This place is awesome! Stopped in during vacation and were surprised by the whole notion of making your own pizza. They grab a crust, ask you which sauce you would like, which meats and vegetables. Cheese, oregano, sea salt can be added before they fire it in the oven for 3 minute. $7.49 for a personal pizza. They have us coupons for 2-1 on our next visit. We went back the next day! Five star based on quality vs price. There is better pizza in the world. Not in Rapid City though. Super thin crust. Fairly speedy service. They say 180 seconds. Probably not exactly true but close. Pizza with. Twist. You choose your sauces, you choose as many toppings as you want ( no extra charge) and it's ready in just minutes. Definitely not traditionall but great and very reasonable. Less than 10 bucks gets you a pizza and drink. Excellent deal all way round. Clean place and you get to watch everything. read more

Went there once expecting something a little better. I wanted a BBG chicken pizza and apparently they don't sauce some of their pizzas, making Blaze Pizza not my cup of tea. It was a little bland. People do like the pizzeria though, so there must be something good about them. read more

As a local, I like to try out any new business that comes into town. I was HIGHLY impressed with this place. I had never even heard of this chain before. RIPPED OFF!!! We ordered two pizzas and a salad on-line for delivery to our nearby hotel room. Then we waited. And waited. Eventually I received a text message from their delivery service, DoorDash, asking where we were located (even though I had specified our address as part of the on-line ordering process). More waiting. Finally I called the store to ask where our food was. The night manager said that it was not their problem (WRONG!!) and that I should contact DoorDash. I could not do this since I did not have a delivery ticket number. The food never arrived. The next day I contacted the store manager and explained the problem. (Apparently he had already heard about it.) He asked me to send him an e-mail with the order details and he would contact DoorDash to see what happened. I sent him a very detailed message, but I never heard from him again. Horrible customer relations! This distasteful experience in unethical behavior set me back about $35, and taught me to never deal with Blaze Pizza ever again. read more

The team at Blaze in South Dakota make gluten-free crust for gluten intolerant people. They change their gloves to help lower the chance of cross-contamination. They also used a different spoon for the sauce and a different pizza roller to cut the crust. I was able to enjoy the pizza without getting sick on vacation. read more

Blaze was perfect. The Service was awesome and fast... they were super busy but everything went smoothly... lots of awesome options for toppings... the menu is simple, only one size of pizza so it's so easy! I rarely post a five star rating as I feel they should be handed out sparingly or it doesn't really mean anything. We have never been here before and we had a great experience. Anyone with hungry children knows how difficult it is for them to wait. Our children were quite hungry. We used their order-online method and sure enough when we got there all they had to do was slide our custom ordered pizzas in the oven. Within a few minutes all three pizzas were hot on our table. They were not only quick but the pizza was fantastic. All of us enjoyed our pizzas and the kids had a great experience. Not only was the pizza good but they didn't have to wait and wait for their pizza. We will be back and very glad we tried this place. read more
