Late post from my visit on 5/17/2025. Stopped by to have a couple of drinks while waiting on our dinner reservation at Mother Wolf. The lounge area was about 1/2 full so we were able to be seated immediately. It's in a great location for people watching and there were a variety of patrons and the ambience is pretty chill. Opted to have an espresso martini which is my go to drink (maybe 2, don't judge me please). They were pretty good and the server was really nice and attentive. Price point is what you'd expect for a hotel bar $18 - $25 per cocktail. All in all, it was a good spot to kill time if you're waiting on friends or for your dinner reservation.
After seeing that the sports bar/sports book was full we decided to move to the Bleau Bar in the center of the casino floor, which was an absolutely gorgeous bar. We arrived around 2:30pm on a Friday so it wasn't too busy. We were easily able to grab some bar seats. It did take the bartender a bit longer to approach us and provide us with water but it's understood, since she was the only one on our side of a pretty full bar. The selection and specialty cocktail menu was appreciated. Incorporating ube into one of the drinks was a great touch as well. The prices are standard for any cocktail bar on the strip. Overall, I would go back if at the Fontainebleau.
This is a wonderful hotel bar that is also a great meeting spot. We came here for drinks when we first got to vegas. I had a v a n i t y f a i r which was belvedere vodka, elderflower, lime, blueberry, cucumber, soda water. It was tasty and refreshing. Than we came back again a few days later I had a prosecco which was just ok nothing special. The vibes are chill there are plenty of seating options around the bar but there are also seats at the actual bar to enjoy drinks. Their drink menu looked all good so if I ever come back I definitely will want to try another one. The espresso martinis looked sooo good! The only downfall of this place is the music was a bit too loud for us. We had nice waitress's too.
Absolutely beautiful bar and unfortunately our only option at the hotel due to holiday hours and everything else closed!! Super busy and super slow service consequently but our server Molly was amazing!!! Bar allows cigar smoke and large party sizes so with limited options we were delighted this space could accommodate and open late!!
January 23, 2026 Beautiful bar, but we had terrible service in the beautiful Bleau Bar and probably will never go back! That's how bad the service was! 1.) I ordered a vodka martini with Blue cheese olives, not dirty & really cold. I didn't know it was dirty until I tasted it. I brought it to the bar and told her it was a dirty martini and Natalie said, "I didn't make it." That wasn't the answer I was expecting so I was a little confused. I have problems with facial recognition & I thought I was talking to the wrong person. After a long silence. She said, "I am your server, but I didn't make it." I told her this is not what I ordered and then she said she would fix it. Which I think she should have said at the beginning of the conversation. I took out my blue cheese olives because I know I would have a little wait now for my drink. She came back with my new drink, but no olives. 2.) We asked for refills on our water 2x. Patty finally went up to the bar to get her own water. Natalie was there and she said she got distracted. Then she wanted to bring Patty water, but Patty was already there. 3.) Service was slow. We would have ordered another round of drinks, but we didn't have time before the show. Mind you...we were there over 2 hours. 4.) Patty actually went up to Natalie at the bar and told her to be nice and apologize. She gave us a fake apology like I'm sorry you misunderstood me. 5.) Bill wanted to give her no tip and write on the receipt, so she would hear the message but Patty gave her a couple of tips. One monetary one which she would have gotten more if she had been more attentive because we would have ordered another round and a verbal tip to be nicer. Please do better Natalie! We may or may not go back. Beautiful bar, good drinks, but there are other very nice bars with maybe better service to try! P.S. Of course we still had a great time because we love each other and didn't let it spoil our whole time there. It just could have been perfect with a little bit of caring.
Very laid back lounge definitely very similar to the Chandelier lounge at the Cosmopolitan but a bit more private, although it is very busy you can always enjoy a booth for more privacy which we absolutely loved. The drinks are very strong, but it makes it worth it for the price! The only downside i would say is that it is also a cigar lounge, luckily not many people were smoking at the time but definitely keep in mind it is a cocktails/cigar lounge.
Bleu Bar blew me away! The dazzling chandeliers, the elegant furniture, the beautiful and colorful flowers, the gorgeous and friendly staff, the perfect Manhattan and Old Fashioned, the complimentary snacks consisting of roasted cashews and okra, and the classy ambiance all make Bleu Bar a fantastic place to relax by yourself, with your significant other, or with your friends. I can't wait to repeat the experience, so go ahead and try it for yourself!
I am VERY torn. I've been to this bar twice already and twice the encounters have progressively gotten worst. To put it point blank the signs says to see a hostess and there hasn't been one in sight. The first time a kind waitress saw that we looked completely lost while standing there for a little over 5 minutes, and said she'll send the hostess over but they may not have any seats and we were welcome to head directly to the bar if we just wanted drinks and didn't mind not having a table. This time I walked up and same thing, no hostess in sight. So I decided to seek out one of the waitress to ask where the hostess was and I was directed to where the hostess was at. 6It was pretty loud so I decided instead of yelling loudly so she can hear me because she had her back turned towards me! I just lightly touched behind her shoulder and when she turned around I said "I was told you're the hostess and I wanted to check in and see about any available seating for 4." I can't recall what she said exactly, but I do remember was she was very standoffish and kinda about me approaching her vs staying put until she approached us. When I walked back to the sign, my husband asked what's going on, and I told him I don't know, I was just told to go back here and no other direction was given. But, based on the last encounter we don't need a table to be served. Anywho, in conclusion I feel talking to the hostess is completely useless and if you treated this place like it's just an open bar type of deal and head directly to the bar, you'll probably save yourself some frustration and you'll have a drink in your head much faster than waiting for the hostess like the sign suggests. Both times the bartenders that we had were super friendly, direct, and quick on the service and point. And both times, it was the bartenders that had to make up for what the hostess did or didn't do. Look, I'm not here for a red bull and vodka, I'm here for a nice cocktail and with the prices that they're charging, I expect just a little more. Yes the bartenders do their job excellently but the only more I've gotten was attitude from the hostess who feels she selling me a Hermes bag or something.

