Never order ahead at this location. My pizza was as bald as Larry David. You have to watch them and tell them you want more toppings or you get a $12 cracker. Our pizzas weren't even cut. They were stamped with lines like someone dropped the cutter on them but from 2 inches away. The Ontario location is way more consistent. Lazy or uncaring staff ruined this place. read more

Horrible experience. I never eat at these places I finally break down with friends to go and now know I will never go back to one. This store in particular sucked! They have a menu with set pizzas. I order the red vine pizza and they didn't have half the ingredients but on top of that they don't even know what their signature pizzas are suppose to have on it. The employees were rule and not friendly at all. If I'm going to drop this kinda money on a pizza then at least make it right or know your store menu. It was so irritating. I am so annoyed I have been placing my order thro the app per the owner to not have anymore issues. Today I place my order and said ir would be here at 4:04pm, it literally just got here at 4:24 pm exactly 20 mins after the expected time. I asked the Door Dash driver what happen she said it was the restaurant fault she said she was waiting they didn't even have my order she said she had to wait an additional 8 mins since they didn't have . Now once again I have 2 cold pizzas and 25 bucks down the drain. I am very disappointed I pay good money to eat a hot meal and stay safe and now 25 bucks including delivery and 2 cold pizzas going into the microwave! Arrived here last night approximately 8:55p placed order, paid for food and chose to dine in. It was a nice evening out so wanted to sit outside on their patio but was told by cashier the patio was closed and inside seating was until 9:30 " so you have time to eat here". Now the hours posted and on Yelp say open until 10 o'clock. So explain to me why you are closing your patio 1 hour early and your indoor seating 30 minutes early? Why are you stacking chairs on top of tables surrounding me as I'm trying to enjoy my dinner?? This is not hospitality this is not creating an environment that is inviting. This certainly doesn't make me want to come back when there are competitors offering the same menu. And frankly there's not an excuse, there were 6 employees that I counted that were working that is plenty of hands to help stack chairs, wipe down tables, put food away, and clean up AFTER closing. read more

If I could, I would give this place a Zero. The two girls in the front were being little chismosas and talking shit about my friend and I right in front of us. One of them with a bunch of pins on her hat even threw a sharpie and threw a mini tantrum when we asked to change our order BEFORE she started making it. Took them over 10 minutes just to get their shit together and start our order anyway so I really don't know what that was about. This was my first time at the location. It was pretty busy inside but there was only one person in line ahead of me and another ordering her pizza. I stood in line for about five minutes before leaving. There was a whole lot of movement but nothing happening. The young lady at the front was CONFUSED about something. She looked so lost. The guy working with her told her to do something, but she was still moving at a glacial pace. I went to Blaze specifically because they have Keto crust and I have been on the Keto diet. The crust was not that great tasting!! Maybe because I drove it home from Rialto to Fontana and it was just warm when I started to eat it. However, I do want to mention that I had to ask for extra extra of everything as compared to the other build your own pizza joints. Usually when I ask for extra cheese they give extra cheese. But at this location I asked for extra cheese and it was just like what another places "regular" would be. I literally came here to leave a review of my experience tonight and surprise surprise everyone else that comes to this location has the same complaint. Staff DGAF. Period. Ordered a pizza with mozzarella, Parmesan, black olives roasted peppers, mushrooms, extra pineapples, and pesto drizzle. My fiancé picked it up up for me and it had no mushrooms. No pesto drizzle. And because it was closing time I watched as one of the employees cleaned the table with what looked like Dollar Store cleansing wipes. Blaze is my favorite pizza spot, but this spot is so horribly managed. From the moment we walked in the workers were prioritizing the online order when they had a line of 6+ customers. We had to wait a good 15 minutes before they asked us what kinda dough we wanted. And another 15 before they started making the pizza. The worker was to busy making dumb jokes he wasn't focused on the line of people. Finally when they gave me my pizza it was someone else's and they didn't know what happened to mine . Over all it took them no less than 45 mins to make my pizza. All the pizzas were coming out burn, I was lucky wasn't as burned as others. Came in today at 5pm The people working were Ariel, Ashley, Serge, and I believe Kofo was the last girls name. Brought my wife and daughter. We were not welcomed at all when we came in and weren't even acknowledged until 5 minutes we came in (keep in mind we were right in front of the employees). However that's not what caused this 1 star rating. The staff her were lacking so much communication. Specifically Kofo (I believe that's what I read on the name tag on her hat) was rolling her eyes at her coworkers because someone wouldn't help her with the register so then she went to help me pay she seemed so bothered and like she hates her job. I went back to get my pizzas and asked for another ranch and she looked to annoyed by my request. She went over to get one for me after having the most horrible look on her face and then gave it to me. Didn't say a word and ask I walked away she then says "THANK YOU" in such an obnoxious way. Horrible customer service. It was not even busy when I went in. Four people behind the counter. Stood there for five minutes to order a drink. The girl who cashed out the guy in front of me could have asked me quickly what I wanted. She took off to take another pizza order of someone who came in behind me. Another customer waited for his pizza long and when he grabbed his order the guy boxing them told him "next time ask". To which he replied "you should if be asking us. We've all been waiting long".
