French Fries with a side of Ranch

Finally, a plate of huevos rancheros with frijoles that taste HOMEMADE!! 10/10, so flavorful! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, paired nicely with the bacon and eggs. We ordered a side of fries just to try the ranch and I gotta say, totally worth it!!!

We have been here a few times since my last review, and the place continues to satisfy. On the latest occasion I enjoyed a Patty Melt on Rye prepared medium rare as requested, with French Fries. Small onion cubes added to the classic diner-food effect, and the Rye Bread used, with rye aplenty, was outstanding. The Fries, smeared in ketchup, were tasty, too. And Diane once again liked her Meat Lovers Skillet with crispy Hashbrowns. The only problem we encountered was that as we arrived I could see a waitress looking out the window with an "Oh no!" look on her face as she saw me parking our car in front of the diner. It was 8:40 p.m. on a Sunday night, and the restaurant closes at 9. Sure enough, I was told that all soups and salads--even Chili--had already been put away, and were unavailable to order. This is not what I expect to encounter when I arrive at a restaurant over 15 minutes before closing time. Our server, Sara G., who had been the person I saw looking out the window with a sorrowful expression, explained that the night had been exceptionally slow, and no further diners had been expected. Fortunately for me and Diane, the taste of the food we ordered made up for my disappointment at not having a full menu to draw from, including the wonderful Albondigas Soup made here, and Chili. So it was still at least a four-star experience in any event. And a mixture of piped in music soothed our spirits as we ate.

We love Brandon's! It's a great place to go when everyone wants something different. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner - can't go wrong! Service has always been great. Can take a bit to order/see a waiter if they're busy, but even then it's pretty easy to flag someone down. There's plenty of seating, some TVs, and it's not super loud in there. Also, Taco Tuesday is amazing!

The prices were good and food presentation and amounts were excellent and the taste was phenomenal! I was really pleased and happy with the food and excellent service delivered by waitress Libby.the guacamole bacon burger was so juicy and delicious, the onion rings were the best ever , so tasty and crunchy. The highlights were the rings and the michelada...The spicy cucumber Michelada was the best i have ever tried! I will go again today and take my other daughter.

Do you serve alcohol and wine at breakfast time?

They have a variety of beer in bottle and drafts, they have several mimosas and a mimosa flight. Moreno valley location has full bar Menu. Here we've just had mimosas and micheladas

I seen they have all you can eat salad bar, do you pay extra for that?

    I don't think so

We first visited on Valentine's Day in February and had an excellent experience. The pizzas were delicious, we were seated without a reservation, and we left excited to come back. Yesterday, we decided to bring a few friends with us because we had spoken so highly of the restaurant. We arrived a little after 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and the restaurant was fairly empty with only a handful of tables occupied. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was friendly throughout the meal. Each couple ordered pizzas along with appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Italian salad but were accidentally brought the Green Goddess instead. It was a harmless mistake, and since we had enjoyed that salad during our previous visit, we happily kept it. Our friends received their pizzas, and we assumed ours would follow shortly. Thirty minutes passed, and by then our friends were nearly finished eating. Meanwhile, we noticed several tables that had arrived after us receiving their food before we did. We asked our waitress to check on our order. She went back to the kitchen and returned, explaining that our pizza had apparently been forgotten and was only then being made. She assured us it would take no more than 10 minutes. Fifteen more minutes passed, and our pizza still hadn't arrived. Since we had a clear view of the kitchen, it didn't appear there was any urgency to get our order out. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour since placing our order, we had to cancel it because we had other plans and couldn't stay any longer. Our waitress apologized and removed the pizza from our bill, but that was the only resolution offered. While we appreciated her kindness, we left the restaurant disappointed and still hungry. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an order is understandable from time to time. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. After waiting an hour for a forgotten order, we had hoped for a more meaningful effort to make things right beyond simply removing the item we never received. It's unfortunate because we genuinely loved this restaurant after our first visit and were excited to introduce it to our friends. Thankfully, our friends enjoyed their meals, but this experience left us hesitant to return. Great pizza is important, but great service and how a restaurant responds when things go wrong are what keep customers coming back.

It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking and there is plenty of seating indoors as well. The ambiance is clean and casual, felt almost like a fast food place. You order at the counter and the workers will bring the food to your table. For food, I tried the chicken souvlaki plate with their fries and salad. I also got the calamari appetizer. The calamari was delicious. Crispy, tasty, juicy. The chicken souvlaki plate unfortunately fell short of my expectations. While the fries were crispy and the salad was good, the chicken was really dry and lacked flavor. My brother got the chicken and steak pita and thought the same thing for both proteins.

I just order online, roll up to one of the pickup parking stalls at the Lazy Dog, and take it home or enjoy in the car hobo-style (my preferred method). They even have impressive TV dinners for $10 (or less if you buy 5 or more) that are housemade, gourmet versions of those retro Hungry Man/Banquet frozen meals of yesteryear. AND WITH BOMBA$$ DESSERTS!! That small upper right hand pocket of foil contains a unique surprise that I live for. So far the pineapple upside down cake has been my fave. But the peanut butter cup brownie is a close second. Wish one came with their butter cake. Honestly my main concern when it comes to TV dinners is what dessert is included. So it was an added bonus that the dinners themselves were higher quality than expected! Now, I didn't have a stopwatch on it, but our wait had to exceed 20 minutes. Probably a bit longer. When the food finally arrived, it rode the bench. Not good enough to play in the game, but it still made the team. In other words, it was the tail end of a double header. Long and tired. I got the asada tacos, and my girl the whiskey glazed salmon. We asked prior to ordering, if the salmon was wild caught or farm raised. ALWAYS when ordering salmon, ask if it's wild caught. There is a difference, a big difference. Despite what our server answered, farm raised, my girl went with the salmon. It turned out to be ok. Not stellar, but ok. My tacos were ok too. I was hoping, as always we hope, that the food would be a mind blowing experience. The only thing that was blown was our budget. It was a bit pricey for what was served. However, the beer was cold and the entertainment, entertaining. All in all, an average affair. Quick Tip: The beer is plentiful and cold. Go to the Yard for it and maybe an appetizer.
