One word of warning though is that he does keep a schedule- if you show up late he will likely ask you to come back later or to reschedule rather than delay other customers who are on time. Now, for the good stuff: my experience with Marlon. He was ready well ahead of our scheduled time. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asked clarifying questions, and kept checking in throughout the process. This immediately gave me confidence that my satisfaction was his primary goal. I also appreciated that he asked for honest feedback; he made it clear that his goal was to deliver a result I was truly happy with. The environment was clean and professional. I usually visit shops solo first to see if it's a good environment for my kids, and this place definitely felt family-friendly.
