I a bag. I took 3 bites and pitched it. Also, it was just cookie and marshmallow, no chocolate. Doesn't a smore have chocolate? Value. Well, the meal for us two was $27 and change. Pretty pricy for what we got. We visited this establishment for the first time on yesterday. The concept is akin to Subway but with pizza. They had a variety of toppings, which was great. They also offered their standard crust, a thicker crust ($2 extra) and gluten-free ($3 more). The staff was super friendly and more than willing to guide customers through the ordering process. I built my own pizza but they did have standard offerings, if you'd rather not go through the building process (eg. BBQ Pizza, Meat lovers, etc.). The crust was good but I wish they offered different crust flavors (ya know, kinda like Subway has different bread flavors/types) and whole wheat crust. Their salads were pretty good. I had the arugula salad, which contained strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette dressing (delicious). I really enjoyed their unique beverage offerings (the passionfruit beverage was quite refreshing). Overall, I enjoyed the experience. I liked the concept and I'd probably visit again. read more

The fruit and arugula salad is amazing and such a surprise to find that they had something outside of the caesar salad or house salad family. The white top pizza was okay, got it as is and would probably add more to it next time since it wasn't too flavorful. Extremely disappointed with the Lafayette, Louisiana location. One time it was extremely busy, and we were asked by management to wait outside. It was raining so yep no we just left. We recently decided to give them another chance. I had 203 flames (reward points.) That is enough points for a free pizza including a free pizza crust upgrade as well. I used my reward at checkout but it however did not take off the $3 for the crust upgrade. I pointed this out to the cashier, and she showed the manager. He said "I can't change the price. That is a marketing issue. Reach out to them." I showed him the reward information and he still did not really care. He was like "I can give you a free brownie, but I am not taking off the $3." I am gluten intolerant so great suggestion there bud. I did not want to argue or pull a "Karen" so I gave the brownie to my husband. The whole situation was dumb because how can a manager offer a free brownie but not remove the price of the gf crust upgrade that was supposed to be removed with the reward. This is Blaze's second strike and if they get one more strike, we are going to stop coming back. Also no one is wearing a hair net or beard net so talk about sanitary. read more

The restaurant definitely lives up to it's name. We always get our pizzas within 5 minutes. The employees are friendly and the place is very clean. I get the build your own pizza when I come here, but I have tried their BBQ pizza and that was phenomenal. I'm just picky on things I like on my pizza that's why I prefer to make my own. I like this place better than Pizza Artista because you get an endless choice of meats and toppings. They also do a lot of BOGO free, so make sure you like their Facebook page! The pizza itself was fine, but the customer service definitely took away from the experience. When I first entered Morgan was trying to give me old dough and I had to request for her to get a new batch, she was heavy with the toppings after I specifically told her to be easy with them up to three times. She then began to throw my toppings on my pizza and be hostile, this same service continued as my friend was ordering.
