Joel made it really fun, explained the whole process and made it easy for additions and changes didn't feel like I was at my Chipotle where every time you ask for something it is followed by "that'll be an extra charge". Horrible and rude service from order to pick up. Employee did not pay attention when I asked nicely for pesto sauce twice and she still proceeded with red sauce. Pick up guy acted as if I was speaking a foreign language. The worst was the employees in the dining room with their stuff spread all over one table and them at another on their phones being extremely loud and foul mouthed. Someone needs a lesson in customer service and also let their employees know this is not their personal playground. But don't bother wIth corporate, you'll receive a cookie cutter answer. This place is amazing! We've tried just about every build-your-own pizza place there is. But this one is the best! The ingredients all looked super fresh and there are lots of options. There are also several fresh drinks, like strawberry agua fresca! Mikeala (I'm so sorry, I can't remember the spelling of her unique name) was so helpful and friendly. She took the time to learn how to pronounce my name and she made us feel like she was happy to have us in the restaurant. We felt like guests instead of just a number. I have been to a few of the branches, I have found that if the employees don't have there act together, it is a bad experience, such was the case last night at this Blaze. I have to get the gluten free allergy pizza for medical reasons, first of all the toppings were a mess, it was a busy night, but stuff is thrown into everything else. They had a trainee taking orders, didn't get it right, the guy baking was half baked himself, i reminded him of what I wanted, pesto drizzle, he just drenched it in olive oil. The worse for me, is when they threw a gluten pizza on top of part of mine, I reminded them it was an allergy pizza. I guess it is best to come in on a mellower time of day, they clearly could not handle the orders. read more

Been here twice now and they really don't know what they are doing. First time I went they just opened so I figured ok they are still learning. Went last night and got the green stripe and both of the cooks asked me what goes on the pizza. They should have just let me come back there and make it myself. Only complaint is consistency of toppings between the afternoon and evening. On more than one occasion I've noticed during the Afternoon they give a sufficient amount without having to keep saying more more more. Evening I had to repeat myself several times and still ended up with very little on my Pizza. read more

I came here with my family and I'm not sure what the buzz is all about because their pizza is kinda gross...I got their regular barbecue pizza and it was really salty. Arguably the most hyped, and bland spot in the pizza game. Very by the rules, nothing i would consider out of the park quality. The employees are very well trained and are well mannered. I have visited this location twice since they opened. Both times the food was awesome. I did the build your own and it is huge! You could definitely share with someone and still have plenty. So inexpensive too! There is a large variety of toppings as well as sauce choices which makes it a fun and different experience every time you go . The Service is friendly and fast.
