Been meaning to try this place for a long time after seeing how busy the Jersey city location gets.. severely disappointed. Firstly, the location was 90% empty on a Friday night. I didn't think anything of this frankly it's not important. The important part is that there are several employees working for only a few tables.. so I'm not sure why no one ever came to take our order. One of the busboys ended up coming up to us and asking if anyone is taking our order and he was shocked when we said no. Throughout the service, we did not have a dedicated waiter or waitress. We had whomever felt like coming over to us. Truly don't know why this happened. The food... the GF cheesy garlic bread was good. My sister's pizza looked like it was 3D printed lol. It also had a crazy amount of sauce. She was happy with the gluten free crust however. Not her favorite, but pretty good she said. My Amatriciana pie........ The color of the pancetta was completely gray and pink (you can see in pics) and soggy. Usually, pancetta is cubed up and pan fried until the fat has been rendered off. The pie was so salty and was complemented by bitter roasted garlic. It was roasted too far which eliminated the usual nuttiness of roasted garlic. I'm still disgusted thinking about the meat that was deemed acceptable to be served to me. My pie, unlike my sister's or boyfriend's, had a pool of oil under it as well. The total bill was $101. New Jersey is known for pizza so I'm confused as to how this place has so many locations. Very comparable to blaze pizza but more expense and not as tasty.

Another Pizza Friday Night! Cacio E Pepe (V) Fresh mozzarella, shaved parmigiano, pecorino Romano crema, black peppercorns, EVOO I ordered this and topped it with prosciutto and basil. Let's just say I had more slices of pizza than usual, haha. The flavors just burst in your mouth. Very heavy parmesan flavor so if it's not your cup of tea, then I wouldn't recommend it. I also had some Mike's hot honey at home so I added that on top as well. You have to try! THE CRUST, we all were like wow this crust is sooo yummy. It was crunchy but still soft on the inside, the way we like it! I saved those for last because it was like a yummy breadstick haha. I will definitely be getting this again!

We ordered meat ball pasta. It was really bad...we couldn't even finish. If you don't know how to cook, please don't charge people $20. It's not worth it at all. Tasted like $8 value

Tino's is our go-to eatery whenever we're in the Madison area. The restaurant is part of a strip of stores and has plenty of parking. Our server, Ryan, approached us quickly and tended to us perfectly. One thing that we always thoroughly enjoy is the dishware that Tino's presents. Their appetizer dishes are made in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) and beautiful. So beautiful, that when we returned home, I went out onto the Internet and purchased a few. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are always a talking point, whenever we present them to our guests. Our Burrata appetizer was so good. The mix of pear, arugula, cheese, and balsamic pearls made for a delicious course. The mixture of all of these ingredients was refreshing and the perfect start to a meal. Our entree, Margherita Pizza, was the right size to share. Each slice was nice and small and each bite was tasty, fresh, and we ate the entire pie. The other Tortollone entree was just as enjoyable and cheesy. If you have room for dessert, Tino's also has an assortment of gelato. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. You will definitely enjoy a memorable meal and will most definitely return, for many more.

This place is no joke! I am going to start with the atmosphere- I hate going to places when the door is open and it's freezing cold. Its place warm, cozy and totally inviting. We started off with a small bottle of wine. Perfect for just two people. It was wonderful to see if they had Zevia soda. He started off with gluten-free meatballs which were absolutely amazing. They definitely tasted like my mom's The octopus salad is not to be best. It's salty, fresh tasting just completely delicious capers, and all. The truffle pizza was absolutely amazing. The Margherita pizza was outstanding! I have celiac disease, so I compare all my pizzas to Eataly. The gluten-free crust at Tino's is second to eataly very high score They customized the pizza for my son who is so picky he loved it Our new favorite place

