Ordered a build my own pizza, and wasn't able to get extra cheese as a topping. How is this build your own? The manager said it wasn't possible even after offering to pay an extra amount. She tried to come up with excuses as to why she couldn't add more cheese, examples the pizza wouldn't bake correctly, they never give extra cheese, etc. We have placed this same order without any pushback and suddenly there is a policy change, additionally what other pizza spot wouldn't allow more cheese due to baking issues? Extra cheese is a normal topping on pizza. You can order it anywhere, except apparently Blaze Pizza. This is just a silly excuse to control something when it doesn't affect your paycheck in any way. read more

I come to this blaze at least once a week, it's my absolute favorite. I love the concept of being able to watch and make your own pizza. It gives you a sense of relief . The staff tend to be accommodating, every once in a while you get that new employee. If you get a chance to try it out, special recognition to Nani! I ordered a pizza online at 5 pm that was supposed to be done at 6 pm got there at 6:05 pizza was not even in the oven the worker gave me attitude saying that I have to wait called the manager to ask where is my pizza because I ordered it an hour ago showed him the confirmation email that was supposed to be done at 6pm DJ ( the "manager") came with more attitude saying he can give me back my money if I can't wait!!!! I got mad saying I want my pizza I don't need my money and guess what!!! He said I'm harassing and to step out of the building or he is calling the police!!!! And he DID call the police saying he is having a HOSTILE customer !!!!!! Another guy came from the back that he looked like a manager and finally gave me the pizza I ordered!!!! My family and I come to this place all the time. We always order the Build Your Own pizza. This last time we were here, a lady called Halley was not welcoming at all. She yelled at the other employees and even tossed our pizza because "according to her" it was too heavy. In my opinion, if I am ordering a Build Your Own pizza, I'm the one choosing the items but they are the ones that choose the portions. The costumer service was horrendous from this lady and she needs to use her manners to refer to the other employees. Super disappointed this has been my favorite place since day 1. Through this covid 19 and being pregnant I can't come in and wanted to order online. I'm not one to go on Yelp, but I really felt like I needed to get a yelp to write this. I love blaze, but today was a disappointment! I noticed that the workers aren't careful when getting toppings; it may seem like I'm exaggerating but when I got my pizza I'm trusting that I can eat my food without a worry in the world! I am pregnant with my first baby and I'm allergic to mushroom the fact that I ate mushroom when I only asked for ham and pineapple on my pizza only shows how carefull they are when putting your toppings on the pizza. I always see it they will reach out to grab a topping and than some of it falls on the other toppings within that one grab. I'm glad me and my baby are fine but if they can just be more careful before someone really gets hurt that has an allergy problem. read more

