Olive Garden is pretty predictable in what they serve, but this location has great customer service! My friend's daughter was wanting to eat at Olive Garden so headed here after pedicures. From the host, to our server, to the manager, everyone was so welcoming. Our server got us started with our endless soup and salad. She checked in a few times to see if we wanted any others. We went with Olive Garden Temecula for our group gathering volleyball banquet and got the Pasta Station option, and it did not disappoint! They let us know it served up to 10 people, but we had many more than that and everyone was well fed, with leftovers. The food was packaged so nicely, it stayed hot until we reached our destination. They provided all the utensils, plates, napkins etc . My order was scheduled for 4pm pickup and it was ready at 4:02pm, everything piping hot with steam coming out of the large carryout box that was easy to handle. 5 stars all around today for the staff and service. We went in to celebrate Mother's Day around 11:30am. Had a party of 6. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and were seated even while waiting for 4 members of our party to arrive. Everyone from our hostess to server were so kind and generous. Joshua(or Josh)was excellent! Couldn't have asked for a better server. He was very attentive. Even while waiting for the rest of our party, he continued to check on us. He made sure we had our bread sticks, water refilled, napkins, lemon wedges, etc. He made sure to address our mother too making her feel special today! Thank you guys for the awesome service. My only minimal complaint would be we had to wait 25 minutes and there was nobody seated and we got here at 12:30 so quite interesting there. We love this Olive Garden location. Rhea is fantastic, Kaitlin is amazing and Erik is a great manager. From the moment you open the door, the hostess is kind and welcoming. I love olive garden and it's one of my favorites to go to with family but this place was just nasty with very nasty employees. Service was shitty and defensive attitudes. As soon I said I was going to share my "unlimited soup and salad" with my 10 year old the server said that it would it be unlimited since I was sharing which was fine I understand people take advantage. But my other kids got entrees which comes with soup or salad but she never brought the soup or salad, never came back to pick plates just the attitude was horrible. I understand the policy and all but there's no need of just shutting down your service nor give a nasty dry attitude. I wasn't stealing or didn't pay for my food I just wanted to have a good time. I will never come back to this place and Olive Garden should specify this and not give false advertisement or train your employees that a good attitude and positive attitude goes a long way. For starters, no pun intended as I skipped on the appetizers, I was seated at a table serviced by an amazing waitress named Melody. Her "tune" or "luncheon vibe" is totally into being the "Genie of Exceptional Service". She is totally knowledgeable about the menu, offers great suggestions, and even went to the manager to see if a change in the recipe was permissible (it was not). But, the "Exceptional Genie of OG" was not deterred. She made several suggestions and because I wanted seafood and another protein, I ordered the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara- which was deliciously orchestrated with everything in sync gastronomically speaking!!! Kudos to the chefs- BUT...I would be remiss if I didn't address the meal starter of the Zappa Toscana...Sooo INCREDIBLE!!! I've have this soup numerous times before and it has been "ok"...BUT, today that soup was off the chart...so flavorful, without a heavy-hand of of red flaked peppers, but rather a lingering hint of just enough without overpowering the other ingredients in the soup. In fact, they were in harmony and it was nothing short of a soup experience I didn't expect to happen!!! In fact, I ordered a second bowl!!! (It doesn't cost extra!) In addition, I enjoy a "mountain of Parmesan grated cheese" over both my soup and my main entree- no problem for Melody, The Genie of OG!!! She came prepared with a new chunk of cheese to grate into my soup and meal- see why she has the title I've given her? And, she also appeared at the right time. Whether to pour water, ask if I wanted more cheese, or when I finished my meal, to help use the electronic device to pay for my meal. Of course, after experiencing this fabulous meal and service, I asked to speak with the Manager and I shared with him my dining experience. It has been awhile since we have been to Olive Garden but we knew we wanted to make it out for their Never Ending Pasta bowls! Put ourselves on the waiting list with the app which was quite convenient to do as we were on our way there. For a Thursday evening, it was quite busy but those at the front moved everyone in quickly to their tables. Most of us ordered their Never Ending Pasta bowls that were reasonably priced starting at $14.99 and another $4.99 if you wanted to add the protein. This also came with either the soup or salad and their breadsticks. The waitress who assisted us was friendly and quick on her feet with anything that we needed. We never had to wait long for refills on drinks either. Most of our party had alfredo but I ordered the bowl with angel hair pasta, creamy mushroom sauce and the protein was the chicken. I don't remember kind it was but it was a breaded cutlet with such great flavor and went well with the mushroom sauce pasta. The sauce was creamy and filled with mushrooms, which I love! I liked this dish so much that on my next round of pasta, I ordered the same thing. Our orders came quickly with such speedy staff, the dining room was clean from the time we got there to the time we left. They said that the greeter didn't even know that they were my kids, but they treated them like royalty the minute they walked in the door. I love how clean our restaurant is. We came to Olive Garden to celebrate my daughter Jordan's graduation into middle school--it was her special request. I hadn't been in years, and after this visit, I won't be returning by choice. The only highlight was our server--she was genuinely kind and did everything in her power to make the experience better. Unfortunately, everything else missed the mark. I ordered the soup, salad, and breadsticks, hoping for a comforting classic, but the soup wasn't hearty at all--just mostly broth with very little substance. The breadsticks were stale, and the salad was wet and gooey. I also ordered a black iced coffee--first it came out almost all cream, and when corrected, it was so watered down it wasn't even drinkable. Even though it was supposed to be a celebration for Jordan, she was the last one served--which was especially disappointing, since kids are typically served first. Wife went to the bathroom and found it smelled like an outhouse. There was no toilet paper in the stall. Complained to the manager. He said it was a city problem.
