Worst service we've received since we started coming here. They lost one of our pizzas! We are so disappointed we always spend $60+ dollars when we come here and today they basically just gave us inedible food. They lost our kids pizza and my partner and I had already received ours. As parents we don't feel comfortable eating before our kids so we waited. By the time we got their food situation figured out mine and my partners food was cold and soggy. Grease had pooled at the bottom of one of our pizzas and mine was very badly burned and cold. To add to this whole experience we saw a giant roach walking around the floor that scared my kids. Sadly we will not be ever returning to this location. I wish I was confrontational enough to ask for a refund but seeing as my kids happily ate their warm pizza I didn't want to bother the servers. read more

As I walk in I notice the place filthy, the whole topping bar, the glass everywhere and to top it off the counter where the bottled drinks are. Place was really great in social distance. I ordered the build your own pizza with sooo many topping and drizzles to choose from, they also have a spicy marinara sauce that you can put on your pizza. My pizza did not disappoint give it 10/10! The portion is good to share with someone or eat it all yourself. The Caesar salad was decent I give it 8/10. This is the 4th time in a row I have been let down at this location. The first time I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup, and when I arrived they let me know they missed making the second pizza and told me it would be about 20 minutes for it to be completed. I requested they remake the first one too so I wouldn't have one fresh pizza and one cold pizza. I left feedback online asking to be contacted. No reply. Second and third time online orders took an hour to be prepared and once they were received there were several missing toppings. I left feedback on those and asked to be contacted. Of course, no reply. Today I placed an order and arrived at the restaurant right on time for pickup. I believe they must have put it in the oven for just 2 minutes to melt the cheese before removing it and placing it in the box ready to go. I checked my pizza in the parking lot and it wasn't even luke warm, it was COLD! I was impressed by Blaze especially compared to pieology. I thought the ingredients were fresh including the veggies and meats. They also had everything I wanted like roasted garlic and regular garlic. We ordered online and they don't deliver (sad) but at least on that day they had free upgrades for our online order. It's like a chipotle but for pizza. They have different doughs for pizza : keto, cauliflower, and original. Atmosphere: it's very chill and the line goes by really fast! This location is a mile from my house but I had not tried it yet because I am partial to Mod pizza. I decided to give Blaze a try today. I ordered the same as I do at Mod so that I could really compare. I ordered the thicker crust and it was pretty good. -delivery was free on postmates -it was a little more expensive but since delivery was free it ended up being the same price as Mod on a delivery app -the toppings were sparce. I ordered just 3 toppings: bacon, pepperoni and black olives. And there were hardly any of each. Came here yesterday for dinner. The pizza is bomb because of the way I requested it and the toppings are yummy. The pizza was a little burnt on the bottom. Service on the other hand sucked. The female workers need to slow it down with rushing you and getting attitudes. They were rushing us to the point that I wasn't even finished saying one topping when I was getting cut off. I've been here a few times and it seems ever since Covid happened the service has gone down hill. The last time I went in there was nobody in the place. They asked me what kind of pizza I wanted I told them and then my paper and the dough sat there for about 10 min while one girl worked very hard to get the online orders done. And 3 other girls just sat there and talked about nonsense. I wasn't being helped and neither was their coworker. The manager finally came over and helped the one girl but I still stood there in an empty restaurant. Finally they came to help me and as I'm going down the line half of the toppings aren't there. This is not fast food. Waited in line 30 minutes just to get to the point of building our pizza. None of the staff are friendly. No smiles or a greeting. Pizza did taste good even though we had to keep asking for a little bit more toppings because what is suppose to be put on is very minimal. The bathroom had not been maintained all day. Stalls were out of toilet paper and no hand soap. No one seems to know how to claim a gift card. So yet again, we still have not been able to use it. Never order ahead at this location. My pizza was as bald as Larry David. You have to watch them and tell them you want more toppings or you get a $12 cracker. Our pizzas weren't even cut. They were stamped with lines like someone dropped the cutter on them but from 2 inches away. The Ontario location is way more consistent. Lazy or uncaring staff ruined this place. read more

Horrible experience. I never eat at these places I finally break down with friends to go and now know I will never go back to one. This store in particular sucked! They have a menu with set pizzas. I order the red vine pizza and they didn't have half the ingredients but on top of that they don't even know what their signature pizzas are suppose to have on it. The employees were rule and not friendly at all. If I'm going to drop this kinda money on a pizza then at least make it right or know your store menu. It was so irritating. I guess I will stick to Pizza Hut.... makes me so disappointed to ever go back to this place. I am so annoyed I have been placing my order thro the app per the owner to not have anymore issues. Today I place my order and said ir would be here at 4:04pm, it literally just got here at 4:24 pm exactly 20 mins after the expected time. I asked the Door Dash driver what happen she said it was the restaurant fault she said she was waiting they didn't even have my order she said she had to wait an additional 8 mins since they didn't have . Now once again I have 2 cold pizzas and 25 bucks down the drain. I am very disappointed I pay good money to eat a hot meal and stay safe and now 25 bucks including delivery and 2 cold pizzas going into the microwave!
