This place is kind of a dream come true, DIY pizza. I came here for lunch, and enjoyed how spacious the location is. Service was excellent. Pizza was interesting, it felt a little undercooked but they made it so quickly. I got the four cheese with white sauce. The people I went with got a 2 top with mushrooms and peppers and a pepperoni pizza. Everyone enjoyed it and the price wasn't bad. With so many good pizzerias in the area, it's hard to compete, but I did enjoy this experience and wouldn't mind coming back. read more

This is a pretty solid Blaze, I've always liked the concept of picking your own favorite toppings and having a Pizza made your way. If you think about it Blaze is kinda like the "Burger King" of Pizza places, lol. Just don't go thinking for too long because these people put together some seriously amazingly Fast Fire'd Pizza.    One of my all time favorites here is "The Carnivore" Pizza which has every kind of meat that they serve all on one pie. The staff was so very nice and we were able to make our own personal pizza version- I couldn't help but load many toppings on my pizza- meatball, onions roasted garlic, minced garlic, basil, red onion, extra sauce, ricotta, grated Parm cheese, and probably some more. After it came out of the special oven (assuming it was a brick) you can also add a special glazes/s to your cooked pizza- I picked olive oil and then a balsamic glaze. Others I was with picked their toppings too but with different glazes as well. We had a fun time and my toppings were all fresh, good, and enjoyable. I like their pizzas here. It's thin crust but it's good. You order at the counter and you pick it up at the pick-up area. You can choose your toppings (2 toppings or 1) or choose from a set of pizzas with preset toppings. The dining room was clean and it was quiet. We just found out that my 7yr old will now live a diary free, gluten free, tree nut, peanut free lifestyle and i was legit freaking out as pizza is her 2nd love after chicken nuggets and in our house my twins take pizza Friday very seriously. Stopped for my last lunch with my sister before the end of the weekend traveling to New Jersey and New York City. Blaze always impresses me with their fire fried pizza that we are from in order to chowing down the deliciousness in a short while from stepping in the door. My sister has the Blaze app which gives you flame for your dollars spent and can be redeem for drinks, upgrades and free food. We were given an offer to upgrade to the High Rise pizza dough for our $11ish build your own pizza. My sister prefers to the thin crust so I took advantage of the high rise dough. We both ordered our build your own pizzas typically a white based pie with multiple cheeses like ovalene mozzarella, ricotta and the tried and true shredded mozzarella. Where we differ is the rest of the toppings for meats and veggies. I opted to grab a couple of meats like spicy chorizo, meatballs and Applewood bacon. My sister opted for chicken, bacon and Italian meatball. We also topped our pizzas with veggies like red onions, roasted garlic and spinach. My sister likes the artichoke hearts while I choose a new addition of the butternut squash. We always finish our pizzas with a ranch drizzles and arugula. The high rise dough was light and fluffy with them changing the baking process a little and adding a metal tray underneath to let more heat and air under it. I imagine that is to ensure that the bottom gets baked while the toppings get all juicy and yummy. Everything My sister and I can see the appeal of the high rise dough but we will use that as a treat when we are able to. Food was amazing. I got the Four cheese pizza and it was delicious and me and my mom shared a side of pesto garlic cheese bread which was also delicious. They make it in front of you before it goes to the fire brick oven, so you can pick and choose what goes on your pizza and how much of it you want. Service was fantastic. The staff were so nice. I love this place, their food and service is amazing! It's under $10 for unlimited toppings on your pizza. I love the signature pizza, BBQ Chicken! I always add sausage and pepperoni and extra sausage haha! It's just so tasty and delicious and all my friends always want more after I give them a slice. The staff here is great! I always have pleasant experiences here. Someone ALWAYS comes to check up on my table while I'm eating to ask how the food was or if I need anything or they help throw away the trash which is super helpful. That being said, as other yelpers have mentioned you can be critical as you should when grading artisan pizza and this pizza does not rise to other artisan gourmet pizzas hence the three star review. I have come here twice in the past four days as I am in the hell hole that is North Jersey for the week and already was able to get into one car incident as your Jersey drivers truly are grade A top choice morons just wish this pizza was grade A as well. I've been to this location several times, & during each visit, the service and quality of the food drops lower and lower. This location is extremely busy but poorly staffed and completely unorganized. I always spend no less than 20-25 minutes in line which is absurd. The area behind the counter is atrocious. There's food all over the floor, the salads are wilted, some toppings have spilled over to the next, and the employees don't care! I've had a few good pizzas in the past, but things have changed drastically. $30 for wilted salad and burnt pizza left me disappointed to say the least. I won't return to this place until I see a "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" sign. read more

