One word of warning though is that he does keep a schedule- if you show up late he will likely ask you to come back later or to reschedule rather than delay other customers who are on time. He isn't rude about it, but he is strict about it. On the positive side this also means you can be pretty sure that your appointment will be on time.

He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, asked clarifying questions, and kept checking in throughout the process. This immediately gave me confidence that my satisfaction was his primary goal. I also appreciated that he asked for honest feedback; he made it clear that his goal was to deliver a result I was truly happy with. The environment was clean and professional. I usually visit shops solo first to see if it's a good environment for my kids, and this place definitely felt family-friendly.