We hung out at The Bleau bar for a few cocktails the other day. This bar is located in the center area of the Fontainebleau casino. It's chic, with a gorgeous grand chandelier above the seating area, made of thousands of crystal bowties. This bar is a good place to rendezvous with your favorite classic cocktail. The service was lovely and the cocktails fabulous. Great for people watching. read more

Beautiful center bar in the casino with great speciality cocktails & wines/champagne by the glass. The only problem is there aren't any video poker machines at the bar. For a place that's open 24/7 there really needs to be some gaming. Out of the whole massive casino there is only 1 bar/restaurant/sportsbook with gambling. Someone needs to do some rethinking. read more

The Vanity Fair cocktail was refreshing and not too sweet. Cocktails are a little pricey but that is to be expected at a nice hotel. The bar was packed all night so the service was kind of slow, but the location is convenient with it being right in the middle of the action at the casino. The Bleau Bar, is on the first floor and is the main lobby lounge at the Fountainebleau Las Vegas. It is perfectly positioned and cannot be missed with its stunning celiling decor and perfect lighting, that automatically lures you in, to spend time in their company. The environment is relaxing, the background music superb with comfortable seating types and a cozy atmosphere. There are good vibes all around. I ended up here to decompress after walking around this high end property and surveying its dining options. Upon seating, complimentary snacks are delivered and comprised of roasted cashews and air fried okra. While both were good, the latter was something new and refreshing. The menu though small, covers the main bases. A nice space to unwind. Service was excellent. read more

Located in the center of Fontainebleau, this bar has beautiful gold-accented furniture and specialty cocktails. We got here earlier in the day and sat at the bar to get a drink before continuing on with our day. Our server was very nice and gave us recommendations. Located at the new Fountain Bleu hotel. My group tried to get some cocktails around 7pm on a Saturday night. The place was about 70% full. As soon as we walked in I noticed the occupied tables had no drinks. There were more than enough staffs but customers didn't have their drinks. You could sense customers weren't happy. So after waiting a good amount of time we decided to leave. Be prepared to wait. read more

Beautiful new bar situated right in the middle of a beautiful new casino lobby. So glad I got to try this place before the place becomes busier and no longer shiny! Our server was Kyle. He was really nice and knowledgeable about the drinks on their menu. I had an espresso martini and it was absolutely Devine and served in a beautiful espresso martini glass. Prices were average for the strip - $18-$20 a glass. There were even some mocktails on their menu as well. I wish it was a little busier there. Hopefully their location at the far end of the strip won't deter people from checking this place out. read more

We saw that a new hotel opened up in Vegas and wanted to try it out. First of all, the hotel is beautiful. Wow, can I just say, this is a STATEMENT BAR if I have ever seen one! It is located right in the center of the gambling floor and you frankly cannot miss it as it is right under the beautiful sea of chandeliers. The stunning vibe is there, bar seating as well as couches are available! Now for the drinks, they were good however, nothing extraordinary. They do have house drinks available. Service was great. Our last night in Vegas (7/12/24) we stopped at Bleau Bar for a couple drinks. The ambiance was nice, the drinks were very good. If I had to say one thing negative, it would be about the hostess that evening. I didn't catch her name but she was thin with reddish/orange looking hair. She had an attitude and gave attitude to my disabled husband. Made us feel like we weren't welcome. But despite that the other staff made it a good experience and would make us want to revisit again. read more