It's been a long time since I been to Blaze so decided to get some vegan pizza for lunch. I ordered my vegan personal pie online and it came to about $14 with the brownie I purchased. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked to the pick up area and my food wasn't ready and there was a couple people waiting as well. I waited about 10 more minutes til it was ready. He handed me the brownie and it was so hard I couldn't eat it until I was able to warm it. The pizza was decent, I just think they need to change the vegan cheese they use because it isn't that good. I'm new to working in the area and was looking for some pizza for lunch. I love to blaze and I love pizza so I had to try it. You can order online or call for pickup or delivery. I popped in not knowing what the expect. They had spots on the floor to help endorse social distancing while you waited to place your order. They have personal pies so you can eat the whole thing guilt free! I saw what you can choose a regular, cauliflower or Keto crust. I just got a plain pie. The pie cooked in about 2 minutes. They had fountain drinks or bottles to chose from. I was happy to be able to get a coke in glass bottle. I won't let the person who invaded my personal space on my way out or the person walking down the aisle without their mask effect my rating. The pizza was delicious! Fresh ingredients, simple recipe, great taste! Not a heavy greasy pie that weighs you down. This was light and gave me energy to make it through the day, or was it the caffeine? Either way this is excellent pizza. I didn't realize while I was there different options for cheese including vegan! They even have a vegan meat topping. I can't wait to go back and try it. Updated. I do have a weird palate, so you can see from the photo I built my own and it had pineapple, pesto, bacon, green peppers, olives and it was mouthwatering-ly satisfying. I love a thin crust pizza so Blaze is right up my alley. I could probably eat an entire personal 11" pie in one sitting (usually I restrain myself b/c I really shouldn't but it is very tasty). I haven't tried any of their specialties yet but I love the build-your-own. I am a greedy girl and Blaze offers so many options with so few restrictions. I'm fine with just the Classic dough but my friends with gluten sensitivities are fans of their Gluten-Free options. I love both their Red sauce and the Garlic Pesto (cream sauce is not usually my thing so I haven't tried it yet) but the Spicy Red is my favorite. It has the same tomato-y deliciousness as the Red but with a solid kick (not too spicy, just enough to make an impact). And if you like balsamic, I definitely recommend finishing your pizza with their fantastic Balsamic Glaze! In terms of cheese, Shredded mozzarella is great and all but personally I'm a fan of Ovalini so having that option makes me pretty happy. A little goat cheese also makes for a fun bite but I never get that as my only cheese option. Blaze is generous with their other toppings too - no matter how many things I ask for I can always find a satisfactory amount on my pizza (though the crust does sometimes find itself a bit overwhelmed). Today I had bacon, sausage, cherry tomatoes, mushroom, spinach, & arugula (finished with balsamic glaze of course). I was a little disappointed (just a little) that the cherry tomatoes weren't at all roasted (nothing wrong with them, I just prefer roasted to raw) and the mushrooms were a little shy of being fully cooked. read more

This is a new establishment and I must say that they did a really good job of organizing the space. Everything was really clean and organize. The food prep area was really clean and organized. I would say that they may need to move some stuff around to help with the flow, but other than that it was organized. The only area of concern was I felt that the staff lacked a little maturity. At one point, they stop paying attention to the customers to talk about their Snapchats.... in which on made a little offense comment which they all laughted. Just want to hate this place. Assembly line pizza that essentially represents everything that is wrong in the world. Pizza should be crafted by artisans, not thrown together by some kid named Brianna who is working there to earn extra mall money. The problem is that the pizza is quite good. And it arrives in a hurry. And the selection is virtually limitless. So what's the down side? I guess if you are a purist and seek out the best of the best in gourmet pizza, this place is probably not going to live up to your standards. However, if you're hungry, want something really good and affordable and want to have fun ordering it, this place may just be for you. Again, I really hate that I like this place so much. On the negative, good help must be truly hard to find since during peak hours they're grossly understaffed. I've went there during lunch time and walked out more than once after seeing two people making pizzas for a line of 20.
