We got a smoked chicken and some sausages. Sausages are still in our freezer, but we broke down the smoked chicken and ate it for a few meals (heated gently in the oven). It was tender and smoky, great with some barbecue sauce. We also got a couple sandwiches - pulled pork and the Jackie Special (one of our kids got a sandwich with just meat and bread). They were all huge, stuffed with smoked meat, and super delicious. Our family of 4 shared 3 sandwiches and had at least a half sandwich left.
