You get what you paid for... I received a coupon in the mail and my boyfriend googled their site and ordered two medium pizzas and four garlic knots for $10 or whatever. Some emergency stuff happened with my family so I was 25 mins late to pick it up... it was cold. Like really friggin cold. We had to heat both pizzas back up in our microwave and BOTH MEDIUM sized pizzas fit in our microwave at THE SAME TIME. It's fairly small for a medium. It's the size of the well known pizza places small pizza. Between their medium and their personal pizza sizes. But that wasn't as big of a deal as the fact that the crust was completely burnt on the bottom so not only was it cold and needed to be reheated, it was also hard and disgusting. It honestly tasted old, as if someone never picked up their order from three hours prior, giving the air time to oxidize the crust all stale and hardened from not being sealed airtight. In my 29 years of pizza being my favorite food, I've never experienced pizza tasting so old in only 25 minutes. It literally tasted like burnt card board, hard to bite hard to chew, with excessively spicy pepperoni (my bf has stomach ulcers that cause him pain when he eats Spicy food, as long as he only partakes in small portions, pepperoni doesn't usually bother him. it's about as Spicy as his stomach allows him to eat these days. But that's his fault honestly he shouldn't be eating it. I now understand why it is only $10 for two medium pizzas. I strongly suggest you get better warmers because at any other pizza place, I can guarantee waiting 25 mins at any of your competitors our pizza would still be very warm. Even getting pizza delivered 45 mins by one of them after the cooking time our pizza still comes to our door hot. And I understand I was late and that my pizza won't be as hot as if I came on time or if it was delivered in the bag that is insulated... but I'm sure the pizza gets left under the heat lamps for the ppl who want individual pizza slices for far longer than 25 minutes and those lamps are not nearly as good of quality as the ones used to keep the whole pizzas warmer.... not good quality AT ALL. Also staff was ill-educated on their company and how it is supposed to work. She says "well it was sitting under a warmer so it is warm" no lady feel the box it is not warm. Wash your hands and feel the pizza, your light is broken. So instead of making me mad because you're calling me stupid through your ignorance, you should at least apologize and call your boss and notify him/her that your lights are broken... and I would've been happy and taken the cold pizza until I ate it and found out it was burnt, then I'd call and find out who the cook was and make sure when I come back, it'll only be when that prep wasn't working. So I always give second chances before spreading the word. Good luck to you guys! I came in on Pi day which the line was super long but was worth it! I was first greeted with awesome employees. I got a 'made my own pizza' and a signature pizza and they were both soooo good! it wasnt until after I ordered that I realized I shouldnt have come here. first I had to wait in a line of customers just to get a smug response for asking for a straw. then I ate my food which was fine but going to leave I had to ask for another lid for my drink because the ones they had set out had huge holes in the top and would spill in the car. they laughed it off saying those were the only lids they had. never going back to this crazy place.. oh and amidst all the trying to save the planet from straws the supplied lid used probably 10x the plastic of a standard one and they only have plastic utensils. read more

Sadly, had to take off a star. Just went there this evening & the pizza wasn't nearly as crisp or perfectly fired in the oven. Worse--half the line of pizza makers weren't cheery or as great w/the toppings...kept saying things like "is this enough?", "how bout now?"--at which point, you don't even want to ask for the amount you really want because you feel like they're doing you a favor or that you're a burden. Yes, there was more of a rush than any other time we've gone. However, Inconsistency in service or taste, unfortunately, can't get 5 stars in my opinion because it takes away from those restaurants that truly deliver impeccable quality at each and every visit. Too bad, my previous review was stellar & it was refreshing to find I place that I could write about with such enthusiasm. Amber S greeted us, she was very pleasant and listened to my pizza needs ( not that is really a thing but I guess it kind of is) she decorated my pizza really well and everything was going great. The cashier , Adam , was also very nice and respectful. Antoni, the pizza slicer was very rude and the experience with him ruined the good thing here. I asked him to throw my pizza back in when it was still soggy, he literally looked past me and stared for about a min like it was hurting him that I asked him to do that. We asked him for a manager and he never answered or responded to us. Brad, who is also the shift manager was standing right there and took no initiative to ask what the matter was and how they could resolve what we had going on. I hate writing bad reviews.. but bad attitude needs to be addressed. I've been here about 50 times over