I came in for a nose piercing. Initially the piercer had left for the day but one of the tattoo artists Adam was there and super helpful. I came back a few days later to get the piercing done and all went well. Freddie pierced my nose and explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. A week later my piercing came out in my sleep and I stopped by the shop and spoke to Rowdy as well as a female (didn't catch her name) they explained it was Freddie's day off but they would be happy to help me. This is my follow up review. At first everything seemed fine with my piercing until I called to ask what size the piercing was and NOONE could tell me. When I finally spoke to the guy who did the piercing he tells me the piercing size was a 16. Today I went to another very reputable piercing shop and he switched my piercing out and the jewelry I had in was actually a size 20g not a 16g. He had to re size me for the correct size. read more

My fiancé came in to get work from Paul, which he paid $300 for. He wanted a specific piece on the center of his back, a symmetrical nautical star, to be exact. Paul NEVER finished the piece, and what he DID do was purely amateur. I cannot speak for the rest of the artists, but Paul is completely unprofessional, to say the least, and was angry when my fiancé criticized his "work", and also refused to finish the tattoo. So my fiancé is out $300 for scraggly, uneven lines on his back. Needless to say, he is incredibly upset, and rightfully so. I have never in my life heard of a tattoo artist acting this way, EVER, and it is deplorable and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Your reputation lies in who YOU choose to work for your shop and represent YOUR business. I'd go so far as to say you should let him go if he's basically stealing from clients! I called to see if they had time for a walk in and I got lucky that they did! I chose this place because every person (according to the pics on Yelp ) did a great job! Usually I'll look through the artists and choose one and hope they have a walk in available but this place just had good people so I took my chance and whoever was available would work on it. I got Melissa , AND IM SO GLAD I DID! WOWZERS IS THIS GIRL GOOD!! I was talking to her and for being a somewhat kind of beginner (in comparison to others who have worked on my tattoos who have 10-20 years experience) she's young and I was nervous. But boy did she shut ME up! I took a.
