This was my first time at the location. It was pretty busy inside but there was only one person in line ahead of me and another ordering her pizza. I stood in line for about five minutes before leaving. There was a whole lot of movement but nothing happening. The young lady at the front was CONFUSED about something. She looked so lost. The guy working with her told her to do something, but she was still moving at a glacial pace. Literally a whole staff of people behind the counter doing god-knows- what, but we picked the confused girl to put in the front? I didn't say anything and just left. Arrived here last night approximately 8:55p placed order, paid for food and chose to dine in. It was a nice evening out so wanted to sit outside on their patio but was told by cashier the patio was closed and inside seating was until 9:30 " so you have time to eat here". Now the hours posted and on Yelp say open until 10 o'clock. So explain to me why you are closing your patio 1 hour early and your indoor seating 30 minutes early? Why are you stacking chairs on top of tables surrounding me as I'm trying to enjoy my dinner?? This is not hospitality this is not creating an environment that is inviting. This certainly doesn't make me want to come back when there are competitors offering the same menu. And frankly there's not an excuse, there were 6 employees that I counted that were working that is plenty of hands to help stack chairs, wipe down tables, put food away, and clean up AFTER closing. read more

One of them with a bunch of pins on her hat even threw a sharpie and threw a mini tantrum when we asked to change our order BEFORE she started making it. I literally came here to leave a review of my experience tonight and surprise surprise everyone else that comes to this location has the same complaint. Staff DGAF. Period. Ordered a pizza with mozzarella, Parmesan, black olives roasted peppers, mushrooms, extra pineapples, and pesto drizzle. My fiancé picked it up up for me and it had no mushrooms. No pesto drizzle. And like 5 pineapples. To make it worse, it was BARELY covered in cheese. I got in my car and drove back personally to have it corrected. I showed the manager and his response was "I mean, I personally don't see anything wrong with it but I can remake it for you if you'd like" I had no words. How do you not see anything wrong with missing ingredients? How are MY feelings being invalidated about how MY pizza should've been made? Furthermore, how does this continue to happen over and over and the district manager hasn't stepped in and made some drastic changes...starting with the staff? I work in LaVerne and the Blaze location in that city would NEVER have responded in such a way. The one that used to be in Rancho Cucamonga, oh please. No complaints. This Rialto location smelled like urine as if they mopped the entire location with same mop that was used to mop the bathroom. And because it was closing time I watched as one of the employees cleaned the table with what looked like Dollar Store cleansing wipes. I went to Blaze specifically because they have Keto crust and I have been on the Keto diet. The crust was not that great tasting!! Maybe because I drove it home from Rialto to Fontana and it was just warm when I started to eat it. However, I do want to mention that I had to ask for extra extra of everything as compared to the other build your own pizza joints. Usually when I ask for extra cheese they give extra cheese. But at this location I asked for extra cheese and it was just like what another places "regular" would be. Blaze is my favorite pizza spot, but this spot is so horribly managed. From the moment we walked in the workers were prioritizing the online order when they had a line of 6+ customers. We had to wait a good 15 minutes before they asked us what kinda dough we wanted. And another 15 before they started making the pizza. The worker was to busy making dumb jokes he wasn't focused on the line of people. Finally when they gave me my pizza it was someone else's and they didn't know what happened to mine . Came in today at 5pm The people working were Ariel, Ashley, Serge, and I believe Kofo was the last girls name. Brought my wife and daughter. We were not welcomed at all when we came in and weren't even acknowledged until 5 minutes we came in (keep in mind we were right in front of the employees). However that's not what caused this 1 star rating. The staff her were lacking so much communication. Specifically Kofo (I believe that's what I read on the name tag on her hat) was rolling her eyes at her coworkers because someone wouldn't help her with the register so then she went to help me pay she seemed so bothered and like she hates her job. I went back to get my pizzas and asked for another ranch and she looked to annoyed by my request. She went over to get one for me after having the most horrible look on her face and then gave it to me. Didn't say a word and ask I walked away she then says "THANK YOU" in such an obnoxious way. My grandsons are vegan so everything was handled perfectly. Including the changing of gloves. They had a spinach and olive pizza. Mine was a reg veggie and super thin crust. Service was really great, it did not take forever to make my pizza like other places you watch them put all of your favorite toppings on and they will ask "is this good" so if you want a little more of something they are happy to add a little more. My sons and I love coming here! Each time we go we order him a pepperoni pizza and me a green stripe. I would definitely recommend trying a green stripe if it is your first time. The staff here is amazing. There is a man who I believe is the manager or maybe owner ? And he's super helpful! He jumps in and helps when other staff are not sure of what they are doing. He answers any questions customers have. I haven't had the chance to learn his name yet but I'll definitely ask next time I see him. As far as cleanliness I will say that I haven't seen it too bad in this restaurant but no place is perfect. I notice customers do leave food all over and staff may not have a chance to get to it right away. I like that on busy days such as today (fourth of July) they were fully staffed. As far as the food... the ingredients are extremely fresh. The veggies are really good! They cook the pizza perfectly. People are saying the portions they give aren't enough but I haven't had that experience. They even ask if I'd like to add more sometimes. If that isn't the case I would recommend just stating that you would like more of a certain ingredient and I'm sure they'll add more. Also trust me on this and try the lemonade or blood orange lemonade! I'd say to try this blaze pizza even though the reviews don't look too good. My husband and I went to the grand opening to the new Rialto location on October 30th. It was a little past 830pm; I was getting ready to stand in line for a free pizza that the company was promoting between the hours of 11am-10pm. But, I was told by the owner and district manager who said the line stopped @ 8pm and weren't allowing anyone else to come through. They offered my husband and I two free pizza coupons to be used on another day. Coming from work, I was disappointed to see how unprofessional the management handled their customers. Not a great first impression. It's an embarrassment to the company to be honest. However, the following day my husband and I decided to go back to that location and redeem our free pizzas; The pizzas were delicious as always however, we noticed a few flaws that the workers didn't follow proper procedures when it came to dairy allergens. Upon building our pizzas when we said it was vegan, the workers looked confused on what to do. Clearly, they didn't know what vegan was; Also, No one asked to change their gloves; One of the first girls that helped us touched the vegan cheese after she got finished handling meats and regular dairy cheese without changing her gloves first. The second girl who helped us acknowledged that because, It was a vegan pizza that she should change her gloves. This location has potential to be great, if I had any criticism I'd say the management needs a lot of work when it comes to their customer service. read more