the last 2 years each visit pizza is just as tasty. Today on the other hand the employees moods honestly made me not want to come to this location again. The employee who made my pizza attitude was terrible she's made my pizza once before & it was the worst one I've had. She seems like she really does not want to be there not that I would be happy to be working at blaze either but at least put on a fake smile for customers. She mumbled every word & had no idea what she was saying. Asked for pep on whole pizza she literally puts 4 pepperonis on the pizza no joke. Same with other topping was a complete joke not sure if they're suppose to minimize toppings on build your owns until someone asks for extra but common I shouldn't have to say add another handful after each topping. Now to the part that made me get on yelp & write a review. I asked for ranch for my pizza & the girl (Chelsea) would only give me one ranch for my entire pizza (the wife & I shared a pizza) I said I'm sharing my pizza I need 2 ranches & the employee (Chelseas) replied with well you can share your ranch im low on ranch. Firstly the ranch is 2oz & was barley filled halfway. Secondly It was literally 11am & we were the only people in there just completely ridiculous. She said I could get a 2nd ranch if I "need it" in 5 minutes. After trying to share the ranch with my wife on my first slice it just wasn't happening so I went back to her to try to get another side of ranch & she was even more rude. By the time I got my 2nd ranch my side of the pizza was cold. Hope they make staff changes these rude & weird looking employees just aren't cutting it. they've lost a regular customer because of their customer service at this location sorry Lebron. The employees name that was being rude to me about ranch was Chelsea she had braids with purple tips.shes been working here a while & she's been rude to me several times before this is the first time I thought was worth sharing though. This place is awesome! they have the ordering and making of your pizza down to a science (just pay attention to what they are asking you and a lot of these 1 star reviews wouldn't be valid) I frequent this place 4-5 times a week because its made EXACTLY to my request (If I want more cheese, I speak up and ask for more; don't be afraid to keep asking for what you want BK). Use the online ordering or App for even quicker service cause the line is usually to the door at peak times but worth the wait. Those other guys at Vail Ranch Pizza is higher price then Blaze and just doesn't have the upbeat and levelness of a new hot spot; maybe more ideal for my grandparents. Me and my boyfriend noticed this place recently and decided to give it a try !! I have celiac (gluten allergy ) and on their menu I noticed they offer gluten free options.. BUT if you do have celiac and are very sensitive..I do not recommend this place because cross contamination is very likely. I watched them prepare it and I got a little scared. I even asked about one of the sauces (white sauce) to see if it contained any gluten from what they knew.. (a lot of white sauces do.. I have to check every time I cook with it)!and the guy had no idea what i meant.. They also use the same utensils, machines, and toppings on every pizza. If that doesn't bother you, or you're feeling adventurous it's a definite try! Kinda worth it. Even though it was "cross contaminated " I felt absolutely fine. Was kinda greasy cuz i used pesto .. wasn't expecting to feel the greatest after I ate it It was honestly one of the best gluten free options I've had locally. Just wish they could take more precautions with the allergy portion .. just because I know a lot of people that have it worse than I do ... if you advertise gluten free, you should actually make it gluten free if you can.. Chelsea is absolutely rude condescending not a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention that as I left she followed me to my car To intimidate n confront me. So distasteful unclassy and beyond unprofessional.Don't bring up complains to her because she will look at you like you are wasting your time and not care not one bit about your experience. She said she's the manager on duty then come to find out the manager was really Amber who didn't care to even listen to my complaint in regards to Chelsea and another associate using dirty gloves from a previous order on my new order. I have a mild allergy To pineapples, this trip to blaze I was never asked if I had any allergies. This will be thee last time I will ever go when those two "managers" work. Nobody else there at Blaze has ever cross contaminated their gloves while working on my food, especially with pineapples or cross contaminated their gloves doing multiple orders at once period! Made a complaint with the Health Department already , To everyone who has any sort of allergies make sure they know right up front because their staff is not trained to ask if we are allergic to anything. Blaze pizza is my absolute favorite!! Their pesto and red sauce make the perfect mix of sauce on your pizza. My husband and I come to Temecula just for the pizza. Sam was one of our servers tonight and did an outstanding job making sure we had everything we needed! She went above and beyond making up for a bad server we had in the past.
