What a whack ass business structure they have. It was fine the first 2 minutes my party and I walked in. Then I saw one of the male workers from the back come out and placed a portable speaker at the door. Immediately the volume level was really high. Not comfortable at all pretty sure you could hear it to Vons. Maybe it's their tactic to lure people in? I was already inside with my order placed. I wouldn't have walked in if they did that before I was inside. There's no real order line. There's only one place to pay. There's only 2 prices on the board everything else is blank so you need to ask. So they're constantly checking on the register. They charge over $7 for a frappe. Prices are pretty high and ridiculous for most items. It does get busy so choose your time wisely. The only thing organized was the ice cream in the freezers. 2 stars only because the snickers ice cream bar I got was good. Everything else was just whack!! Hopefully they get their shit together. My first experience here was very unorganized. There were about 3 groups of people when we walked in. I decided to look at the menu to figure what I wanted. Within the first 5 minutes more and more people started to come in, and a worker starting blaring music from a speaker he placed at the front door. It was immediately overstimulated and disorienting. It caused confusion with me as a customer wanting a relaxing environment and the workers looked all over the place as well with all the stimuli around them. I asked for two Frappuccinos and I had to wait about 15 minutes to get them. The girl was very slow and some of the girls seems inexperienced. We would ask a question about a price and they weren't very sure. Almost none of the prices on the wall were placed so we had no idea what we would be spending. When I paid, the girl didn't know the size of the drink to ring up even though she had said that there's only one size?? It was definitely overpriced. Almost 8 dollars for a medium sized Frappuccino! Too much!! If it was impeccable I'd understand but it was average and mediocre at best. Rather to go Starbucks and my local elotero/paletero for antojitos. read more

Great place but prices are ridiculously high. A small agua fresca is 3.50$ when a few weeks ago it was 1.99$ how is that reasonable price. You can get half of these things from other places for half the price. Definitely will second guess about coming here for my aguas. read more

Creative flavors of ice creams, and you can get a free sample of them all. They have cool Mexican creations like piña loco and watermelon or chips versions as well, very cool looking. The prices are above average I would say, but with some adjustments they'll easily be five star experience. It has happened twice now that we get something that tastes rotten. It's disgusting. I got my mom a strawberry raspado and when I tried it it tasted old and rotten. How can they serve this to people?! There was only one person working and it was humid in there. Who knows how long something has to be rotting before they throw it away. This is usually my go-to spot for a quick snack but my last visit was a disappointment. There was a young lady with red hair and white vans (wearing an Apple Watch) and it seemed as if she was upset because every time i would try and order another item she would roll her eyes or respond rudely. She also didn't add my toppings on my mangoñada and when I asked why she didn't add it she responded "I didn't know you wanted it"... maybe she could ask? As it's her job and it also comes with it usually. Nonetheless the rest of the order tasted good but the snarky employee made this review a bad one. Most likely won't be coming back for a good while. Hope they re-train their employees on customer service because in the end we technically pay their checks. read more

I rated it 2 stars due to the high prices. I will consider returning when the prices decrease significantly because they're ridiculously over priced and I'm not willing to pay that much. Baskin Robbins, Starbucks, etc. aren't even as expensive and they are good quality places. I'm sure a lot of people that go there miss México dearly and just want to enjoy a piece of it with their families because some can't go back and buying a dessert reminds them of their home, please do it for your people and make it affordable. We will highly appreciate it. And I agree, with the other reviews, I hope it becomes more organized so the buying process can be less stressful for everyone. read more

I don't live around the area my wife and i happened to pass by so we decided to stop by. It looked like they had just opened new. The customer service was really good and the staff looked really friendly. Since we didn't know what to choose from they gave us some free samples everything tastes delicious we honestly didn't know what to choose. We ended up getting the tequila flavored ice cream with esquites it's the corn in the cup with hot cheetos on top it was really good!!! I'm going to give this place a 5 star it's a nice place, clean with a great menu and great customer service. I live 1 hour away but I'm glad I ran into it cuz I'm coming back once a week read more
