I always love blind tiger. There's one by my house and this once is just as good. I'm so happy this is conveniently located in the mall. I got a matcha with lavender syrup and oat milk. It was delicious. This is definitely a grab and go place, not many places to sit, but being in the mall I expect most people are grabbing a drink to walk around with. Service is super friendly and they have serve yourself water, which is always nice. If you are looking for coffee or tea, definitely come here. Yes there's a coffee shop in the bookstore close by, but I'd always recommend stopping here instead. read more

I stopped by Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters at Brandon Town Center and decided to try an iced chai latte. Chai wasn't really featured on the menu, but they were able to make one for me, which I appreciated. They also didn't have different milk options listed, so I went with regular milk. The chai wasn't quite my favorite flavor-wise, but they did an okay job with it, and I appreciate that they were willing to accommodate my request. One thing I did really like was the price--it was inexpensive compared to a lot of coffee shops. I'd definitely come back and give Blind Tiger another chance by trying some of their other menu items. Sometimes one drink just isn't enough to judge a whole coffee shop, and I'm curious to see what else they have to offer! read more

Dropped into this location at Brandon mall after visiting the Apple store on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 around 11am. While the Destiny Child drink was delicious, the customer service fell short. The cafe's environment is welcoming to those that wish to sit and work while enjoying a good cup of Joe, but if one should ever find themselves needing to relieve themselves, the restroom is not available to the "PUBLIC". Or at least that is what I was told. One may ask themselves after paying for a hot destiny child, what is considered the "PUBLIC"? Am I not a paying customer? Nonetheless, I was directed to Books A Million to use the restroom, even though I was comfortably sitting and enjoying my Destiny Child in the cafe while working. This is a big no for me, as Starbucks offers restrooms to their paying customers. Hopefully things change in the near future. read more

Unpictured is my mama's strawberry coffee drink which I also tried (and finished). The coffee here tastes very gourmet and I like that the flavoured drinks don't taste like weak beans mixed with syrups. They taste like what they're advertised as. Highly recommend going here for your coffee break as opposed to any other coffee place in the mall. read more

It is absolutely incredible that a local coffee stalwart is available in a world that is usually reserved for Starbucks. I love the Blind Tiger brand and this location was no different. Their cold brew is on point and they offer a variety of alternative milks. At this location I opted for an iced latte with oat milk. It was smooth and creamy with a nice coffee taste. I did something a bit different at this location and got an avocado toast. Loved that it was on Cuban bread and had a bit of spice to it. Mall shoppers take notice. Blind Tiger is a local Tampa chain that makes great coffee. Don't pass this place by without treating yourself. read more

I've been wanting to visit the Blind Tiger for a long time now. I recently noticed that they opened up a new location at the Westfield Mall in Brandon. It's actually where the Starbucks used to be across from the Apple store. I didn't even see it the last time I was at the mall, and I'm not sure how I passed it up. Anyway, today's mall visit was specifically to try the Dirty Thaiger. I arrived at 9:30 and the mall was still closed. Apparently they open at 10 AM now. I didn't know that and Yelp had this café listed as opening at 9 AM. I patiently waited outside until the mall opened. Meanwhile, my hair turned into a chia pet because of this wonderful high humidity here in Florida. Yeah, naturally curly hair doesn't have a chance in this climate. Fortunately, it was well worth the wait. There were no lines and virtually no one but me and the baristas. I saw the menu and almost changed my order. They have so many unique offerings such as turmeric ginger tea and vanilla butternut latte, but I decided to stick with the iced Dirty Thaiger. I'm glad I tried it. It's basically a blend of espresso, Thai tea, and sweetened condensed milk with cinnamon sprinkled on top. It was lovely and not as sweet as Thai tea. The roasted flavor of the espresso stood out more than the tea, as it should. It was really good! I'd get it again. They also have Oatly oat milk which I really love in my lattes. They had other non dairy options as well. I also couldn't pass up the large guava and cheese pastry that I saw in the case. I asked and was told that the company makes them. I think they make all of their desserts. I was happy to hear that. She warmed it up for me which I definitely recommend. It was very good and full of cheese and guava. It was much larger than I thought but well worth it. As you pay, you'll be prompted to enter your cell phone number via Square. It's super easy and you'll get a text right after that saying you've earned a punch. You'll get 1 extra punch if you join their mailing list. So now I'm just 8 away from a free drink. Yay! I think I will get the turmeric ginger latte next time. They also have hot breakfast and lunch items. I'm looking forward to trying some next time. Blind Tiger is a local roaster and this is a new store in Westfield Town Center by Dicks. It's an old Starbucks location. I wandered in and the employees were super friendly. The cashier helped me with the rewards program, you enter your phone number each time. I decided on a Lavender Vanilla Latte with 1% milk. The smell of the beans grinding for my beverage told me I had made a great choice. The latte was smooth and not too sweet. They also made it extra hot like I requested. I love that they are local and roast local. They are not less expensive however, so if your looking to save off of Starbucks prices you won't find that here. My drink was great and I look forward to visiting again. Stop by if your in the mall and give them a try coffee lovers. read more

Cool to have local coffee at the mall that was once strictly controlled by corporations like Starbucks. Blind Tiger makes good drinks, their prices are comparable to Starbucks, however if you get their app they do have rewards and discounts at times. Always like the brand itself and the drinks are good. Grabbed myself a Nitro Brew yesterday and it was great and a nice pick-me-up after lunch before work. Recommend! read more