Pleasantly surprised!…read more I ordered The Fonzi with fried fungo (5/5) they ran out of quinoa so they subbed in lime cilantro rice. This dish was a visual treat and did not disappoint on taste. Solid, tasty and filling option. The fried oyster mushrooms were YUM! We also ordered the loaded nachos (5/5) which was nicely balanced chip to topping ratio and didn't sacrifice taste. The kids had a "chicken" cutlet that they cut up with a side of fries. (5/5) Space has maybe 6 smaller tables and a longer booth area. Has a diner feel like it used to host a diner. Parking is on the street but easier if the restaurant is on your right hand side. Staff was friendly and helpful in helping us choose our picks for the day. Would definitely come back. I would say only downside was it's a bit on the pricier side but all the dishes were filling and delish!

The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is personal preference on products used. I'm not a fan of Beyond meat and would rather impossible meat. I still order everything that has these and never disappointed just would rather impossible meat and cashew based cheeses/sour cream.

This was a very pleasant surprise and has the potential to be a regular spot going forward. I came here with my chum last Saturday night for dinner. I'm not that familiar with the downtown Madison area but it was very easy to locate street parking within a block of the entrance. Interestingly, this building obviously housed a ye olde bank back in the day, but once inside, there was nothing left in the interior to suggest that past - a little disappointing they weren't able to preserve some of that history but I obviously know nothing about the back story there so grain of salt. In what ended up being a tremendous miscalculation, we ended up ordering four signature rolls to split and didn't come close to finishing them - we likely left close to half of the pieces on the plate (don't worry, they found a new home and became a secondary meal later on), which is definitely not a ding on them. Despite having hundreds of rolls in my life, calculating how quickly they'll fill me up remains a tedious work in progress. Anyway. Hopefully I remember all of these, but I believe the four rolls were the Bronx Bomber, Roe Roe Roe Your Boat (couldn't figure out if this one was a subtle political statement or not but I doubt it), Luck of the Irish and Paradise Cove. The Bronx Bomber was our favorite, and for me probably an all-time top three or so, which is saying something. It's deep fried, which I'm usually ambivalent about (sometimes by definition it's too heavy for me and takes away from the other flavors in the roll), and I was a little leery initially about the cilantro which I don't think I've encountered before in this world. Delicious and not overly fried. I brought it home thinking, oh, I can easily eat this tomorrow for lunch, and then I accidentally ate it all an hour later. Huge recommend. The other one I really loved was Paradise Cove, which had a ton of interesting vibes going on there - the diced salmon sounded a little odd but didn't end up being different from just normal salmon (I think I assumed it would be seared or something, which it definitely wasn't). There's multiple mayos, multiple fish and it's just very unique; that type of combo with so many ingredients risks being overwhelming and it was a perfect balance. The Luck of the Irish was just okay for me; my chum advocated for that one I think in honor of a certain recent holiday, and it includes cucumber, which is my least favorite sushi ingredient. Easy to get out (and I did push the pieces out before eating) but it a little bland. The Roe was my least favorite, and that was just a personal palate issue - for me, there was too much fish roe (I think I just figured out why it's called Roe Roe Roe Your Boat) on top which made it extra salty. But that's on me. Everything was fresh and plentiful, and that to me is the ultimate standard. It's rare that I'm over the moon about service when it took over half an hour to get the rolls - sushi places overall tend to have a quick turnaround time by definition, but Blue Wazabi was SLAMMED with to-go orders while we were there (the entire time, there were multiple customers waiting for their pickups). And also to be fair, we did not get mundane, normal rolls. While we waited, the staff literally filled up my water glass five times (I'd been hiking earlier in the day and was still trying to catch up) and never let the level get below 25%. I actually started paying attention to that, and I'm honestly not sure if I've ever been somewhere where they were that vigilant about it, especially given that they were very busy. Huge points though - if you don't have the ability to get the rolls over in a few minutes, intense hydration is a pleasant plan B. I might just fill up on Bronx Bombers next time, which as a Mets fan makes me a little uncomfortable but it is what it is.