Let's be brutally honest: typically at Las Vegas mega-resorts, lobby bars tend to be unremarkable afterthoughts..........or side chicks as I like to refer to them as compared to one or two other marquee lounges onsite. The only exceptions to this that spring to mind that I've been to in the past include Encore's Lobby Bar, Circa's Vegas Vickie's and Vdara's VICE VERSA (I guess you can argue the Cosmopolitan's Chandelier Bar is a "lobby bar", but to me it doesn't really feel like a lobby bar considering it's multi-level and a considerable distance away from the actual hotel lobby). But overall, lobby bars are pretty forgettable in that many of them don't have any specialty cocktails and have much less atmosphere and identity compared to other lounges on property. Fontainebleau's Bleau Bar, fortunately, is a most noteworthy exception to that rule. It anchors the epicenter of their casino floor, and it's most certainly reminiscent of the elegance of the Rat Pack era with its scintillating interplay of golds, silvers and royal blues evocative of the Côte d'Azur and the carefree luxury that permeates its many seaside Mediterranean resorts...........as well as the leviathan grand chandelier that majestically looms above it: speckled with thousands of miniature crystal bowties which I can confirm I marveled and got lost in with my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 zoom feature for lengthy interludes. It most definitely feels simply being there is an experience in its own right. And their drink menu certainly follows suit as well. Usually drink menus at lobby bars lack creativity or an X-factor: adhering strictly to classic staples from your Sidecars to your Old Fashioneds to your Manhattans and your Negronis. Which they're certainly all classics for a reason and there's always a time and a place for timeless staples like them, but I'm always looking to expand my horizons and discover new experiential cocktails as well. And Bleau Bar certainly doesn't disappoint here as well: featuring an impressive ten signature cocktails and an additional two zero-proof ones, alongside many new twists on timeless classic cocktails as well. First I ordered the Pancakes & Dopamine. I'm an incurable dopamine seeker so that name alone magnetized me, as did the notion of blending four-year aged Bacardi rum, banana, cinnamon and dark sugar. It was such a spirited pick-me-up indeed that I would personally describe as if an Old-Fashioned and Jungle Bird met halfway: having the sophistication of the former and the whimsicality of the latter. My bartender Joseph (and his colleagues on-shift) were most attentive and cordial, and even offered some complimentary bar snacks in the form of lightly salted cashews and, much to my surprise, okra chips. I've never seen okra chips offered as a snack at any given lounge before, but I have to say this simply MUST be a trendsetter as they were delectable and made for such a pleasant, savory interlude in-between my two cocktails. Finally, I must mention that earlier that day I had spent four hours at the Oasis Pool and, while I was there, I befriended another solo traveler named Matt by happenstance that resulted in a substantive three-hour long conversation I never saw coming. Anyway; after I had returned to my room that early evening and freshened up, I was rustling through my text messages and Matt urged me to try The Stranger at the Bleau Bar. Heeding his advice, I ordered exactly that..............and Matt was by no means joking in that that was both the stunner of the evening both from an aesthetic as well as taste standpoint. It was Monkey 47 Gin and La Diablada Pisco-based with lashings of lemon, ube and egg whites, and it was soooooooooo ravishing and photogenic I almost felt guilty indulging in it...........but I did anyway and it made for such a palatial palette-tickling finale to my evening. So I hereby echo my friend Matt's advice: urging y'all to give The Stranger a try as well. It's a DEFINITE! All in all, Bleau Bar is anything but forgettable and uninspired when it comes to lobby bars, and while I cannot yet decide which of Fontainebleau Las Vegas' bars are my personal favorite (Nowhere is also marvelous and I have yet to check out Collins, Azul and Solo at the timing of this review)............what I can confidently boast is that Bleau Bar is a genuine destination lounge for the ritzy ambience and experience alone you won't forget. read more

This bar is the centerpiece in the middle of the casino floor in the Fontainebleau and it's easy to see why. The glass chandelier is visible as soon as you walk in and it kind of draws you in. It's beautiful and I really like the elegant vibe. Service was decent, it wasn't super fast, but it was perfectly acceptable. They have a huge list of cocktails, wines, and spirits, from all over the world. Whatever you want, you'll find it here, I'm pretty sure. Whether you are in to wine, champagne, cocktails, whisky, whiskey, bourbon, rye, tequila, mezcal, rum, gin, vodka, brandy, cognac... Cheers! read more

Kicked off our anniversary weekend with some "drink" here. I say "drink" because in the hour we were there that was all we were served, 1 drink. I will say the drink was delicious... and it would've been nice to have more. The service was absolutely terrible. Our server was very occupied with a group of guys that were hitting on her and didn't check on us at all. We flagged here down to pay the bill, gave her cash and she disappeared for another 20min. Eventually my wife approached here as she was at the bar and asked if she could bring us our change back. She stated that paying in cash is a longer process. So my wife gave the server her debt card. We waited another 15 min and she never returned. At that point I spoke to a manager. He had a conversation with the server and the server came back to us very rudely and gave back our debt card. The manager came over and apologized and took care of the drinks. It was a very awkward and anxious experience. read more
