The lady serving my bf was rude as hell and the man helping me kept telling me to pull my ask up but I can't control when my mask moves as I talk. After all that I paid and they dropped my pizza and remade it wrong because they didn't ask me what was on the pizza! They gave me a coupon for a free pizza but still gave me my new pizza wrong! I don't understand how you drop my pizza then don't ask about what was on the pizza! They also need to restock their inventory because they didn't have arugula! My husband and I went to the grand opening to the new Rialto location on October 30th. It was a little past 830pm; I was getting ready to stand in line for a free pizza that the company was promoting between the hours of 11am-10pm. But, I was told by the owner and district manager who said the line stopped @ 8pm and weren't allowing anyone else to come through. They offered my husband and I two free pizza coupons to be used on another day. Coming from work, I was disappointed to see how unprofessional the management handled their customers. Not a great first impression. It's an embarrassment to the company to be honest. However, the following day my husband and I decided to go back to that location and redeem our free pizzas; The pizzas were delicious as always however, we noticed a few flaws that the workers didn't follow proper procedures when it came to dairy allergens. Upon building our pizzas when we said it was vegan, the workers looked confused on what to do. Clearly, they didn't know what vegan was; Also, No one asked to change their gloves; One of the first girls that helped us touched the vegan cheese after she got finished handling meats and regular dairy cheese without changing her gloves first. The second girl who helped us acknowledged that because, It was a vegan pizza that she should change her gloves. This location has potential to be great, if I had any criticism I'd say the management needs a lot of work when it comes to their customer service. read more

I stopped by this evening for a nice Friday treat with my Nephew Tyler for his Foodie Fix .. he chose pizza . This location is very new in the shopping plaza . Location is well lit with tons of parking . It's very spacious inside & clean . The staff was very friendly & extremely attentive. You can't beat awesome service with a smile . Overall experience absolutely above & beyond . One of the employees Vicki asked how everything was and my nephew let her know his pizza was a little " ashy" she brought him over to the line to make sure his order was up to his expectations. I truly appreciate her kindness & generosity. She's definitely the sweetest and made our visit pleasant. In addition she made sure every patron that dined it was doing phenomenal. First I'd like to say that all of the employees at the pizza making station were all super patient and polite (some of their names were SABRINA, XARI, ASH, and ROBYN) and didn't mind that we didn't really know what we wanted seeing as though this is our first time here. They also recommended stuff like the oregano spice which btw, was very good. We got 4 "Take Two's" which includes Four 1/2 pizza's Two salads Two garlic knots Four drinks We all loved our pizza's and the prices. The place was clean, staff very helpful and friendly and their cauliflower crust pizza was delicious. The young woman who made my pizza was extremely helpful and friendly. Went to this location for the first time right now. Not only did they all seem miserable and they were fully staffed. They put hardly any ingredients on the pizzas. After noticing that the art Lover pizza didn't have the red dollops on it I asked the girl if it still gets it and she answered that it gets put on at the end. Than I saw her walk it over and put the tiniest bit on red dollops on it. My brother and I ordered it to go and sat and waited. After waiting for 30 minutes for the cheese bread to come out the guy at the register asked if we were waiting for something and we let him know. We than saw that the guy taking the pizzas out of the oven had left them in too long and they were ruined. So he started all over. When I asked him he said he was making them. After sitting for another 10 minutes we saw them come out all ruined again so we just asked for a refund. He seemed all confused and tried to offer refunding the cheese break but I said I wanted the whole thing refunded because I don't want any of it. The pizzas are cold. The experience was so terrible that I am completely okay with going out of the way to the Rancho location. Trash was also overflowing. First time eating blaze pizza. I just ate the pizza and I really like the way it tastes. I also liked that I can build my own pizza. The price are reasonable. So many toppings to pick from. Love it . But what I really liked was the way I was treated by the employees. They were nice and they work hard and they were not rude or anything. There was an employee named Joseph who made my pizza . He was very enthusiastic and you can tell that he loves what he does and he made my pizza with love and I think that is why my pizza came out so delicious. They would give my husband a pizza that tasted like char because they burned the crust or give us the wrong pizza. But I think one of the major issues I have that I don't see anywhere else is if you ask for pepperoni you only get one on one slice. They really skimp on the toppings including pizza sauce. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1)We took my 85 year old mom to Blaze for her first time. The staff was RUDE and short with her because she didn't know the ordering process and wasn't immediately ready to place her order. Additionally, it was noisy and they wouldn't speak up so we could hear what was being said. 2) I asked about an ingredient in a salad BECAUSE I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY and didn't want to get SICK, the girl just rolled her eyes and made me ask FOUR times whether the ingredient was in the salad. 3) We ordered a beer, and got carded despite being SENIOR CITIZENS. She took my DL and held it, rather than looking at it and returning it. At this point she was CLEARLY HARASSING us. She should not be dealing with the public. SENIOR DISCRIMINATION 4) Within a few hours of eating there, I had severe gastrointestinal issues. (It was the only thing I'd eaten since the day before.) The next day I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he wasn't there. I left several messages over the next few days, but he never returned my calls. I finally tracked down the company that owns the franchise and told them of my horrible experience. The first guy was appalled, but he was the finance guy, so he passed my on to operations guy. Now I know where the rude comes from. He was combative from the start, made excuses, said he would "look into it" and get back to me, but he never did. We always come here after we see a movie at the theater nearby and we always come in late, probably within the 30 minutes before they close. And we never feel like we are being kicked out. Regular sauce 4. Regular cheese 5. Pepperoni 6. Red Onion 7. Mushroom 8. Oregano Sounds simple right? NOT. The pizza artist must know how to lay the pepperoni. (Got to have Lali) The pepperoni is the key!! Now once Lali has put the pizza together, you will need Sergio or Wesley to cook it. First let me say, I like Blaze Pizza. This review is a reflection of this particular location. I've had a chance to eat here on four separate occasions. each one I've been disappointed. One time after notifying the manager that the regular marinara sauce was spicy. He argued with me intensely, only later to come back to apologize because there had been a mixup. He was nice enough to give me a free coupon, but my experience on later dates weren't better. Overall it seems as though the staff and manger aren't paying attention to the details. A reflection of this can be seen in the picture posted. On a recent visit I was troubled by how badly the parsley looked, but didn't say anything. When I came back two days later for a to go order, it looked like the same old parsley but even worse. When I mentioned it to an employee, they just shrugged it off.
