I've been in my place for the past 3 years and have done my best to keep my carpet presentable but with a kid, car, and a aging dog - we've had our share of oops to the carpets. This year I went ahead and reached out to Garth and his team to coordinate a cleaning and expanded it to all of my upholstery in the house including my headboard, counter stools, and my large sectional. We coordinated a date via yelp and Garth was very responsive. When that date came, Garth brought a full team with him to handle the multiple items. They worked for over 4 hrs in my space and put in work! The noticeable spots I tried previously to get out caused no stress for their machines and they paid close detail to my sectional and chairs who took on most of our daily usage. There was a communication breakdown regarding the area rug when Garth cleaned it accidentally but he was a good business man and did not charge me for that mistake. I mention this because it speaks to the quality of his work and commitment to customer service. Some would have bullied me into paying for something I didnt request. But not Garth! I still can't believe how much difference this cleaning made. It's embarrassing how bad the carpet was, but just look at the difference between the cleaned area and the uncleaned area in the photo. I have REVIVE come out to clean area rugs and stairwell. They did a fantastic job. They had to take my rugs back to their plant to have them dry there as I didn't have floors that could tolerate a wet rug. After a few days my rugs were brought clean and revived. After our 14 year old cat recently passed away, we called them again to tackle the pet stains on our family room carpet. Let me start by saying, I never leave reviews, but Garth sure deserves one. My carpets were filthy. I have three young kids and more dogs than I'm willing to admit and there are no stains. Best part? I've had my carpets cleaned by another person and they would be drenched and you couldn't walk on it for like two days. Not the case right now.