So, I LOVED Blaze Pizza. When it was announced PostMates was delivering it, I posted that on my FB. And the love affair continued through this Father's Day. I bought pizzas for Father's Day because my BF wanted it (he's a good pet dad). And, OMG, it was horrible. The makers screwed up all the toppings on the pizzas. We probably would have done nothing about that except pick off what we didn't want BUT, I'm a severe Celiac. I HAVE to have gluten free crust. Yet when I bit in to the pizza, the crust was NOTHING like it had been over the past few years. So, we assumed I'd soon be sick (which is about 7 days of not eating). The BF says his crust didn't taste right either. So he gets angry (it's not the first time this restaurant has screwed up an order). So he goes down to the restaurant. He asks the manager to remake the pizzas and the manager (a nice person, always friendly) remakes them and apologizes that he has 2 new people he's training. But here's the kicker: when they're remaking the pizza, instead of making a fresh crust, they bring out this already-cooked, cardboard-looking piece of crust that was clearly premade and taken from plastic in the backroom. So, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, they have just started buying premade pizza crusts for those who need gluten free. And, like I already wrote, OMG they're bad crusts. We're talking crumbly cardboard without taste. The things are so bad they won't even allow the cheese to melt into them. All the ingredients just sit on top of the carboard crust without even really attaching. It's like everything wants to slide off. SO DISGUSTING! And, the BF says they changed the makeup on the non-gluten free pizza as well. Even though he watched his get baked fresh, he says it's also crumbly and like carbdoard (picture cardboard that was wet and then dried in the sun - then you try to bite into it). So, we spent almost $60 (a lot for pizzas) and in the end couldn't even really eat them. The manager offered a couple free pizzas in the future to make up for the error in the toppings. But the crusts are so changed, so nasty and inedible that we won't be taking advantage of the free pizzas. You know it's bad when people won't take free pizzas. They're seriously that bad. What a disappointment. Blaze used to be the best pizza ever.. To be fair, if you like nice managers, and you don't mind crappy pizza, go ahead go there. We went to blaze pizza and i order my usual. Veg out pizza with sausage and this boy told us there is a "new rule" that you had to take out a topping to add other toppings. So I'd have to take out red onions to get sausage. My bf says to him, "well don't you just charge more for extra topping?" And this kid goes "I don't know." And my bf says "well can you check?" And he just stands there saying "I don't know. That's just the new rule" he didn't bother to ask anyone or ask the manager. He just didn't want to make pizza which is what he's hired for. Just making up stupid rules so he doesn't have to do anything. It was pretty obvious. He just wanted to make pizzas the way he memorized them. I would suggest that as a company you take into consideration to people's reviews and provide feedback. We as customers are keeping this establishment in business. This is my second time here and the e experience is not pleasant. Each topping they put on the pizza I have to ask for double toppings. You would think they are paying for the toppings out of their own pocket. I would advise better customer service and a better attitude when serving customers. I went at night and the 2 ladies there do not say hello, do not greet you with a smile and are not personable. They greet with a dry personality. I ordered the Keto pizza. I asked for no mushrooms, light sauce, add arugula, add shredded mozzarella, and salt. The Keto pizza had it's own ingredients like bacon, some fancy mozzarella, etc. My pizza came with only shredded mozzarella, sauce, 4 cherry tomatoes, and arugula. Where's the bacon? The other mozzarella? It was not good at all. Looking online at the Keto pizza, I was excited. Finally a pizza joint that is speaking my keto language. Yeah, no. It takes quite a b it for me to even write a review. Their customer service was piss poor to say the least. It started out when we ordered for delivery. Our order was cancelled through the 3rd party delivery service. We call the restaurant and delivery service and find out that our order was given to someone else. The employee tells us to reorder our pizza and come pick it up ourself. If that was an option then that would have been our first choice. However, No big deal, accidents happen. I find a way to go over there and pick up the pizza myself so I reordered the food via online app. I pick up the pizza around 9:20pm get home and find I my order is not correct. It has nothing of what I ordered on the pizza and has nothing but what I'm allergic to on the pizza. I call the restaurant at 9:36 and speak with an employee who tells me to hold onto the pizza until tomorrow because they think I won't make it back in time before they close to pick up the correct pizza. I ask what time they close and they tell me "in the next 10 minutes" when in fact they close at 10pm. She again said for me to return the pizza the following day so they can give me the correct one. All while questioning me several times what the incorrect pizza had on it. I had to ask them since they messed up twice now if they can make the pizza again since I live fairly close, could not even eat the incorrect pizza and could be there shortly after the phone call. They sound irritated, put the phone down and talks to someone else and eventually says that I need to bring in the incorrect pizza and they will remake the correct one. Mind you I went and picked up the correct pizza and was back home writing this review at 9:50, 10 minutes before they were even supposed to close. They did make right on the mess up but the fact that they blatantly lie about their closing time and don't even give the option to remake the pizza was pretty pathetic for working in the food industry. read more

I don't ever want to do this, I came into this location, which I love, and every single worker was really rude. From when we got greeted to when we got our pizza. The manager threw our pizza in the box and placed it up top. She called my name and I asked for topping sauce. She gave me an attitude and asked what kind. I told her what kind and than brought to her attention that there was a hair in my pizza. She grabbed the box and asked where? I pointed it out. And she responded what do I want her to do about it. I said remake my pizza. She told me to get back in line. Mind you in my restaurant I would make that food or recook myself.
