Despite some of the other reviews, I was hesitant to contact Raz. I gave the benefit of the doubt that some things just happen outside of his control. Raz promptly arrived at our appointment time and listened to what we were looking for and provided us with options. Our purchase and install was timely as quoted. I am giving 4 stars in lieu of 5 only for the need to return on install since motors and valance was missing or incorrect but was promptly fixed and installed - which is not a reflection on Raz. Raz followed up while installer was here and post install. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and the quality of our window coverings. I'm giving them a 5 because we are so happy with how the blinds came out. Our house is finally becoming our home! We learned about Blinds2day because the sales rep came to our door letting us know of a special they had on zebra shades. My bf thought that the rep, Raz, was friendly and offered a better deal than what we would have gotten through Home Depot, Lowe's, or any other blinds place so we went with blinds 2day. Raz came about a couple of weeks before Christmas and was patient enough to show us all of our options. He gave great recommendations and provided quotes for every scenario of blinds we were interested in. He did disclose that because of the holidays, our blinds will take a little longer to get in - which we understood. Raz followed up with us about a month later letting us know that our order had come in partially and gave us the choice to install them as they came in or all at once. We decided to install the blinds as they came in just for peace of mind since we didn't have any blinds at all. There was a slight hiccup in communication probably due to all the orders coming in. Also, the scheduling for installation because the installer was not able to install on the initial date we set; however, that was made up with a fast install on the day we rescheduled for. The installer, Louie, came a couple more times as our blinds came in and worked with our availability, which is much appreciated. Each install took less than an hour - we have 16 windows with no previous blinds. So if Louie came to install all of them at once, he would have been in and out within 2 hours - maybe less. But that's with no previous blinds, not sure how it would be if people have existing blinds. Raz provided great service in helping us to find the perfect blinds for our home. Louie was awesome in installing our blinds quickly. Both were very nice and ready to provide exceptional service. I saw another review regarding lateness and I'm just going to throw this out there for things to understand as customers: you're not the only customer. In the initial visit, Raz called to let us know he was running late. As a good customer, we understood that he may have had customers before us and we rather he arrive for our appointment safely than rush through cars to get there on time. It takes time to get through all the blinds/color options, so allow yourself time and don't schedule on a date you have plans in case a customer before you goes a little over during their time slot. The installer wasn't able to make it on the initial date and we were told last minute - but we were to able to reschedule and the installer showed up on time and finished quickly. Also, blame the manufacturer for not getting your blinds right the first time - not the rep or installer. We waited quite some time for ours but it was the holidays and we are just glad we got blinds. They all made this process much easier. But if you want to be picky with your time, representative, installer, etc. then just do it all yourself. read more

Can I rate this a 0 star? Raz was our salesperson and was very professional and patient. Ordered for the whole house end of August 2019. We are end of October 2019 and the blinds have not come. We have tried to contact the manager because estimated delivery date for our blinds was 2-3 weeks. It has been WAY over that time frame and we have not had a direct answer from the manager. We have spent thousands of dollars for blinds that we don't even have yet!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING ON YOUR BLINDS FOREVER! Very poor service, We worked with the salesman Raz, who came to our door when were moving in. I asked him to come back when my wife was home so she could choose the blinds. First meeting with Raz he was late with his appointment at 1130 and didn't come till 2. When we met with him we chose the style and color, and was told we would get temporary blinds since it would be a week til we got the blinds. Needless to say we didnt get temporary blinds. Installation day came and went with no call as to why we weren't getting the installation done that day. After WE called to find out what happened we were told that the warehouse didn't ship out the order. So we setup another day on Saturday for the installation to be complete. Another time wasn't met and installation came late with missing two blinds, so we were kinda upset since we already had a delayed installation day and to top it off they didn't have the complete order. So they told us they would come back Monday to complete installtion, and once again delivery of final product never came with no call again, just a text when we attempted to contact Raz. We took the day off in order to meet their time of a no show. Final delivery was completed the next day at 7pm. In which the final amount was due. So I asked Raz what he could do in this situation for us since his company was so unprofessional in every way with having us take time off from work and not even making it to an appointment set by them. Late delivery times, un-answered phone calls, no temp blinds that were a part of the deal. With everything he did not do that he said he would he said he couldn't do anything for us. Final price. Nothing extra like getting the patio door done for our troubles. He didn't want to make me a satisfied customer in anyway. Just his money from me. Quick oversight: Very unprofessional doesnt meet times set and late deliveries dates. I would not recommend or use this company ever. No customer satisfaction. read more

As my initial review stated, the sales meeting and installation process had very few cons other than there being one "missing" shade. This was an overlooked error during the sales meeting that I'd consider an honest mistake. During installation, the tech stated he'd contact Raz with the window measurement, and for me to also contact Raz to discuss payment and estimated installation. I contacted Raz and he informed me he'd look into the pricing for this additional shade, and get back to me. I didn't hear from him for a couple weeks until I contacted him again. I then contacted someone named Catherine who I dealt with during the first scheduling/installation process. Frances (Customer Service Manager) responded apologizing for the issue and stated my shade should be arriving within the week and they'd contact me for installation scheduling. This was 10/28/19. I heard nothing. I contacted them again on 11/11/19, inquiring of the status. No response. I'll give them one more try this upcoming week...Wasn't expecting this much of a headache for a single zebra shade installation. read more

I ordered 15 motorized Roman shades the price was very reasonable. The whole order took about 3 weeks to get completed. The shades look great accept for 1 which had a small tear in the corner but they replaced it within a week. My family and I are very satisfied with the whole process and the shades look great. I was so happy that they actually fit ( unlike Home Depot!!) that I ended up ordering shades as well! My house was a model home and I never realized that my windows needed custom fittings until Costco estimated me an arm and a leg. The first thing I did was tell this to Ras and he promised to try and get me the best deal he could. I also asked for a rush because I was having a party and I wanted them done before my guests arrived. I gave him two weeks and he was done with design, order, and installment in one week. I'm really grateful for timely, reasonably priced work and only use Yelp when I feel it is necessary. This company is helpful quick and listened to my requirements. DO NOT BUY from Blinds2You!, I've been dealing with this Customer service guy named Raz, he is the most unprofessional and doesn't get back to you in a timely manner. Raz gave me a quote on blinds, then about a week later he told me he had made a $1,400 mistake and had under charged me, good thing I did not sign his contract. After I got frustrated with him, I asked for his supervisor, he told me that there was no supervisor available and that he couldn't provide me with his phone number, sounds like a fishy business to be running. After speaking with him, he was a very unfriendly customer service representative and did not let me speak. The only reason I was able to speak to someone other than him a week later, was because I finally made contact with Raz, I oiled look to other companies if you're in the market for blinds for your home, don't settle for blinds2you, you never know if you're getting lies with them, unprofessional, and inaccuracy in their quotes. read more