The food is of generous portions, especially the avocado toast (my faaaaavorite BTC food), the blueberry muffins with that crunchy topping is *chef's kiss*, and I love that they have macarons available for whenever I have a hankering for a mini sweet! The employees also are super nice and great with suggestions if you're in an indecisive "hangry mood". Lol This is now my favorite mall food, just a bummer that the kitchen closes at 4 or 5. So because of that, it'd be a bit nice if they had some quick savory snacks that could be kept in the viewing fridge cos I eat way too many sweets during my work breaks. read more

Decided to give this coffee shop a try this weekend while at the mall. I must say they make a pretty good! Starbucks was ridiculously busy as usual and I didn't want to wait, so I decided to try this out! Very glad I did! Thai shop is located near Dick's sporting goods, in the old Starbucks location. They have tables set up inside their shop and outside along the glass wall. I at a table outside of the shop and enjoyed my coffee. I decided to get the cold brew was very smooth and flavorful! I ordered a 16oz but realized that I should have went for a 24. Employees were super awesome and helpful. While I knew exactly what o wanted the couple behind me wasn't sure, the girls behind the counter went through all of the options with them with a smile. It's hard to find a coffee shop in busy location that they stop and gladly help! read more

Was here last week, came right after my Doctor broke the bad news at me. You got Lupus Josefina. "Fuuuuuu " moment of shock? I came over n needed to find my happy place for a bit. While i processed it n just wanted to put food in me. I remembered i never ordered their food. I said why not!? Went with the pesto chicken samish, the usual ice mocha n the guava cheese pastry. Waited a bit n my drink rolled out, then my samish n then the pastry. The samish i was impressed with it. It is huuge! Worth charing it with a friend or a nice broke ass beach type date. My imaginary bf/gf brings me here on a date? Bruh they getting some. Lol joke aside! The samish, coffee n pastry was $26 something. That's ok price window. That's a meal with dessert anywhere. The pesto chicken samish though? It was freaking delicious! They used chicken breast not processed either. The pesto was nice n tarty. I blew hours there dealing with my bs mental place. I had brought my Shenanigans planing book. I came up with a nice challenge, two menu's n ill record myself doing it later. It's part of something i like doing to see if u can have a fancy dinner with buying $20 under from a dollar store. N believe me! U can! I has my fun like always n picked up my stuff n left. Staff is always nice n welcoming. That day it was packed! They kept the flow n everybody was happy. I think i made this place popular. Next time i find a nice quiet coffee place? I gave them 5 stars based off the experience, service and the coffee. I told the barista what I liked and she recommended the "bon bon" I believe it was and it was great, I paid more than I have at a Starbucks but I'll say it definitely tasted better than my typical Starbucks caramel cold brew lol I'm not a big coffee drinker so I'm not sure how comparable they are. All in all I enjoyed it and next time I'm at the mall I'll choose them over Starbucks. read more

Starbucks who? That's what Blind Tiger Cafe has me saying! I remember the first time I tried this place in Ybor and was just blown away at the taste of the coffee and the vibe of the establishment. I was hooked, but since I wasn't in Ybor often I didn't get to experience it as often as I would like to....UNTIL this gem in Brandon opened up in the old spot of Starbucks. As soon as I found out I placed an order online for pick up. Their online ordering system is smooth and easy. I was even surprised at all the different options of food they offer as well. I placed the order for my usual Iced Vanilla Latte and my daughter got a Iced Bombon. Both were so good! There is just something about the taste of coffee from local shops, it's just different, SO much better than chain coffee. Either way, I'm hooked and now anytime I'm in the vicinity of the mall I'm ordering a coffee. I downloaded the app and have been using it now and it's just as easy as the online tool (minus the Apple Pay option) and incredibly convenient. Each and every time I've been in to pick up my order the employees have been nothing short of welcoming, accommodating and simply awesome. If you're looking for a local coffee shop to support then look no further. I didn't realize they had so many different locations and I'm sure to find one wherever I might be running errands or avoiding work :) at. We stopped by on 6/9 around 3 or 4. The coffees and tea that we ordered were excellent, but unfortunately the way we were treated by the manager(?) was not. We ordered and enjoyed our drinks, but then we got up to leave and threw our empty cups in the closest trash can. As we began to walk out, a member of their team--who is the only one not wearing a brand T-Shirt--comes over in a huff, takes the lid off the trash can, removes the cups, storms over to a trash can near the entrance and throws them in there while telling us that there was no bag in that can, which is why she put it "there," and that we had made more work for her. This happened almost immediately after throwing our trash away. It took a few minutes to figure out what was happening, because you don't expect to be treated like that in any establishment, but after it registered, I did speak with her, directly, about it. It didn't seem to register that we had been treated badly. Her explanation for her behavior was that we had made more work for her by using the trash can with no bag. 1. There was no way for us to know there was no bag in that trash can, 2. It's not our fault there's a trash can with no bag in it in plain sight, 3. There's really no good excuse for embarrassing customers for throwing away their trash, especially considering that I was with my parents, who are in their 70s. I don't always speak up, but I chose to this time because it was totally uncalled for. She could have retrieved the empty cups AFTER we left, or better yet...kept a bag in the can so she wouldn't need to humiliate customers for throwing their trash away. Either way, we won't be back. read more
