This Blaze location is the worst, you walk in and no one greets you, the girl at the front had the worst attitude, didn't smile, no how may I help you, we got a big fat NOTHING, assuming she was upset from the last customer, not sure but that isn't a way to greet your next customer, they hardly put any cheese, have to keep asking for more, you pay for the pizza don't be skimpy on my toppings ,,, I always go to the Rancho Cucamonga blaze and they are so friendly and my toppings I ask for are always good amounts.... this store needs better employees with smiles, you ever heard fake the funk... Decided to order from here one night cuz my coworker said they have pretty bomb pizza. So I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and a bbq chicken pizza with a Cesar salad. Super disappointed when I went to go and pick up my pizzas. It was my first time there (this place just opened) and obvi i wasn't familiar with the place so I asked one of the guys that I'm here for a pick up and he asks my name I tell him and he rudely says "they're right there" I'm like okayyy like how am I supposed to know that order was mine? Then I tell him I'm missing a bbq chicken pizza and a salad. My bbq pizza was sitting on the counter hadn't been put in a box he drizzled bbq sauce on it n places it in a box. I say thank you and walk out. Thinking in my mind for sure my pizza gonna be cold. I tried it in the car and sure enough, cold. :( got home to eat the rest and one of the pizzas was burned from the bottom and the other was missing cheese and some pepperoni lol. Geez. I came in because they recently opened here and I've never been to any Blaze Pizza. My thoughts are as follows: They hired a lot of young kids here and it shows. Some were filled with tattoos and that to me is totally a turn off. As with many grand openings, they were over staffed and most of the employees were busy talking to each other or and looking at their cell phones. If this is their grand opening when everyones at their best behavior, I can just imagine what it's going to be like when business becomes usual. Total disappointment. As towards the pizza, I wasn't impressed and added the poor environment obviously I will never be returning. read more

I came into this locations for the first time the other day. The atmosphere is pretty nice and I really enjoyed that they had such a variety of toppings. I've been looking for a good pizza place in riverside and I think I've found one! The person that helped the most in the process was name Natalie, she was really what made the experience good as she had great customer service skills. If you go in and she's there, you're bound to have a great experience. The only reason I am taking a star off, is because this guy named Josh (I believe that's his name) was kind of snobby and almost put down my experience. Came in the other night for a sunday night meal. I have to say i loved all the fresh ingredients. I can say i was impressed with their customer service of the first few people. However move right along youll talk to like 3 other people after you speak to the first 2. My pizza came out perfectly cooked. The Gentlman with the Money tatoo on his neck cooked it. That Tattoo shows me he likes money which makes him serious about his job because he is serious about his paper! It's not my first time at a Blaze but this is now our closest location. The pizza is always good as long as you're not embarrassed to ask for it like you really want it. You know, with more pepperoni than they give you and we'll let's be honest, with more of any ingredient you ask for! The employees are friendly but you'll get an occasional sigh and stank eye when you ask for well, you know, more of what you like! This particular visit I also ordered the knots and I didn't get them till about 7 minutes after getting my pizza, not that big of a deal because I was eating in but I wouldn't have been too happy if it was a take out order. There was about five employees on the clock this evening and the tables and floors were filthy. The beverage and condiment area where in disarray and dirty as well, I had to clean a table to eat on! First time coming to this Blaze and I am disappointed! I did an online order thinking it would be convenient for both parties, I was wrong. I got there 10 min early walking in about 3 min before my pick up time and already noticed my order sitting waiting to be cut. I let the young man know I was there to pick up gave him my name he looked at the order told me it just needs to be cut. I waited over 5 min for it to be cut my pizzas got cold my bread got cold my side dipping sauce was wrong. Now that young man was trying he had to move around the orders in the stove and cut. It was a little busy, end of lunch time. I am upset about my food yes and it could have been prevented if one of the other 5 people could have helped him out really quick. Came here yesterday with my boyfriend - we were excited that this location opened near our home. We were always a fan of Blaze. I had a build-your-own on standard crust, which turned out super yummy. I loved it. My boyfriend's pizza didn't turn out so well, though. It seemed undercooked, and the pizza dough separated into two soggy layers when he picked it up. :( He ordered a high-rise crust, but it shouldn't have been that way. He was disappointed, but we were short on time so we just rolled outta there. I can say one thing though - the staff were all super friendly and nice, and very accommodating and every helpful - everyone was working hard. Therefore, can't give full stars because of the undercooked-ness of a pizza (maybe because of new location/new staff/need training?), but we are willing to give this place a try again at a later date and update my review accordingly. read more

I have never been to this pizza place before so I wanted to try it out. I got 2 pizzas and the second one was done cooked and looked really good, but the first one was not cooked whatsoever. The first pizza's dough was still so raw I could stretch it like playdough. I have never had such a positive experience at a fast casual pizza restaurant than today. As soon as I said I had a gluten allergy the entire staff listened, equipment was cleaned and anything they could do to limit cross contamination they did. Honestly so appreciative! read more

Definitely not as efficient and speedy as the Blaze at the Plaza . There is nothing fast about this Blaze. Be prepared to wait even if ordering during non-peak times. Pretty sure I can drive to the Plaza and back before I would be up to order. read more

My family and I ate dinner at this Blaze last night and it was great. The staff here gave awesome customer service and we're very attentive. For a first time experience here .... I give it a 10 star rating. The staff was fast, friendly, attentive, very kind, and super helpful and supportive. On top of it all the food was tasty and great. I completely recommend this place to everyone. It was very nice and also family friendly. It's one of them places that's fit to accommodate all ages. Good Vibes and Great Atmosphere. I was disappointed with my curbside order today. They forgot 3 toppings on 1 pizza. I also asked for extra pineapple and they did not fulfill that request. And skimped on the amount of toppings overall, on both pizzas. Also I ordered it to be ready at 12:30. And when I arrived on time, and called they said 1 pizza was still in the oven. Nope never again! I hate giving places a bad review but honestly they were really disrespectful. My family and I got there at 9:20, mind you this place closes at 10. Everything was cleaned up. Like chairs on table. Before ordering I asked if they were still open. They said they were. The only reason why this gets one star was for the lady who made my pizza she was really sweet. The star goes out to her. After the pizza was done one of the workers gave us the pizza and told us to leave it was like 9:30 at this point. If a place says open till whenever the place should stay open. I just wanted to enjoy dinner with my family because I won't see them for a while and they ruined the experience. Food was good but service is pretty embarrassing the entire staff was pretty unprofessional felt like a high school staff (probably older but didn't act like it) . But I get it they don't care it's not their business . Guy in front of me was trying to figure out what he wanted and they got mad and walked away . Luckily I live in between this one and limonite location so I'll be heading over there instead and I would recommend that to others as well if you want a pleasant experience. Was a bit disappointed when coming to this blaze pizza establishment for the first time.. I drove a bit out of my way because I had a coupon that said it can only be used at this location. Unfortunately I was told the coupon expired. Nowhere on any part of the coupon was there an experation date. I was told it was on the part of the paper that the coupon was torn off of. Go figure...
