I got the Club Sub here. + Yay, access to ice H2O and restrooms again. + Ample parking. . Service is ok. + Convenient location for me: shares same parking lot as Target. . Decent ambience. . Only a 7min drive (2.5 mi) from the nearest Tesla charging station, but dang, that was the most crowded station I saw on my trip. read more

Door dasher picked up my food and did not deliver and basically stole my food, I called the store and explained my situation, the manager was more than happy to replace my order, the customer service is always top notch. I have never had a bad experience with Rapid City's location. #9 for the win read more

We had never tried Jersey Mike's before. The staff were super friendly and when we asked questions, they took the time to answer (even though there was a long line!). The gal forgot to put mayo on my sandwich (I hadn't noticed) and she grabbed mayo packets for me when she could have just ignored it. I loved the sandwich, however it was super messy to eat in the car. I'll definitely eat here again....in the restaurant! read more

Horrible experience. I got there and someone else picked up my order. Not me. Upon hearing this I asked WTF and was met with indifference and an attitude that seemed to me as though they were implying I was wrong. I was not. They agreed to remake the sandwiches after way more interaction than was necessary. Did not seem genuinely sorry about this at all. When I returned to pick them up, the door was locked at 3:00. I got in thanks to a customer inside, not the staff. I asked them how this happened and got blank stares. When they did respond it felt very disingenuous and very dismissive. I remind you this was not in any way something I did incorrectly. The issue is 100% their problem. They did not offer any comp for the inconvenience and were dismissive. I am not happy. read more

SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWW!!!! And when the food finally does come the order will be wrong. I cannot stand mushrooms and that was the only thing I asked not to be on the sub. I ordered a giant, so I am sure you can imagine how many mushrooms were on this sub. I will more than likely never be back. At least they gave me my money back. Thanks for ruining 3 of the 4 subs we ordered online when we specifically ordered them with Oil and Vinegar on the side in the "special instructions" box provided on the website and did you? NOPE! So by the time they were ready to be consumed the bread had all but disintegrated under moisture.... Hence why one would order liquids on the side! I've ordered it this way for over 20 years in many different states and never had a problem. The 4th sub ordered a hot sub was such a sloppy mess with sauce all over the top and outside of the roll it had to be eaten with a fork and knife. Also, it's a good thing the subs ordered was just for household members and not an office or social gatherings g with strangers or acquaintances because we had to open every single one to determine whose was whose. Why provide the "who it's for" block which I did indeed fill out a name for each person if you aren't going to label them. If you just expect a sub to be wrapped and shoved in a bag like other places fine it's not annoying but when it's YOUR company website and option provided it just becomes irritating and annoying. Nothing against Jersey Mike's because as a sub chain they are good but just not this store. Jimmie Johns or Paulie's it is from now on. read more

Really surprised by the poor reviews. Every time we visit here the line is long because let's face it...the food is good. The staff are always nice and attentive. This isn't your grab and go subway...the ingredients here are FRESH. Have you seen them slave away cutting the deli meat? We're just thankful that there's even a Jersey Mike's in small town Rapid City. We'll be back. read more

* 01/08/21 gave a second chance tonight (see Google Review) and ordered a #8 and a Veggie sub. The veggie sub has bacon all over it--what?!?? And the club had added ingredients that were not ordered on it and bread that could double as a baseball bat--seriously. Family member was upset about veggie sub with lots of bacon and rock hard bread, and when I asked her what was wrong, she literally said, "I want Jimmy Johns." And another family member said, after eating her portion of the sub, "I wish I could get it out of me." Thank you for ruining yet another meal Jersey Mike's. I'm going to add on TripAdvisor and Yelp as this thread is obviously unseen and getting much too long. I could've thrown this money down the toilet. read more

Order Togo, got there a half hour early. Was willing to wait for subs to be made. Girl behind the counter said it was only 11 that I knew. I told her I was a half hour early. She was really snotty about it. Said it wasn't done. Guess what it was. So I guess if I would of been on time my sandwiches would have been setting for over a half hour. That's just unacceptable for the money you pay for your sandwiches at this place. Not to mention get home and sub is not even right no mushrooms on it. First bad experience. Ordered Portobello cheesesteak with no onions and green peppers. Comes to me full of them. I handed it back 10 minutes ago. Waited a while for anyone to acknowledge our presence. The young lady working the meat slicer realized none of the other 7 workers were going to help us and said she'd be with us in a moment. A young man then realized he could take our order. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one hot and one cold. I paid and soon the hot sandwich was given to us. I asked about the cold sandwich and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. Imagine my surprise when 4 other people received their cold sandwich orders ahead of me. I was asked twice what I ordered while I waited.Did I mention that I requested and paid for bacon to be added to my sandwich? I finally received said sandwich, got home to eat it and guess what? No bacon, very hard bread, mediocre sandwich. So cannot recommend. read more

Been four times now since the open, it's busy and new I understand but it takes a very long time. We did an online order took close to an hour. People that came in and ordered got their hot subs faster and there wasn't a line at all. The staff is trying but some kinks need worked out. I hope things improve I'd like to keep coming but every visit is longer and worse than the last. I want you to succeed very badly so keep working at it. I went to the new Jersey Mike's in Rapid City for my lunch today. I went into the building at 1pm and i stood in line for 20 minutes and the line had only been through three people. I cannot wait in a line all day considering their were still at least 10 people in front of me. I am not sure if I will go back considering i would assume I would be line line for another 30 minutes.
