Oh. My. GOSH! I literally came here based on the aesthetics and the vibe, to be honest. But what I got was so much more. I was absolutely mind blown by the Dirty Thaiger Tea (I think) it was called - it's a Thai tea with some espresso and spices.. just wow. It's really unlike anything I've ever had before so I can't compare it to anything! I'm typically a chai tea / shaken espresso type girly so if you're into drinks like that then I would definitely go ahead and give this a whirl. The staff is so super friendly / service is great, adorable instagramable vibes of course and honestly not terrible prices for as boutique-y as it is. What an effortlessly cool place! They've moved, a few doors west to 1831 7th Ave-right next to Acropolis. This space is large-so many spots to sit and sip, or work, or both. The vibe is chill, the staff is friendly and the merch is hip. Not a bad way to start the day! So, the coffee is the star, but they also have loose leaf teas. When I was there in (April 2025) they had several types of lemonade (which I'll remember, for when I'm in that mood) and I'm pretty excited about coming hungry, since the food menu has some fun options. The interior is somehow bright and moody at the same time. I love that! I wonder what the history of this building is? The large wooden serving counter probably has a story or two to tell. You can sort of sink into the lore here. There's steet parking out front and several large pay parking lots nearby. I love walking with the famous roosters to get here. I was concerned about the milk at first but my friend at the register assured me, it wasn't enough to upset my stomach and they were right! I'm not sure of their pronouns, but the male presenting associate with the facial piercings and mullet haircut is very friendly, helpful and professional. It's Saturday and I've been here 4 times this week, specifically for this drink. Idk what makes it orange, but i think that's just so fun. The storefront is large and welcoming and encourages a sip in experience. They also offer some breakfast and lunch items. Earlier this week I ordered a croissant sandwich with sausage added. The croissant was so buttery and flaky and the sandwich tasted very fresh and flavorful. It included sausage, egg, a thick tomato slice, crisp lettuce and an aioli. It was perfect! read more

This was my first time in their new location. They used to be a block over, but they expanded. The place has a great energy and I really loved my pastries I got from TGTG. Really interesting coffee shop I wasn't sure if things were going to be handcrafted or if they were going to be more done in mass. Really big open space with lots of room for sitting and lots of natural light. They have nice restrooms if you're a pain client which are very clean. The staff was very nice and explained the history of the coffee in the area as well as what specialty drinks they had. This is my first time going into the new location for Blind Tiger at Ybor. The is so much more space having natural light coming thru the windows. The menu had their classics. I got the ice cafe con leche and my sister got their Thai tea. These two drinks are so refreshing. I like how they make their drinks not too sweet. There is self serve sugar that you can use to adjust the sweetness. Due to the nature of both drinks, they have some sort of milk based even with other milk substitutes. So just be weary when you order if you are sensitive to lactose. But, there are a lot more drink options with plant based subs. The service is really good. We were welcomed by a nice gentleman. He was really patient with us as we took our time browsing the menu. He didn't try to rush us, even if there is a line forming behind us. Overall, this was an easy 5 stars! read more

I had the pleasure of visiting this café on a nice Saturday morning after a fun workout. I decided to order their signature drink, the Dirty Thaiger and I also ordered the breakfast sandwich. The drink was delicious! I loved the combination of Thai tea and espresso. It was not too sweet and it had a nice spice from the tamarind and cardamom. My breakfast sandwich paired nicely with this. The breakfast sandwich came with egg, spinach, tomato, cheese, and an aioli spread all served in toasted Cuban bread. It was very filling and delicious! The ambience it very nice. It's located in the center of downtown Ybor. The Saturday Market is a short distance away, not that bad of a walk. The café has a speakeasy, relaxed vibe. The service was quick and friendly. The workers were knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful suggestions. This was my first time visiting a Blind Tiger Café.
