Store was dirty and a bit tired, but we had bought blinds there in the past and they had stood by their warranty so we gave them a try. I picked up the shades today only to find when I got the box open at home that the color of the brackets and the shades are different greens, and the tone of the greens are not compatible. When I called the store the sales person said that although they try and match the colors, it is not exact and that we should have been told when we were looking at samples. All of the shades on display had matching bracket colors. The store salesperson said that the only thing we could do would be to remove the top bracket color panel saying that underneath it would be white. So.. buyer beware. read more

The blinds here are pretty pricey but they do offer many promotions and sales that make these custom blinds affordable. I went into the stoughton MA location looking for blinds the first time staff was not helpful I felt rushed & left with nothing. I Decided to return with my husband and was lucky enough to have a sales lady by the name of Tia who was Very helpful. Tia is great at what she does she took her time to show me all available colors, styles and price comparisons on several blinds. I'm waiting on my blinds to come in but will definitely return to the store just based her exceptional customer service. read more

The customer is not always right should be the company logo as my experience was less than satisfactory. Their designated installer measured the vertical blinds to reach a vent in our bedroom so that whenever the heat or air conditioner is on, the blinds behave like Marilyn Monroe's hoop skirt over an air vent. When I complained that the light filtering vertical blind was inadequate in darkening the bedroom, they said that they had offered room darkening as an option. Needless to say we spent over $500 to fix the problem. I even had to install the final product myself as their installer, Dave Kramer, would not even return my phone calls to install the new blinds. read more

I ordered 2 blinds that cost over $1,000. I placed my order on November 24th. I was told that I should have my blinds in about 10 days. It is December 18th and still don't have my blinds. First they didn't put the order into the factory for a week after the guy came to measure. No one seems to know why. Then they were delayed a week coming out of the factory. Again, no one knows why. Then they came in, I was made to pay my balance and the installer picked them up. I took a second day off of work (first was for the guy to measure) and he came to install and the blinds were incorrect and needed to be sent back to the factory. I called all morning and the phone said the location was closed (they forgot to turn the phones off forward on Monday morning I assume). I finally get a hold of someone 4pm and she proceeds to hem and haw I had to push her to finally tell me that she can't tell me when they will be ready. No offer of overnight shipping, no I'll get on the phone to the factory and make this right as best I can. Poor customer service at best. I am very frustrated. read more

My parents have purchased blinds from here so I went. I was looking for a bathroom blind that would open from the top of the window. My salesperson took me right the options they had and I had picked out and ordered my blind in under 20 minutes! It was ready 2 days later and it looks great. Had high hopes after other reviews and my daughter's postive experience at another location. Blind was great, but came with no directions and incorrect hardware. Staff at this location no help at all. They were actually rude and disinterested. Just purchased a house and need more blinds. Will go elsewhere since they are not exactly cheap and you have to install yourself. Hours are terrible for working people...Not worth the trouble. read more

I was very pleased with the sales staff. Very helpful. I love my blinds-product is excellent. However, save yourself aggravation. DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLER. There was a problem with the installation of one of my blinds. I called him to have him come back to adjust the blind. I've called him and emailed him and he has avoided my calls for 4 weeks. In frustration I called Blinds To Go to ask them to help me. They called him while I waited on the line. He answered his phone and told them he was sorry and he would call me that evening. It's now been three days and he hasn't called yet. I'm really so upset that he doesn't stand behind his installations. read more

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! To start, when I purchased my blinds, i brought in written dimensions for the manager to copy over. Apparently, she is completely incapable of doing so without flipping the numbers around. When I received my blinds, one of them was flipped (LXW was written the other way but she flipped them so it didn't even remotely work). When I noticed this I referenced my original sheet I brought in and confirmed that I had it written down correctly and she made the mistake. So I am thinking, no problem, I am sure they have normal customer service and would recognize the mistake and correct THEIR error. NOPE! After bringing in my original sheet and arguing, the manager got hostile and it was clear that she would not cover even a penny of the cost since I signed the document with the measurements she recorded. I didn't think I had to re-confirm the measurements when handing her a sheet with them all on there... figured she was competent enough as a manager! So I left and then I call the main customer service line and they stand behind the manager! Are you serious?! For the cost of one of the blinds out of my complete order?! So your manager made a transcription error and I have to pay for it? Finally after days and days of fighting they agreed to split the cost with me. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never shop there ever again. Then to make matters worse, one of my blinds broke a few months later and I remembered that they have a "lifetime warranty". I was skeptical since I knew how crappy their business was from my first experience but I drove over there with the broken blind and asked for them to fix it. HA! The same jerk manager advised that it only covers certain aspects of the mechanical part of the blind and not the part that broke on mine! Always a catch and always a scam. They wouldn't even just charge me a fee to fix it she said I had to buy a whole new one! I would rather spend the money to re-blind my whole house again without using this low-class place then even consider paying her for a new one to replace this one! WHAT A SCAM and LOW-CLASS PLACE! DO NOT TRUST! It sounds all quick and easy when you are in there placing the order but there are games to be played and very, very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Never believe what they say regarding their " So Called" lifetime warranty. We got blinds from them custom made for 18 windows and vertical slider just a year ago. Spending around $3000. they had the best smile on their face when taking our order. Now a year later individual slats from slider started breaking one by one. So, I brought broken ones to this store to see what can be done. The lady who greets a customer in the center of the showroom did not even ask me first why I am is there and just pulled out a bunch of metal hooks ( you can get in Homedepot) from the drawer and said this will fix it. I think they get people like me walking in with broken slat a lot. When I told her are you even going to address my actual concern, she pretty much blamed on my a Dog first ( which I don't have) and then blamed on me using it wrong. When I asked her about their so called warranty, she just told me those metal hooks is what you get as part of the warranty. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more
